We were at the convention center with a party of 8 and ordered delivery for ease of dinner. I didn’t realize how big that place is. We had walked to the convention center from an attached hotel. I had mistakenly made the delivery address a spot where only buses could enter. The driver, Ricky, called me, explained nicely & stayed on the phone with me until I saw him and could get to him for easy delivery. Such great customer service!! They also included the requested plates and napkins so we could eat in break area of the convention center. It was the easiest meal we had all week. Thank you Ricky!!

The food was outstanding, we ordered pepperoni melt and it came out quick and hot thanks to Darell and the kitchen staff would def come back to this Pizza Hut. Couldn’t figure out the survey though.

They use their bare hands to make the pizza. Pizza makers never wear gloves to make pizzas or pastas.

Manager here is complete trash I ordered My food online so it would be ready when I got there and would not let me eat In the dining room. I shouldn’t make a difference in where I order It to eat inside. Pizza Hut you need to do better with your customers.

The guy at the reception who falsely claims to be the boss is racist because he said that due to the appearance of the place he couldn't let us eat inside if we left the place and I already filed my complaint with the state prosecutor

Website says they close at 2am on Sunday. Tried to place an order at 12:18 am via the website (it wouldn’t accept my payment) so I called and the employee said they were closed. 😒

Food is always great. The patio is lovely for a meal outdoors. Wings and garlic bread was grear!

When we arrived, no one attended to us at the front, we went to sit down since there was no one, no one ever came to our table, after waiting we went to order at the front since we saw someone there, after we sat down to wait for the food, a waitress went to They told us that we had to leave because we ordered takeout (they never asked if it was takeout) according to them that someone was supposed to seat us, we asked to speak to the manager, and he was not friendly at all! Don't go if you don't want your night to be ruined like it is for me and my family.

Great tasting pizza and wings. A lot if customization options. I got half bbq pork and half marinera and bacon 🥓. The BBQ is sweet I love it. 2 large pizzas 24 wings bread sticks and 4 drinks totaled $96 reasonable for the amount of food received. No long waiting.

Wanted a pizza and a sit down. So here I am. Nice pizza. Quiet restaurant it's good to see pizza hut allowing you to eat in as last year at the other end of international drive it was just takeaway

It was a good trip back down memory lane. Not a lot of these out now. Great opportunity to sit and eat. Great location

Pizza was nothing but frozen pizza. The server was not very friendly. Front staff on arrival was very friendly and polite. Hadn't been to a Pizza Hut in yrs, thought I would try it--very blah, and I got the thin crust, straight it store brought microwave 🍕. Had a glass of wine. That was decent.

I have been a customer of the store for 3 years and we almost always order the pizza at the box due to lack of staff, today we arrived to share a family moment and the surprise that after ordering and removing the pizza they told us that we could not eat in the store. My family and I had to eat in the car, unfortunately a good moment was ruined due to lack of information, since they perfectly could have asked us before if it was to take away or eat in the store

I was looking for a place open 24 hours a day to have dinner, and I found pizzahut. I went without any pretensions at 2am, but we were very well served by very friendly and attentive waitresses... the pizza was perfect, I highly recommend this place.

Very limited menu of pizzas to choose from and expensive for the quality of pizza you get in my opinion. Large pizzas are definitely enough for 2 people though.

Worst pizza ive ever had it was bland and tasteless hardly had any topping. The service was slow, the place was filthy. One large table was empty but full of plates and dishes and wasnt cleared in the whole time we were there. Expected better from The Hut

Well I have been a loyal customer of this location for years but after last night I'm done. I ordered a large supreme pizza and my husband and I eat a few slices and begin to feel sick both of us was vomiting and repeatedly going to the restroom so my suspicion food poisoning call and spoke with manager this morning she was concerned but that doesn't justify getting sick and money gone down the drain.

The first time I was there it was a dine in and the experience was top-notch. The second time I come in for a take out, the person at the take out counter is doing something and whilst I'm standing there just leaves without a word. I had to flag another person who was in the dining area to help me out with the order only to find out that the one manning the counter just completed the shift. I understand that the person is tired and wants to leave ASAP, but have the slightest decency to at least tell the customer who has no clue about the situation, that you're leaving and someone else will be coming in to take over.

We went there twice because we the food and the people working there

I can't help but feel like some of these reviews on here are either fake or something terrible happened between 2 years ago and now. Nothing about this place is clean. The tables are falling apart, and the laminate on the side of them pinches your arms. The bathroom is so dirty that I thought I was going to get some sort of infection just trying to wash my hands. I should've taken a pic of all the pee on the floor, but I didn't wanna give my phone the herps. 😆 All joking aside, I hope someone from Pizza Hut reads this. I have never been to such a dirty or poorly ran restaurant in my life. The food was questionable, and everything felt like the bare minimum. I get that it's a pizza hut, so i dont expect 5 star meals or service, but damn pizza hut...do better for the sake and health safety of future customers.

Had to wait as they had done the order wrong and had to re-do it. Very expensive compared to the UK and nothing special.

Our service here at Pizza Hut was not very good. The food was, but not the service. We ordered pizza, salads and drinks. Our waiter brought the pizza first before anything else without any plates. We asked him for some plates, and he seemed flustered and was confused about why we wanted them. They came fresh out of the dishwasher and he didn't bother to dry them. Then comes the drinks that took about 30 minutes to arrive. He carried the drinks from the top, like where Our lips touch the cup to drink! I had just seen him wash a dirty table and now those hands were touching my drinks!!! Then finally Our salads come, yes Our appetizers that were supposed to be before the pizza came out after we had already finished the pizza but anyways. While we were eating our salads, our waiter shouted from the end of the room. "How was the food!". He didn't even bother to walk over and ask how it was. As we were leaving the table and he was cleaning it up he asked my daughter to put her pizza crusts on the other plate with pizza crust! No waiter has ever asked us to do that before. The food here was excellent but our waiter wasn't good. I do not recommend if you are looking for good service.

Nice clean Pizza Hut with very friendly staff. Same quality I am used to from Pizza Huts at home. I had the hand tossed Meatlovers, which I found good. My wife had the thin, crispy Hawaiian and did not enjoy the crust.

The food is excellent, service is good. I wouldn't recommend dining in, better to carry out. This hut has a good and full menu. Not sure about why they get negative reviews, the food is always great.

Pregunté un par de dudas y el encargado se mostraba molesto al responder como si yo debiera conocer a detalle el proceso de compra en su país. No volveré y no recomendaré este lugar.

Went to dine inside to eat with family. Waited 20+ minutes for order to be taken. Waiter went to other groups of tables to take orders. Ended up ordering online before waiter finally came to us, told her we ordered online and will be going outside to eat. But would like to order two beers, told us since we ordered online we could NOT eat inside, outside or order a beer. Gathered my family, canceled online order and left. You mean to tell me because you did not get our order in a timely manner and we ordered online from your establishment we can not eat it here? Nor order just a beer? Noted, will take my money to another business who appreciates it. *Edit to add: according to a store manager this is the Owners rule. States people leave a mess when they order online and dine in.

The pizza was hot and delicious. Did not give a 5 star because the crust could have been more softer and tasty. We ordered a veggie delight and it was really nice with lots of topping. Also, highly recommend doing a pickup on busy days as it only takes about 10-15 mins.

Pizza was as you'd expect really nice. But we asked for coffee and being British we like a little cream or milk...Pizza hut didn't have any milk or creamer...service was good, place overall looked a little tired...bit like me really 🤔

Ordered a delivery Meat Lovers Pan pizza and it arrived within 25 minutes. The pizza was still hot and the delivery driver was courteous. The pizza looked good and tasted great. Thank you.

It was open at midnight, the pizza was good the staff was friendly. We were somewhat drunk. This helped a lot.

This is by far the best pizza hut I have been to. The customer service is always great and food is prepared well. My order is always ready on time and I also like that you can dine in.

Heads up, there are two Pizza Huts on I Drive, of course I ordered carry-out from the wrong one while being on foot. They cancelled my order for me and refunded my money and allowed me to order it from the correct one. Kudos to them for fixing my mistake.

Nonstop pizzas being made every minute

We came to this restaurant because it appeared to be….well...a restaurant. Back in the day, this Pizza Hut was the worlds best pizza. The staff were top notch, attentive and the pizza was brought out to you still in the pan. Sodas flowed freely and everything was clean, hot and prepared fresh. Today, you place your order as you walk in, the pizza apparently comes in a box, you’re not served at the table, paper plates are all that’s offered and no refills on soda- in fact, you buy them separately in bottles! Most disappointing is the pizza no longer comes in the pan hot, it is in a delivery cardboard box that tastes like…cardboard. Thankfully we discovered all this before we actually went in and aborted our staff dinner there. We were all really looking forward to the “Old” normal way, and super disappointed when it was a pick up only with the option to sit in a restaurant that once was SO great. You’d have made a lot of money off us, not to mention great tips. Warning to anyone expecting Pizza Hut Dine In quality. It just doesn’t exist at this location. Cheddars is just down the road- an incredible experience there. I will say the lady at the front was lovely and told the truth about what was not offered anymore. I wonder if she remembers the glory days? From the road, it looks like a normal Pizza Hut family restaurant but don’t be fooled, the inside is far from it.

The food was great it’s my favorite pizza place and the standards were kept high as well as the expectation , my favorite is the veggie pizza with the stuffed crust and they are the best at it in my opinion

First Pizza Hut that you ordered at counter and they brought to your table in to go containers.. This is the way to go if you dont have enough help.. One thing you should change is get fountain pop back, 😁 other than that it was a pleasant experience 😊

This is a very dirty location. There is paint missing from the walls. Soft drinks come in a bottle. Your pizza is served in a box. You have to go up & pick it up from the counter, it's not even delivered to your table. Very unfriendly staff.

Not very clean... definitely not full service any longer. Had to go to the counter to order, had to pick it up, and had to clean up my own mess. The pizza was very fresh and tasty. I HATE that we have to pay for parmasean now.... REALLY? Very disappointing. I'm probably going to consider getting pizza elsewhere in the future. Staff was nice, but probably because they have half the workload they once had. Might be necessary in the current employment climate.

Went to have an evening pizza, had to go to a counter to order and pay first then find a seat. This place is disgusting and we had to go back up to counter and ask for our money back. Dining area was filthy. The board of health needs to visit this site. When I brought this to the attention of the staff how filthy the paper towel holders were on the tables they said the manager is aware and he don’t care. Staff did not care and was annoyed and asked why we brought up the filthy paper towel holder. The staff could care less and agreed the place was dirty. I can’t imagine what the kitchen area looks like considering the dining area. Stay away!

Place was disgusting. Staff weren’t interested at all and we felt as though we were a burdon ordering food. For some reason I believed this to be a restaurant but in reality, you ordered at the carry out desk, you take your food to the table in a pizza box and clear up your own paper plates at the end. The whole place was dirty, especially the bathrooms. I wouldn’t rush back…ever.

Pizza hut used to be a childhood favorite but my most recent experience was terrible. The pizza looked like and tasted like it came from a filthy kitchen with expired ingredients. We got meatballs that were black. I've never seen black meatballs in my life. We ordered for my family of six and it was so disgusting none of us could finish one slice. I don't understand how one could totally screw up pizza... it's pizza!

I've been here every travel to Orlando for 20 years. Today we faced with an apparently unsatisfied staff. I had the impression the girl at the cashier was "given a favor" in order to assist us. Unfortunately the worst service we had in an 15 days travel to Orlando.

Went on a Wednesday evening. Good, quiet atmosphere. The sit down area is not the usual waiter/server sit down service, you choose your own table and order your own food (similar to carry out). They have cups, plates, and utensils set up for you to use at your leisure.

Worst customer service as when I came to pick up online placed order at a window, order wasn't ready, then i was told to wait 10mins as order needed to be made , we told a girl if we can park and park and she said yes, after 10 min when reached window, no one was there we waited and waited but no one was inside, worst customer service and rude, unprofessional staff, what kind of staff is that? I thought pizza hut is a good brand where customer service is must but here it's just a joke !!!!

Had to order at the takeout counter . Tables were filthy. Mens toilet was filthy and the last person to use it was an employee. When food came it was in takeout boxes, no plates, plastic cutlery and a bottle of drink with cheap plastic cups. Definitely not going back
