Pizza Jut has always been one of my favorite chain pizzas. However on this particular visit the pizzas weren't cooked completely and the dough was still soggy.

Just to let you all know, delivery driver's depend on your tips. Even $1 adds up. The $4 delivery charge you are charged goes directly to pizza hut. I know of a driver, and one customer demanded $0.14 change!! Who carries around a pocket full of change?! Driver's aren't at fault if your pizza is late or supposedly cold. They wait til its cooked, they just box and deliver as soon as it's ready. Secondly, at night if you're ordering food ..... TURN YOUR LIGHTS ON!!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to see your house #'s in the dark??

Lizette and Twkisha (sorry if I spelled any of the names wrong) and the light skinned Male with a lot of hair was friendly and very helpful. They went beyond what I usually see in a Pizza place. I order from a pizza place every other week and this was the first time I was extremely happy with the service. They deserve more than 5 stars.

The quality of the brand set aside this place gets 5 stars solely on the friendliness of the staff. They clearly enjoy what they do and it’s reflected in the quality of the pizza there as well. Leyla is particular one who goes the extra mile for her staff. The location is a bit interesting as far as layout goes since it clearly used to be a dine in location and they haven’t don’t much to transition it into a carry out location but it does not affect much since your only there for a short while and should always use the app to order.

The gentleman who assisted was very polite. The front counter was closed when I ordered but he handled the pass through window with urgency. I placed my order as I was pulling up. I was told my order would be ready in 20min. From the looks of it, the pizza I was given was sitting for a while. They have quick service but just check your food before you leave.

Food was amazing.....while I waited for my food, the manager spoke to the workers in a harsh and disrespectful tone. Made me feel uncomfortable as a customer.

Usually the service is great but this time it wasn't. I ordered online and they said it would take about 30 to 45 minutes then it changed to bout 2 hours. I called them to pick up my order they said okay so I went there stood there for about 30 minutes only to find out my pizza was done and in the bag getting cold. Because it was getting late and the kids were hungry I was upset 😔 I just took the cold pizza and left

Had a taste for some pizza, however I didn't want a whole pie. So where is the best place to go to get your pizza fix? Yes Pizza Hut for the personal pan pizza. It was excellent and the staff there was very kind. The thank you Pizza Hut.

Pick up took 20 min and delivery takes 1-2 hours more so 2hrs. Does that mean my pizza sits for that long? Explains why its never piping hot.

My favorite pizza place , I love it

I have ordered from this store before several times but last night was an experience to never forget. I order a chicken bacon pizza with jalapeños bananas peppers and cherry peppers on thin crust. Omg I was thinking bout that pizza all day. Who ever made the pizza put there heart and soul in putting together my pizza. I feel like they made that pizza as if it was theirs. The topping where put on so perfect and pretty. The appearance alone was a great first impression. I wish I could know who put it together I would only order pizza when they work. They did an amazing job. I was very pleased. I wish I had a pic to share.

Our usual store is closed temporarily so we've been ordering from here and although it's super inconvenient to have to do carryout in order to get the online deals, the quality of their pizza is much better than our usual store. We might even continue to order from this store after ours opens up again.

I went to pizza hut to place my order. They told me it was gonna take 15 to 20 mns but my order was ready way before 15 mns and the pizza with the thin crust and crispy was really good.

First of all since I've been in Florida this is the nicest phone customer service I've ever had. She introduced herself and politely spoke to me. If you know anything about south Floridans they aren't very good at customer service at all. She spoke clearly, no attitude when I asked about specials. she told me without saying look online; like I was once told). Also because I'm in the military my address is a bit different and she patiently helped me put in the information for my card. She told me my delivery would take 1 hour and I received it in 30 mins! Once we were done I made sure, I praised her for her awesome customer service. She truly deserves it!!!

It takes them an hour to go in side side down there and wait an hour to get abox of pizza

Recientemente he elegido mi esposa de trabajo para llevarla a almorzar. Elegimos Pizza Hut, porque había sido un rato ya que teníamos pizza y sonaba bien. Tras pedir nos dijeron que sería unos 15 minutos antes de que estaba listo. Ya nos está esperando que vimos varias pizzas enviada a la línea de buffet. Después de una espera de 30 minutos me preguntaban dónde Nuestra pizza era y después de buscar me dijeron que "tenía probablemente se ha puesto en la línea de buffet." porque mi esposa tuvo que volver al trabajo lo rechazamos la oferta de esperar otros 15 minutos, nuestro dinero, y a la izquierda. un correo electrónico a la oficina corporativa de Pizza Hut ha quedado sin respuesta durante más de una semana. no volveremos a ese lugar!
