I ordered online carry out when I got there I had to wait a long time because there was only one person working. When I finally got my food my order was wrong and the food was cold and hard.

I see reviews about how orders were messed up or not ready in time, but honestly I’ve eaten here dozens and dozens of times and have never gotten a bad pizza. The pizza here is (greasy, yes, but what did you expect?) really good. It’s definitely a place for takeout, but the location is very convenient if you need to pick up something from the store on the way home. Service is friendly and kind. Definitely recommend.

Took 40 minutes to get our pizza. Cashier said he was going to bring our pizza out to us because it wasn’t ready yet. He never brought it out and we sat in the parking lot 20 minutes waiting.

We concluded that since we had been running errands most of the day, our tastebuds could be highly satisfied with a delicious Pizza. Our decision was an excellent one as we thoroughly enjoyed our Pizza.

Zoe was awesome! I made an order in the wrong location and she was extremely patient with me correcting the order. Second time ordering with them and the staff is the best one I’ve ever seen on Pizza Hut so far.

Garbage app turned a big box into a large pizza but charged for a big box. Garbage company can’t call a store direct. Garbage all around.

You need to pay more & higher more people. Had to wait at the counter for 5 min. while counter guy was on the phone. My online order (90 min. ahead of time) was cooked, not cut & boxed. Again, had to wait. Employees doing their best. Owner/Manager is failing.

I had ordered a large meat lovers stuffed crust pizza with white sauce but i got a pizza that only had pepperoni that was way overcooked it was crispy and pizza had no sauce and was so dry it was like being in the desert. Worse pizza of my life

There is no point in offering contactless Covid-friendly curbside pickup on your website as an option when staffs at restaurants are too undermanned to walk out to my car or even pick up the phone for half an hour so they can let me know they won’t be able to do curbside delivery to my car as I waited 30 minutes with my crying/screaming 2 year old daughter in the back before taking her in to get my pizza. Service was horrible but at least food was good.

Normally they have young but great and good customer service oriented people. Fast to order and frequently if you order on the spot the will finish your order within 10 minutes the most. I will recommend the chicken Bacon parmesan cheese one ..... The best !!!!!

I ask for my sauce to be bbq sauce. I opened the bob at store. And was none at all on pizza or box. Pay attention to orders.

I ordered the new Detroit double pepperoni pizza. If what I received was the double pepperoni, I would hate to think what I would get if I got a "regular" amount of pepperoni. I could barely find pepperoni on the pizza at all.

Online was easy and my pizza was ready when I walked in. Service was excellent.

Pizzas were luke warm. Very little toppings. Had to wait for delivery almost an hour. It will have to be a last resort before I order another pizza.

Our taste for a good and delicious Pizza was satisfied today with a very tasty thin Hand Tossed Pepperoni Pizza. Everything went well from the time we placed our order and up until the time we enjoyed eating the Pizza at home. A very tasteful and delightful experience.

It took about 20 minutes and even though the bottom of box was slightly hot, pizza wasn’t hot. Being in your container, box was damped because the steam. The pizza was delicious once we warmed it up.

Pizza was delivered as ordered (with special instructions), it arrived hot, on time, in the rain!

I feel there is always room for improvement in all cases

Great pizza as always! We were celebrating my sister's birthday and she loves Kermit The Frog, so I asked them to draw him on the box. I felt bad because their only job is to make pizza, but they actually drew him! She was so happy! :D (idk if i can add images here, but its very cute)

Pizza hut has changed drastically sense I was a kid, the pizza has become just like all the other big corporate owned business. I have to be honest and rate them like the others. Their clean and fast, perfect for the kids... Cause they know no different...

We've had pizza from this location several times now, delivery once or twice & I've stopped in to order & carried it out. Each time our pizza was hot & tasty. I ordered carryout today with a coupon & it was very good. We got a large 1 topping pie (mushrooms) for 6.99+ tax. I didnt get a pic bc I was too hungry & impatient, but our pie was generously topped with shrooms (what I believe to be was definitely a fair amount - it's what I would expect). I will definitely be back here for pizza. The gentleman at the register (I don't recall his name) was friendly & respectful when I asked questions, which is another reason I like this store. Hopefully your experience will be as good as mine.

Such amazing food got a white sauce pizza with grilled chicken and roasted spinach. No mistakes were made amazing taste and quality. And don't forget to get the cinnamon rolls they're unbeatable.

Pizza Hut is a good place to take the family for eating, especially the kids. I have 7 grand children that we all went together and had a feast at Pizza Hut eating with a buffet that night.

MOE was awesome ! Very polite and friendly :) He was so considerate when our order was about 1hr LATE, he figured out why and fixed it right away then discounted our bill for the mistake. That NEVER happens for us so we APPRECIATE it extremely Moe, thank you. Will be "our" pizza hut from now on !

Sarah was amazing! I am a busy mom and forget my brain sometimes. Well, I drove over to get my kids their book it personal pizzas and forgot them on the counter at home!!! So as I went to pay she realized they were for bookit redemptions and she took care of the order when she realized I had forgotten them. Will be visiting this pizza hut again over the other local stores!!!!! Thank you again.

Ordered a medium thin crust pizza, an order of pasta and a Hershey chip cookie. Placed the order on line (early and before the Saturday evening rush) and the food was delivered before the expected time and was delivered hot. My wife, granddaughter and I totally enjoyed the treat for our dinner. Not a big pizza fan but this pizza was good and the pasta was surprisingly tasty...didn't expect that from Pizza Hut. My granddaughter and my wife totally enjoyed the warm gooey cookie.

Pizza hut is pizza hut...where ever you go...this one is no better or no worse than the rest of them...except that there restrooms are horribly dirty. Thought I was having a Halloween experience in there! Glad they don't have tables you can eat at!
