This location made the most delicious pizza that I’ve ever had! I had a lot of specific request for my food and they filled them exactly like I wanted. In addition to the awesome pizza, the staff was friendly and provided quick service. Highly recommend!

No one here is wearing gloves or hair nets. We are sitting here waiting for a pizza and I watching someone stick a fork in the food.

Had ordered food an Got there 2 or 3 mins after they closed an was treated very poorly by the manager an one of the employees. The manager was very rude an nasty when all I wanted to know was if my food was still up. Tried to call just before they closed to let him know I was running a min or 2 behind but never got an answer. I take fault for being late but to be treated like I wasn't valued as a costumer is what got me. This guy wouldn't even come to the door to Acknowledge that I was even there or even tell me that my order was gone even though I think I seen it sitting in the warmer. I deal with this pizza hut alot an I've never had any problems like this before with anyone one else. This guy really needs to learn more about good costumer service or you guys may start losing good costumers like myself. This happened at 4/28/24 at the Cherry Street Location I ordered a Lil after 11 an I got there at 4/29/24 at 12:03pm an he mad me stand outside for about 7 or 8 mins just to get them to tell me anything about my food. It really hurts me to be treated the way I was treated.

Pizza was cold. Breadsticks were not fresh. Delivery took OVER 1 HOUR! Overall, I was very dissatisfied with this order! I never received a receipt for my order! I will not order from Pizza Hut again!!!

I only live 5 minutes from cherry Street pizza hut. I ordered pizza melt, chicken wings and an Italian meat bake. 1st and foremost the food was cold like it had been setting out. The marinara dipping sauce felt like it had been taken out of the fridge. When I looked at ingredients for the Italian meat bake it says sauce meat and cheese. But it is actually full of pasta. Very misleading. Was very disappointed with this order.

They can't read. Ask for extra pizza sauce and they give you basically no sauce. Not once try about 7 different occasions. I have gotten to the point I don't even want a replacement. And the manager doesn't care. Marcos is better anyway

I found the doe was uncooked .the very first pizza I ever sent back.and the girl had attitude when I insisted she cook it longer after I'd tried to eat the first piece. Not sure of protocol on a returned pizza ..new one or recook the first??? Under any other circumstance this place is great.

Everything is always good and always ready to go when u get there. Highly recommend this location in Callaway, Florida.

Ordering was quick and easy. I chose pick-up since i don't live that far, and I only had to be there in 15 minutes.

Ordered 12/17/23 on line due to the only person working was one person which if I had known would not of ordered. Ordered the worst pizza I’ve ever bought which was supposed to be an Hawaiian with extra sauce. Waited in parking lot 50 minutes to drive home some type of bacon ham pizza which had an awful taste. Plan on returning tomorrow. Hopefully manager owner will be present. I’ll invite them to either refund or best is eat this pizza which there store made. Don’t Go There!!!! As you can see this is not an Hawaiian pizza.

Ordered a delivery order around 6 pm and waited an hour before calling and checking on it, as i didn’t want to annoy the workers bc i know how working fast food is. Was met with a man who told me he needed to talk to his manager and then proceeded to hang up on me. So i called back and yet again he hung up. My estimated delivery time was 30 minutes. Very unhappy with this pizza hut.

Semi concerned now with each time I've ordered. Last time they were super helpful in fixing the order but this time around I got quite the shock. My boyfriend bought a chicken bacon melt, and halfway through my half I found a shrimp. I'm not allergic thankfully but my boyfriend and his brother are... Yikes, glad I found it and not him...

I get the stuffed crust pizza all the time from this place, the bread and cheese stuffed in the crust is good. Good menu and prices are good, only issue was when the cashier gave me the wrong order and I wasted gas to drive back and forth to get the right pizza that I ordered.

Me and my daughter go at least once a week and get the taste masters pizza. It's always really fresh and a great value for the price.

Terrible customer service get way better service at the one on 23rd and they closer to me yet I still avoid the hassle 😑

Food was cold you get there in time before your pickup time and you still have to wait on certain foods so some food is hot some food is cold and then the amount and of the portion of the food is need better workers better managers better Cooks.

I used to like y'all I am trying to figure out how could y'all deliver my order to the wrong apartment complex I never had this problem before

Not so good, waitress was slow, and salad bar was not fresh, pizza was ok, it had to much sauce on it they need staff that wants to work instead of playing with a phone

Whomever is cooking now for Pizza Hut is doing a great job! The food is better than it has been for a while. Great job!

We ordered the big dinner box with pasta and it was terrible! The bbq chicken pizza had cold cheese that wasn't even melted and a "mystery topping" that we couldn't identify (see photos). The pepperoni pizza barely had cheese on several pieces. The pasta wasn't bad though. Then to make us even angrier-the big box didn't fit in either refrigerator,which left me trying to figure out a solution. I just threw away the worthless pizzas and saved the pasta. I did complain to the Mgr. and they gave me 25 credits that I used last night to try the new melts and cinnabon rolls. The melts would've been great if there were toppings in them. They were really just cheese. They were out of cinnabon rolls and substituted a rock hard,over-baked cookie that was inedible. I'm done with Puzza Hut! They used to be the best pizza chain and now they are not even a close 2nd. SMH....

Worst food ever,twice!First time our backyard BBQ chicken pizza was raw so they gave us a credit.Then a few day later we get calzones and they have nothing but cheese in them and the cookie was burned.I got pepperoni lovers,and her meat lovers.Anyway please save your money,this place is horrible. Customer service and the food sux!

Always friendly, got a sales pitch from an employee on their break, trying to make a sale. How wonderful vs aces where no one seems to want you to order anything.

If I could give a minus 1 I would. The food was dry, pizza crust was burnt and the taste was horrible. This was from the Cherry St location and I'll never use them again.

This has been the driest pizza I’ve ever tasted. I got a hand tossed with veggie toppings. The peppers and onions were absolutely huge. The crust has absolutely no flavor. Like eating a oven of bread. This reminds me why I don’t eat Pizza Hut. Delivery guy was cool though. Food came fast and hot.

Can they cut the amount of toppings anymore and keep jacking the price up. Really ???????. It is just pure greed. My favorite is thin and crispy super supreme. The last one I got didn't have enough cheese to cover the pizza. Not enough toppings to say there was toppings.taste like cardboard. Stop paying large amounts of money to these actors for advertising and go back to quality and not quantity .

Fast service great taste always brings me back to pizza hut

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite chain, and still is. However, their recent lack of coupon codes and carry out deals is making it difficult for me to afford it as often as I used to. It seems they have also cut back on amounts of toppings as well. If paying a higher price, I feel I should at least get the same quality I used to get.

I have always had great pizza and breadsticks with pizza hut until last night. The pizza and the breadsticks were not up to the standard that pizza hut has always provided. It was soggy, the the taste was horrible. The only real thing we received was the wings that actually tasted somewhat like normal. Hope it was just a one off. Paying 65 dollars for what I received was not worth it.

Pizza was fine but apparently they don't carry BBQ pizzas any longer despite the website offering

The night crew people rock!! I didn't get their names last night(the main 2, the lady w/glasses & the young man w/the ball cap), they go above and beyond. I appreciate their kindness whenever we get our pizza from them. They deliver great service and food.

Called to place an order, they answered “Please hold” (10 mins later) I hang up and call back only to have them answer the phone and placing it on hold without saying anything. Absolutely unprofessional! I will definitely take my business elsewhere!

The last 2 times we have ordered from Pizza Hut the pizza was not the best tasting. This last time will definitely be our last. The pizza was horrible. Looked great but tasted horrible. Even our pizza loving 8 year didn’t want to eat it. I’m not sure if the dough was off or the sauce. Pizza Hut used to be the go to now I would rather pay more from the locally owned pizza shop.

The website needs to include an arrival phone number or text for curbside pick up to alert the staff that you have arrived and are waiting for them to bring your entrees out.

It was New Years Eve at about 6:30pm. I did NOT want to cook so I told my husband I was gonna try and get carryout pizza, but we both agreed chances were slim because I figured they would be swamped with orders. I did my order online from my phone pizza hut app. It said 15 minutes and I laughed to myself. When I got there, the place was JAMMING. There were plenty of employees, the kitchen was rocking, the delivery drivers were busting their butts, and the girl at the register was simply delightful. You guys get an A+ on your customer service. Spot On and made my night even better than I could have hoped for. Happy New Year to your staff!!!!

Pizzas were a little over cooked. The crust was very dark, not really burnt but very dark. The girl at the cashier made a comment about the amount of food without paying a penny. I responded with a smile and told her to join the Rewards Program and she too could enjoy the fruits of her labor by being a Pizza Hut Rewards Members.

The food was overcooked and the cheese was not spread around the pizza evenly. One side of the pizza had barley any cheese while the other side was ok. Not a very good experience when there are numerous other pizza shops nearby

I love how quickly my pizza gets here, how friendly the driver always is and how my pizza is fresh out of the oven hot even after the drive. I love the deals (12 large stuffed crust with one topping & L pan with 3 topping for 10$) I love the rewards system. After only ordering 3 times I had enough points for cinnabon rolls!

Ordered and did a carry out the other day. no issues, on time and friendly guy at the register (Chad). got a great price on a specialty 5 topping...I'll be back. I know you can't please everyone...don't let em hate...it was a decent pizza at a reasonable price.

Only issue I had on my last order was I ordered it for 7:30pm and it arrived at 6:30lm. Not the end of the world. I have noticed if you pay online with a card and leave a good tip as I do. The pizza comes earlier than you ask everytime.Amost as if the drivers are pling orders with tips in it ready
