The best pizza I’ve had in a very long time! The sauce, the cheese and the toppings were just amazing! Plus everyone was super friendly. Will definitely be my go to pizza place from now on!

A nice small family-owned business with good quality meats for toppings for the pizza instead of the frozen food supply truck garbage. Great quality pizza and crust.

This is almost really good pizza. She uses high quality ingredients and it doesn’t ever give you that ugh feeling you usually have after eating pizza. My biggest hang up is that the crust (the part under the cheese and sauce, not the outside part) is really soggy. I’m not sure if it’s overly sauced or undercooked. Next time I’ll try their over baked option instead of golden baked.

listen we ate the entire box of pepperoni garlic rolls like animals while we waited for our pizzas and practically licked the box clean! They were sensational ! The flavor is all I can think about. Then the pizzas came… THE FLAVOR. THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL of a solid crust flavor with a New York flop! Amazing! I could eat 100 more pepperoni garlic knots.

Our first trip was very memorable. Mel was very hospitable us. We just moved to the area and she made us feel right at home. The pizza was top notch, made with high quality ingredients without compromise. It's a must try for anyone. We are going there tonight for the second time.

Amazing pizza and customer service. We love their regular and gluten free pizzas. We really appreciate the vegan meat and cheese options as well.

Came from out of town to visit family. Katrina's came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint! Three pizzas, all were unique and delicious. Great experience, highly recommend!

I've been wanting to try Pizza Katerina since they opened and a bit embarrassed to say we just now got a chance! It's instantly added to our favorites list!! The pepperoni stuffed garlic knots were to die for. Sooo good! Fresh ingredients .. delicious crust. We did delivery and everything was seamless. ❤️

The owner is very childish and disrespectful. We had food quality issues and she said we didn't have to ever order again. So ignorant lol. With such horrible customer service, pricy food, and poor leadership this place won't last long. Spend your hard earned money else where.

4/5/24 update: Pizza Katerina uses high quality, local ingredients and skillful preparation to make top notch New York style pizza unique to this area. I gotta return often to try more of their signature pizzas! This is a great, independent family enterprise worthy of your support - give them a try!

The best pizza place in Kalamazoo, and it's not even close.

I moved to Michigan from Philadelphia and this pizza is hands down the best in the Kalamazoo area and the closest I have found to true East coast style crust and sauce. AMAZING! Love the specialty pies as well, barbeque in particular. Also the garlic knots are my favorite!

The pizza here was delicious and cooked with care. We especially enjoyed the basil and other fresh ingredients used. The people working were very kind and friendly.

I’m picky and watch my calories so rarely eat pizza. Had a super long work week and was craving the margherita pizza. It’s out of season but when my husband called they still made me my favorite and apologized for it not being perfect. It was absolutely delicious and amazing. Thank you!!!

I love the pizza here. Some of the best I have ever had. Perfect crispy/chewy and flavorful crust, terrific sauce and all top-notch ingredients. Service is terrific.

First Impression was a breath of fresh air that a pizzeria has Class!

By far the best little pizza parlor to come across! The owners are lovely people and the pizza was absolutely delicious! Unique flavors and everything made from scratch with local ingredients. They even had a little play pizza parlor set-up for the kids to keep entertained while we waited! Very highly recommend and we will be back!

The pizza was delicious! All the things below do not detract enough to not leave a 5 star review. If you plan on eating there, there's not much room. It's kind of an awkward setup. There's no menus or signs about options or prices or anything like that. You can scan a QR code to go to their website to see what they offer. And it seems like a dining area is kind of an afterthought for them. They don't have plates or silverware or anything like that. Your pizza comes in a box if you're dining there. They have odd soda choices, which are sangria, orange, or grapefruit. No Coke, no Pepsi, no root beer or anything you might expect to find at a restaurant. So kind of a quirky place. But man do they know how to make a good NY style pizza! It was so good, I devoured half the pizza. The crust was just the right chewy/crispy balance. I would definitely go back if I am in the area again!

Hands down top of the line pizza! They do everything from scratch! I now have a new favorite pizza place that knocks all other places out of the picture! Thank you for such great pizza and a very reasonable price!

Great spot for 14 inch specialty pizza. Pesto was fantastic. Their pizzas are hard made and they cut basil off of the step of a plant in case you wonder how fresh their ingredients are. If you came for a family pizza night it might get expensive but everyone could have an individual pizza with whatever they want.

The BEST pizza I have had in such a long time. Quality chewy perfectly cooked crust, savory nicely seasoned sauce, top tier ingredients. I get olives, pineapple (don't judge), and veggie pepperoni. Also, the owner is a gem of a person. Highly recommend. Lastly, get a loaf of their garlic herb bread, its delicious.

Katrina's is amazing! they have the best vegan, gluten free options i've ever found in a pizza place! they were able to accommodate mine and my daughter's celiac disease and they were the only restaurant we could find that had both gluten free and vegan pizza for my daughter to eat. the owner helped make our trip to the area a very cheerful one!

Updating because this has become our favorite local pizza spot! The amount of creativity and care they put into food is rare to find.

This is a unique pizza experience. This has a wonderful flavor and quality that is undeniably good. Mel and staff will provide you with a NY style crust. My First time enjoying it, I wanted it to be a bit more browned, but it's still a 5/5 as is. The texture and flavor here are spot on. The classic chew and even the meats will bring back the new York style pizza memories you have had. Great pie here. Thanks for a job well done. I'll be back to try your famed Thai pizza.

Me & my friends stopped by here on our way home from a camping trip. We were hesitant about staying because they didn't have much seating for the amount of people we had. But decided to stay because the owners were so friendly. I'm definitely happy we stayed it was the best pizza crust, sauce, with oddly delicious topping combo I've had by far in a long time!

This place is a hidden treasure. The pizza is out of control. Crust is on point and the flavors are delish. Staff was super friendly and I'm excited about going back.

This place gives you lots of toppings, but virtually no sauce☹️. For me, that's 75% of the pizza experience, so I probably would not go back and if you enjoy a little bit of sauce with your toppings you probably shouldn't either!

This is EASILY my favorite pizza in Kalamazoo. I grew up around amazing pizza on the east coast, hopping on the train to grab a slice a time or a million in NYC, and Pizza Katerina rivals some of my old favorites from back home. You have to try the sweet heat and their NY white! I'm very excited for their new collab with Good Batch to pop in for a slice & my favorite popcorn!

The crust on the pepperoni and ham pizza my wife and I had today was very good as well as the sauce, which wasn't sweet but bold.

Best Focaccia ever, and will own responsibilities for errors on their behalf. PK will do *anything* they can to make your pizza the way they want, and when something isn't correct or they're out of an ingredient, or if the focaccia will take 45 minutes and set your order back.. they call you IMMEDIATELY. very communicative and extremely delicious. A1 one of my favorite local spots.

Yum with a capital Y! We passed this pizza joint tonight and flipped a u-ey to give it a try. So glad we did! I ordered the Tennessee Hot & my partner ordered the Sweet Heat. The dough is made from scratch each day and is very good - and I typically don't eat the crusts on my pizza. The owner, Mel, was so FUN to chat with while we waited for our pizzas to cook. There's something to be said for good conversation and good people! Will definitely be back. Thanks for making us feel right at home!

I just tried out this place for the first time and wow am I blown away. Mel was super fun and so helpful as I asked questions about allergies. Got home and the pizza was amazing. We will definitely be back soon!

Aside from AMAZING pizzas, I love ordering from here because their staff is always excellent as well. They are all genuinely friendly people. I have never actually left a review before, but my experience was so great that I thought I should share.
