It is alright! Their salad bar is okay and they had pasta on the menu but no pasta to be found.

Had my daughter’s Bday here. Today, the manager was amazing you could tell he wanted my daughter to have a smooth fun bday. It was an easy set up to reserve a room. The food was hot and tasted amazing! Had 0 complInts from the party guest so an easy 5 star review

Used to be the only place that delivers out to the quarry. Now apparently they no longer deliver out there. UPDATED REVIEW! Spoke to Preston and he assured me that they will deliver out here and is working to update the system to recognize the quarry address! Thank you Preston! The quarry workers appreciate it!!!

We ate at 1pm and the buffet was still hot. The offered to many more of anything we wanted.

Pizza ranch, it has pizza in its name and you would think it could make a pizza. what they do produce looks like a pizza, I think I could get better out of Hy-Vee brand. The chicken was fair at the best, rather over cooked, probably the best thing was the salad bar when the things don't appear stale and a week old. I have relatives who seem to like Pizza ranch and I didnt make this observation in a single visit

Placed order for delivery. Asked if they delivered to address to make sure and was told yes just needs to be a $30 min. Placed a 80 dollar pizza order for delivery, was told 45-50 min. Fast forward 1hr 30 min, I was giving them extra time. I called to check on pizza and was placed on a 5 min hold. We'll that's not a good sign. Was told we no longer deliver to your address and had you down for pickup. We will send a driver with your pizzas now but just for future we no longer deliver to Garretson. I had to request to speak to a manager after I asked the gal on phone are you sending driver with the pizza that has been sitting there for about an hour now, and she replied with yes. The manager was pleasant and let me address my concern. The pizzas arrived 30 min after I had called. I do think that a couple of our pizzas were the ones sitting there for over an hour. If not then they have terrible pizza. Was given a couple coupons for free pizzas but honestly probably won't return.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Didn't get it!! Last time I ordered from Pizza ranch, ordered for delivery, they thought it was for pickup. Called and asked them where it was, well you know where it was... STILL AT THE STORE!! asked them to remake it and deliver it... Well they didn't remake it, just sent out the original one! They reversed charges for it but, they couldn't follow directions!! This time DIDN'T EVEN GET THE PIZZA!! SAID THEY WOULD REMAKE IT BUT WHY!!?? PROBABLY WOULDN'T GET THAT ONE EITHER!! POOREST SERVICE THAT COULD EVER HAPPEN!! WILL NEVER ORDER A PIZZA THERE AGAIN!!

We really like the buffet. There is no wait, and you can see what the food looks like before you get it. The price did go up some, so you might want to wait till go if you're not very hungry. $30+ for 2 people

This place is really starting to fall into disrepair. Our most recent visit, the women's bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom I've ever been in. It makes me worried about what the kitchen looks like. The visit last month, there were rotton veggies on the salad bar. I'll still take my kid to county fair but I think we might be done eating there.

If you like Pizza Ranch, this is amongst the best. We arrived at 4:30 on a Thursday. The place wasn’t highly populated but food was fresh and hot (or cold as the case may be) There a very nice sized salad bar, everything was fresh and chilled. The backbone of any Pizza Ranch is their Pizza and Chicken. This one had the best pizza I’ve ever had at PR, and the chicken skin was a touch more flaky then usual. All that you hope for from a Pizza Ranch

The best way to go to pizza ranch is to go in a group and get buffet. This way, you can request any particular pizzas (including desert pizzas) you want and avoid any busy buffet lines. The chicken and mashed potatoes are both particularly good, and several pizza flavors and the cheese sticks are also quite tasty. There's a small salad bar and arcade, so it does have dietary options and some good options for kids. All the employees I interacted with were also friendly and helpful. Parking is great as well.

All pizza ranches are not created equal. I have had some very disappointing experiences. This pizza ranch however was very good. Clean, buffet was well stocked and variety was good I will go back if traveling that way again.

The one staff member was being rude and pushy and called my daughter friend a liar on her age and making side comments to my brother in law and nephews overall experience was not pleasant and not friendly at all basically felt like we were being watched and monitored when I paid for the whole ordeal and the point is for the kids to have fun and play at the arcade and have a good time didn’t feel that today or discriminated not coming back and rushing our party room when we had it until 3pm we still had 10 mins

It wasn't crowded for a Monday night. They had a great variety to choose from. Only complaint was the fifo rule didn't apply to the amount of chicken they had in the warmer. Chicken on top was piping hot and juicy while the same type of chicken I grabbed from underneath was colder and dry. Overall great experience.

There were many choices of pizza in the buffet. The salad bar is well-stocked, the restaurant is clean, the staff is kind and helpful.

Went to the Pizza Ranch in Brandon,SD for a family get-together. I just love their chicken and mashed potatoes. We also had a specialty pizza made with Canadian bacon and pineapple. Their food is always delicious

Ordered chicken fingers for my kid, had to ask again after more than 20 minutes, and they were half cold when we did get them. They had no soup cups, spoons, or ice cream cups. We went in at 7pm, and had to wait because they were vacuuming the entry way and the rug in front of the drink station. Not a good experience.

there was hair in my food and staff except for one was unresponsive

We waited 25 minutes for them to bring out a pan of chicken, during lunch hour. The kids running the place seem annoyed that you are there. Weak salad bar, pizza edible at best.

the quality is hit or miss lately. sometimes hardly any cheese. most staff are pretty nice. one of the supervisor/managers...not so much. rude or just a bad bedside manner :/ Smiles are contagious and free

First pizza Ranch I have ever seen that closes the buffet at 2 pm restart at 5 pm having to order during this time. I have never seen a PR not have all day buffet. Food on buffet was old dried out and due to closing buffet at 2 no fresh coming out. Old dried out food on buffet is not going to sit well with customers.

We had a 3 year old birthday party with 20 people but yet they gave us a tiny room to where people had to stand. Also the manager at the time when I called to set the party up had said they had military discount for all the adults as long as I showed my card for them. The manager there on the 13th of August (JR) was very rude and went against what the other person said. Acting like he knew it all. We will not be going back there as he kept talking about us behind our back in the kitchen as we could hear him telling other workers.

Well, I don't recommend you schedule a birthday party here...we had the 11:00 to 1:00 party room in the fun zone.. took 15 minutes to get in after 11 .. witch was no biggie.. really confused how or what side we needed to pay, but we got through it... But realized they didn't give us our game cards ( staff completely classless)... 12: 10 the punk working in the game area came to the room and told us we needed to clean out of the room by 12:50... That took us by surprise... the kids were still playing in the game room, so we tried to hurry them up so we could open presents and have cake!! But that never happened!!! The jerk kid said we had to leave the room because a unexpected surprise birthday party needed the room ! Not very never was able to open presents or eat cake!!! The hole family was disappointed!!! So beware people!! Pasta was a day old also... just saying!

Normally I love pizza ranch but I've only been to the Sioux Falls location. I took a friend out to this location and to be honest it was horrible, chicken had a weird taste to it and the rest of the side dishes were just as bad but at least the customer service was okay.

I won't be going back . I will go to Sioux Falls. Friendlier,better service, and better food.

We read online that the buffet started at 5 pm on Sunday evenings, we got there slightly before 5 as we figured the food would be fresh and just being made. We were really disappointed as the food on the buffet was old, the chicken looked Ike it had been sitting on the warmer for hours. It was extremely busy as there were several rooms booked so everyone was hovering around the buffet hoping more food would be put out. We did put in a special request for a pizza, so we did get fresh slices of pizza.

Owners here do great with the community. Had our sons baseball meeting and the room was great. Food is always great

Pizza Ranch is always a good choice. Good pizza, good chicken, and of course cactus bread!! Honestly the only complaint I could have is that there is not a changing table in the men's bathroom.

We had our daughters 5th birthday party here. Everyone has a great time and the party package was by far the best deal that we had found anywhere, we got a 2 hour room rental, 2 hour jump passes for the inflatables, 8 $6 game cards, and 8 buffets all for $128 it was a great deal. We could decorate the room and bring in our own cake with candles. Zero complaints.

Staff was very cheerful. The food was excellent! I had 2 negative issues, the coffee was bitter, and they had the air blowing so strong in there I froze. I was so cold it was hard to really enjoy how good the food was.

I heard so many good things about this place and got there and ate for my first time ever and the chicken was way over cooked extremely crispy/burnt which ever you want to call it which was upsetting because everyone told me try the chicken its amazing best chicken ever etc...so I even waited for a new batch and that came out the same way I still rate a 3 for the pizza and salads and desserts
