They were my favorite pizzas but in the last few times that I have ordered for pick up either they left the pizza dough raw or if you tell them to cook it a little more they left it burnt; this one in particular had more of a burnt flavor than pizza and too many garlic breads soaked in oil; they are pure oil; it's a shame they have lost quality

Hi all I wanna say the pizza is good but the people that work there the most terrible people ever that lady was the most horrible person and all I wanna say is they can do better I went January 17 around 3:00 pm and the lady kept complaining about her boss and everything she kept saying the most disgusting thing and when we ask her for a plate and a bag she was complaining we had order a big pizza and I came wit someone that is like a grandpa he just have nerves problems and she was rolling her eyes and looking all I wanna say wow the worst experience ever

Owner works almost every day and makes some of the best pizza in Hialeah. You won't get a fancy restaurant like Anthony's or even a seating area (takeout and delivery only) but what they lack in aesthetics and dining-in they make up for in the quality of the pizza!

Terrible customer service. Pizzas were both undercooked and the food is made with no gloves. Same person cooking is the same person taking/charging orders. No hand washing when switching tasks.

We were headed through the area on our way to the airport and looking for something quick, but not drive thru. The reviews seemed great so we went with a pizza. THIS is what pizza used to taste like when people actually cared about the product they were producing. OMG. I personally prefer more sauce, and if you do too, Id recommend ordering with extra sauce. The crust is divine and there's no convincing me it isn't fresh made...the cheese was great quality and just the right amount and the pepperoni was sliced just thin enough to get a tad crispy on the edges when cooked! It was absolutely delicious! Wish we had this kind of pizza back home I'd grab one once a week!

No soy un experto en pizza cubana ya que salí de Cuba en el 83 cuando aún era un niño y la única pizza que conocí fue la del Boulevard de San Rafael y una pizzeria en la calle Obispo, en Miami he comido la pizza de Cono pizza, El Palenque pizzeria, Tio Colo, Rey Pizza, Montes de Oca, y Polo Norte, pero Tiwn Tower pizza es la única que me recuerda a la verdadera pizza cubana que comí en la pizzeria de Obispo, y los spaghetti ni se diga, muy rico todo.

Es una pena que la pizza sea tan sabrosa y el Dueño tan falta de respeto y de ética, mi familia y yo somos clientes de esta pizzería desde que la conocimos , hoy pedí una orden con delivery online, algo que hacemos de costumbre, a los pocos minutos de haber puesto la orden me llama el dueño, y me dice que no pueden hacer el delivery porque vivo lejos, le explico que en otras ocasiones me han hecho delivery y me llamó mentirosa, me dijo que o cancelara mi orden o fuera a recogerla , le dije que no me daba opción de cancelar mi orden y ya estaba paga, y el señor simplemente me dijo soy el dueño, no te voy a hacer el delivery , si quieras busca cómo cancelar la orden o ven a buscarla y me colgó el teléfono! Decido ir a buscar la orden ya que estaba paga y los niños estaban esperando en la casa para comer, cuando llego la pizza no estaba si quiera en el horno , y ya había pasado una hora de que había puesto la orden, la muchacha me dijo que esperara unos 10 minutos y enseguida me la daban, esperé más de 50 minutos por las pizzas. Personalmente me gustan las pizzas de aqui y se las he recomendado a varias amistades pero que me llamen mentirosa, que me diga que cancele la orden si quiero sabiendo que no da opción de cancelar , me parece una falta de respeto y ética muy grande y encima hacerme esperar tanto tiempo por la pizza, Señor dueño de la pizzería para trabajar con costumers hay que tener un poco más de educación y ética, gracias por su mal servicio!

These people are the best! Pizza de guayaba y queso is delicious and their pan con bistec is the best we have ever had! Most pan con bistec the bread is dry but they use a different bread which takes it to the next level. And EVERYONE from the people that answer the phone to the delivery drivers are extremely amable patient and helpful.

The pan con bistec/steak sandwich is by far the best I have in over the 30 some odd years I've lived in Miami. It's in the bread chico. Fresh bread, veggies and a very tender steak, absolutely delicious.
