This used to be a 5 star establishment but unfortunately it’s a 1 star for me now. I recently went there and to my surprise now you order via a machine which I was having difficulties since I wanted a customized pizza (half onions with mushrooms and half prosciutto) I asked the enployee that was sitting down for help and he didn’t even botter to help, I then asked for help again since it was charging me $70 for 1 pizza and again the employee stayed seated and said that was the price; he had no customer service and the pizza maker came up to us and helped us with the order. An elderly couple (who only spoke english) came in and were trying to order through the machine and were having difficulties as well and the employee was still seating and didn’t help them and they ended up leaving. A group of 5 came in and the same happened. The owners lost $$ and clients thanks to this lazy employee.

I am picky with Italian and the pizza I had was so authentic and delicious. I will eat there again and again.

The owner is so nice and takes him time explaining the food to you. He makes everything fresh and in front of you too, which I love! The cutlets are delicious and the Pizzillo pizza is my favorite - the flavor was so good and the BURRATA is amazing on top. Highly recommend!

We loved it, excellent Italian food, divine 4 cheese pizza and pasta cooked al dente, and perfect flavors, I would say it is authentic Italian cuisine, very good service. Just a recommendation, in our case, we would like them to have some variety of wine. We recommend this place 100% and we are already thinking of returning

Food and service were fantastic. Six of us at our table. Everyone totally enjoyed the food and service by Michele. Cannoli's were great as well. Only negative was the restroom was out of order, but I would go back in a second.

We were staying across the road for a work event and stumbled upon this gem! It’s in an unassuming strip mall, but we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and upbeat atmosphere, plus Michell’s great service! We had pizza, mozzarella sticks and a couple beers and it was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in area!

100% recommended, it is an Italian restaurant run by its own owners, the service is top-notch, I ordered a truly incredible montanara pasta, everything was very fresh and every Wednesday it is half price, I will return without a doubt, a tremendous option if you want to eat Italian.

My wife ordered two gluten free pizzas (GF Montonara and GF Caprese) on April 7, 2024 which was supposed to be ready at 5:45 PM. and while past orders we on point. One order of the two today was incorrect. The pizza was missing sausage and had a pool of pesto sauce which was not part of the order. I returned to the store shortly after receiving and explained the incorrect pizza. The cook immediately apologized and offered to fix it and I brought my concern about the first pizza being cold when he’s done. The girl in the front with the dyed light brown hair with a reddish tint shrugged it off without care and was saying nothing then can do. I then stated that’s not right since I did pay 50 dollars for both of these I don’t want one cold and one hot…no care was given by the girl but the male cook was nice and concerned for my food. I was getting irritated at the attitude and said they can either refund me and I walk away and they keep a customer OR refund the 50 dollar order of two GF pizzas and take the pizza and I don’t ever come back. The girl got mad and picked up the pizzas with force and angrily slammed it on the work bench next to her and said we will remake both pizzas and stomped off. I didn’t appreciate the tone, attitude, and the drastic choice of making both when I have already waited long enough for the pizzas to be ready (at pickup time the pizzas weren’t ready which I understand given the influx of orders). I then stated that because of the attitude I don’t want anything, to refund me and I’m never coming back. The girl continued her attitude, told the cook to stop, and then proceeded to refund me while stating “just because you had a bad day doesn’t mean you it’s okay to be like this” I then replied saying “I’m having a great day actually but I just don’t appreciate the attitude”. I patiently waited for the receipt and when I received it I said in a neutral tone “have a nice day” she replied with a sarcastic attitude and fake smile and I will capitalize her emphasis where she raised her tone “ have a BLESSED day, may god bless you” in a very very sarcastic tone. I did mention this issue will be included in the review and she yelled to add it. I did enjoy pizzilio in the past but I refuse to come here if the service comes with behavior like this when something goes wrong. Customer service and good products is what keeps people coming back, sadly one of those two is missing here.

Had a fantastic authentic Italian meal tonight, from the caprese salad to the carbonara everything was great. Michelle was a pleasure, friendly and catered to our meal, she was one step ahead of us and very attentive. Thank you!!!!!

From Ohio, visited the restaurant for the first time. It was a delightful place to eat atmosphere made me think of ltally and our waitress Michelle was very pleasant and helpful and explained things we didn't know. Will be back when visiting again. Highly recommended!

This is a very small place. We thought it would be bigger, but it's more of a counter service with just a few places to sit inside; however, there are a few places to sit outside. Three of us had different pizzas. Everyone loved their pizza. I eat pizza a lot. I pizza snob, if you will, and I will say that this pizza was very good. I recommend. It's simple, but I'm a good way. Good flavors with the right ratio of ingredients. Recommended.

Delicious pizza!!! It is a feast of flavors on the palate. We followed the recommendation of the owner Pizzilo and Chef Gianca. Excellent service 👏🏻👏🏻 Recommended 💯 The owner gave us to taste normal limoncello and the cream made by her, a delight and she was a Charm 🤩 . Don't stop trying it!!!

Michell was our waitress. She gave us legendary service and even sang some of a Beatles song to us. It was dinner and a free show essentially. Next time I’m in Miami I will visit this establishment and hopefully receive another amazing dinner / show.

We stopped by to have a business meeting and I must say, as native New Yorker, the pizza here was actually really good. The service was great and the young lady Michelle was extremely attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Vegetarian options were good. But the Non vegetarian options were not good.

OMG! This is my first visit. The calzone is to die for. Get the veggi one. Great portion, not dry, really moist, excellent mouth watering flavors. I will be back. Thanks for the great food.

This place will give you an exquisite 🍕 Pizza made with sourdough that will not give you grief or cause any discomfort, it is a real and super good pizza, the truth is that it is the first pizza I have eaten in Miami that is really worth repeating. I recommend it 100%

Best pizza I have ever had! We had a layover at Miami airport and looking for food late night. It's a small cozy restaurant nearby, quite at the back of the shopping unit, i was dubious first, but my family was really hungry and insisted to get food there. Thank god they did! Lovely huge sourdough pizza - we went for the Pizzillo one of course to try the house special - it was fab! It's a definite mark on our map if ever in Miami again! Thank you!

Major disappointment! :( We found this place through its stellar Google reviews, and since we were hungry after a long day at the beach, it seemed perfect. While my husband said the atmosphere and staff were lovely, we got a chicken pizza to go so we could enjoy it at our hotel. When we opened up the box, we were genuinely disappointed by the sight of it; and after one bite, it was clear that this pizza did not have one redeemable quality. The crust, sauce, and cheese were mediocre at best, and tasted like they’d been cooked ahead. The toppings (chicken, arugula, cherry tomatoes, and aioli) seemed (and tasted) like they were added to the pizza after it had been cooked. The most criminal part of this pizza was the chicken. It was completely rubbery, and we’re both now hoping we don’t get sick. Truly, something unlike anything either of us had ever eaten… The only reason we didn’t return this supremely unappetizing pizza is because we were too tired to do so. Added insult to injury was the price. To spend over $30 USD on something so awful REALLY hurts the Canadian bank account. Hoping this was just a one-off bad dish! In conclusion, 0/10 would NOT recommend the chicken pizza.

Been here 3 times. First time about a year ago I bought a Chef Gianca and a Hawaiian i believe which were both good. Specially the Gianca one. As others have stated some of the prices for certain items are a bit outrageous. Spent over 50 on those 2 pizzas which I believe we ordered small and a dessert. The pizza crust could most definitely be better. Its just not soft enough. If it gets a bit cold its terrible. You must eat it fully warmed up. Now the second time I went ordered the Tuesday special. A pepperoni and Margherita I believe.. and wasnt impressed. It was very sub par. I guess since theyre half off the quality is lower? Some months went by and I forgot how the pizza wasnt great last time. Gave it another chance and gotta say I probably wont try anymore. Called in to pick up 2 pizzas one pepperoni, one ham & mushroom from the "Tuesday special" again. Lady said she didnt have ham so I said ok just sub it for italian sausage. She said ok. I come in to pick up and shes charging me 4 extra dollars for the ham & mushroom pizza because she subbed what she didn't have.. which isnt my fault. Said she "couldn't ring it up that way" and acted as if 12 to 16 dollars isnt a difference to substitute an ingredient she didnt have 😂 acted like if I was crazy for not thinking that made sense. Not great customer service. (Sorry I didnt spend 50$ on 2 pizzas like the first time..) So I just cancelled that and only took the pepperoni. I brought it home, my gf tried it and asked me if I was sure it wasn't Cicis pizza lol. Yes she really said that... Anyways 2 stars because I enjoyed the first pizzas I ate there a year ago and service was good. Nowadays the pizza and service were 1 star.

High ratings, because they give cannolis out for free if you leave a good review. The food, atmosphere and service was okay, but the prices are too much. My coworker got a pizza and said it was just whatever. I got a sandwich and it was good. My coworkers and I all agreed to never ever going back. Prices are outrageous! I paid $26 for one sandwich (no drink or anything else). Everything on the menu is expensive!

I’m convinced all of these reviews are from their family and friends because the service from start to finish was abysmal. Ignoring me standing at the register, bringing bread to the table with no plate, getting my order wrong. Giancarlo is the king of sitting down.

I visited this place today. Instantly before even entering we were treated very kindly! The food, service, and the overall atmosphere of the place is amazing! We ordered two large pizzas as a party of 4 and we even got to take some home! The owner, his mom, and his aunt were all there to help with anything we needed. They were all very friendly and we definitely plan on visiting again!

I’m visiting the area and staying at a hotel across the street. I called for delivery after seeing the good reviews. I ordered one 12” pizza and two cannolis ($7 each) - ok a little much but maybe they’re really good. Total was $45.01. I get my order and the cannolis are a joke!! They’re literally 3 inches long and a little bigger than my thumb. (Look at the image). They should be ashamed for deceiving and robbing people. I almost called an Uber to take me there so I could get a refund. You charged me $14 for those two tiny one bite things? I’m furious as should be your others customers.

Llegamos y no habían más clientes pedimos y tardaron demasiado literal 2 horas para sacar nuestra comida.. al llegar nadie nos hizo caso la mesera nisiquiera nos explicó el menú y todos nos ignoraron!!! Pedimos unos refrescos y nos dijo que los tomáramos nosotros mismos cuando ella no estaba haciendo nada … la comida estuvo más o menos para lo q tardó no volveré

I have tried CARBONARA at DIVIETO Ristorante in Doral , Il Forno Ristorante in Doral, Amor Di Pasta Blue Lagoon, Siamo Ristorante Miami Springs, La Fontana Ristorante, Caffe Italia, Piccola Pizzeria and Piola. This is The BEST CARBONARA IN MIAMI HANDS DOWN. In another life I had to be an ITALIAN MAN because CARBONARA IS MY COMFORT FOOD. GOD BLESS YOU GIANCARLO i will be back for that award winning ITALIAN SUB.

Chef is super friendly and great cook! We are not from local so that was the first to this restaurant, however this was the best Italian food we had outside of Italy! Wish chef and his mum all the best :-)
