This has to be one of the most beautiful restaurant/commercial places I’ve ever walked into. It’s absolutely stunning!! Beautiful murals and coastal decor, super cute merch, aesthetically pleasing chalk board menu, fun & hip music, and just great visual appeal give this place a fabulous ambiance. The bowls are pretty good; I got one that had gogi berries but they were dried and kind of got stuck in my teeth. But maybe gogi berries just aren’t for me; other than that 10/10!

Had their cold brew coffee but I usually go for the Pura Vida açaí bowl. Every single time I’ve been in it’s been a positive experience. Friendly and quick service would recommend

this was my 3rd time visiting playa bowls at this location and i was really looking forward to it, ive had it actually 3 times in the week because i really enjoyed these bowls! but today i got one that was basically like a bowl of soup… like going to an icecreamshop and getting a bowl of melted icecream. my last two experiences were really great the bowls were cold and left me really full. but this time the service wasn’t the same. i felt bad for asking the girl at the register to remake it… she said theyre just a little melty today… as if this was normal but i know its not by my 3rd visit 🥴 im not sure what was going. overall its a clean place and the fruit is fresh so not bad but service can be better 😔

I absolutely love this amazing place, I come Here at least once a month, today I wasn’t feeling my best and Sylvia the store manager made me the best Ding repair boost drink today, and she was the best person to talk to and always smiling. Thank you for being awesome and the atmosphere here is also the best, always clean and very friendly people. Definitely recommend this place, 10/10

My third time ordering, first time getting a smoothie bowl. The first two times I got a Dolce Latte Smoothie - oh my goodness is it good. I will definitely be back for more smoothie bowls. Don't be too nervous about the price - everything is incredibly filling, don't underestimate it. Not to mention they blend the smoothie bowls with protein so it will keep you full and provide lots of energy. Ingredients are very clean and high quality and based on this first try, the smoothie bowls are very well put together flavor combo wise.

The bowls are just OK. The staff is rude and not welcoming at all. Better bowls at local coffee shops in my opinion.

I went here with my son. I asked the cash register girl ringing up my bill about the owner of the shop. I turned away and my son caught the cash register girl rolling her eyes like I was an idiot. I told my kids never to return to this location. I was embarrassed that my son caught it and it made both of us upset. She was also very unfriendly. How unprofessional for a business to have unfriendly people serve and make fun of the patrons.

The Acia bowls are delicious but my only complaint is that the service is actually terrible, specially their night time workers. They only work for tips and 9/10 times they get my order wrong on Uber eats. They need to hire people with better attitude and it would be a 10/10.

By far the best açaí bowls EVER!! We drive 45 minutes just to get playa bowl because no other bowl stacks up! It is a must have, and especially after a nice workout!

I ordered an Açaí bowl, didn’t taste anything like açaí and wasn’t even made like the picture shown. The nutella wasn’t even there just felt robbed and highly disappointed

Edited to add an update: the manager reached back out to me on Instagram and apologized on behalf of the same employee who was unreliable again, and who unfortunately had to be let go. She offered to compensate me with two bowls whenever I stop by next. I appreciate her willingness to make it right and can understand employees are often unreliable - I happened to be at the wrong place both times. — Earlier this week we drove 15 minutes out to Playa Bowls on Monday at 7:30am, however the store was closed (supposed to open at 7:00am), so we waited around until 8:00am and still no one showed up. After messaging the store on Instagram, we finally heard back on Wednesday that the worker had an emergency and staff showed up to help at 8:10am. So no big deal we can understand an emergency. Today, on Saturday - still excited to try it - we came back at 8:05am (supposed to open at 8:00am) and it was closed AGAIN. Waited around until 8:15am and still no one showed up. I cannot imagine there was another emergency, just that their staff are incapable of showing up to work on time. It’s unfortunate when people are willing to drive 15 min twice in one week to a store to give their business and you aren’t even open to receive their business.

The girls were great. I wasn't feeling great and had just flown in for a wedding. They took great care of me. Thanks Silvia

By far my favorite bowl & smoothie place, the staff is sweet, they have so many options, and it’s a quick and healthy alternative to fast food.

Great place for açaí bowls and a healthy dessert. This is the best tasting açaí I have tried and I’ve been to plenty in Florida. High quality ingredients and great products. Kid friendly environment with calm to low level music. Great lighting- warm and dim.

Need more workers. The two that were there were very overwhelmed and obviously don’t want to be there to begin with. They also are out of multiple ingredients. How does a place like this run out of coconut flakes when it’s in so many of the bowls?

This is the only place I go to frequently that never screws up my order, and the employees are quick and so nice! The food is addicting, the atmosphere couldn't be better, and the music is always good and not like all the other places 🙂 Can't forget to mention the prices are perfect 👌 Playa Bowls, please don't change! I love this place so much 🥰 Healthy fast food at its absolute finest, and love that there's plenty for vegans!

Here in the parking lot @ 10:11am 11/19 the lady at the counter was extremely rude no one greeted us and waited and never even apologized for us waiting (we were the only ones there and another guy picking up order) but she had a horrible attitude towards me just walked up to the cashier and didn’t even say a word I had to speak first. Smoothie came out nasty too, I got the aloha one and it didn’t taste that good and there is chunks inside. I don’t know how…. Will not be coming back.

Delicious bowls! Lots of options, online ordering was a breeze, they kept it cold as we were running late, bigger than most for the cost, clean, nice decor and atmosphere, we will for sure be back!

Every time I go there I have an amazing experience!! This time I tried something different! The Nutella bowl, but with dragon fruit as a base and no coconut shaving for me! My fitness got the coconut bowl with peanut butter and fruits!! Everyone absolutely loved their bowls!! Craving more the next day!

Weird experience. New cashier was rude to me because I wasn't familiar with the menu. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her even though I was the only person in there. She was confused that I wanted a smoothie and not a bowl, as if a smoothie wasn't an option or like she just didn't feel like making it. My smoothie was rushed, tasted strange, and wasn't blended well. I get the same thing everytime I come in and this is the first time I've been treated like this. I didn't see a manager on staff, so I feel like it has turned into young people running the establishment that just don't care.

Love the Fort Myers Playa bowl. The products are excellent but a shout out to Maddie for excellent service.

i’ve been enjoying this location for a while since I moved here for school. Recently when this new manager was hired, it’s been going downhill so fast. She smells like alcohol & weed at all hours of the day, vapes around the shop, is very disorganized, and hires these new kids and older people who are the exact same. The original employees who are still there are amazing and I feel so bad for them. This is not the Playa Bowls that I remember, and I’ve been hearing everyone is complaining about the same things. it’s very sad to see. I hope to see some action taken soon before it’s too late!! Shame.

The açaí bowls are pretty good but a bit overpriced for what they are in my opinion, I could go to UHMAZEBOWLS for the best acia I have ever had and still pay less for the same size. The employees are friendly and helpful; however, it does sometimes take a while to get your order, I don’t mind waiting but when it’s over 10 min for a quick pickup it can be a bit frustrating. Some items they can’t even make but are advertised and it’s not their fault they don’t have the supplies, but I would prefer it no be advertised until available. Yet, I also understand many businesses are dealing with similar issues. Overall it’s a pretty cute spot with decent açaí but nothing you cannot find elsewhere.

Delicious Açai Bowls, not the best I've ever had but close. The menu is pretty big and so many healthy options. It is a bit pricey so be ready for that.

Went here with my parents on a road trip, very worth stopping here, accessible location and plenty of parking, came here for lunch and got a "Costa Bowl" which has banana, Nutella, peanut butter and even three mint leaves on top, my parents shared a kowabunga smoothie (blueberries and strawberries) but they subbed the strawberries for bananas, which goes to show that there are infinite customizations that you an do to a bowl or smoothie.

Normally one of my favorite stops but somehow came in and my ticket disappears after waiting 30 minutes and watching everyone behind us get their food I ask about my order which the response is I didn’t make it and no apology or anything… this is a quick stop and the service was below par and very disappointing

The most amazing açaí/smoothie place hands down! When i first walked in the door i felt as though I stepped into a tropical paradise. The bowls and smoothies are so delicious, and the best part is you can customize everything to your liking! My favorite is the the Nutella Açaí Bowl, which I could eat every day! The Staff was so friendly and helpful when choosing what to order. I will definitely be coming back soon!!

every thursday morning, me and my boyfriend spend quality time at this location and we absolutely love it! from entering the local, to us eating in and enjoying the music, the staff, and obviously their açai bowls! Lisa and Emily are very friendly and we appreciate their help always.

hours online say open till 10 pm and that it was confirmed by business 4 days ago however i went at 9 pm and doors were locked and was informed that they closed. i get closing a little early but an hour early?

The green bowl base from Playa Bowls is my favorite! I like how you can pick and choose your toppings of fruit, drizzle, and other extras. I appreciate them layering the Nutella drizzle under the fruit since my order was packaged up to-go. Their bowls always hit the spot for breakfast, lunch, or a snack!

Out of towner. Found this place after having my nails done, glad I stopped by. Love their smoothies. Its not your typical tropical smoothie drink. I ordered their green smoothie. I wish I can come back here!

I really like this place. I love the coco bowls and smoothies. The service is very friendly and my pickup orders are always on time. I’m greeted the very minute I walk in and thanked when i leave. Great customer service and friendly staff.

The best açaí and pitaya bowls in the US, hands down. Every bowl we got was delicious, and was full of fun flavors that were incredible. My favorite was the booster/spirulina bowl, which was a peanut butter and vanilla spirulina bowl. The flavors were sweet and salty, with little chunks of granola and bananas. The atmosphere was incredible, nice modern music playing with this incredibly modern seating area. The walls were beautifully painted and even had some neon signs. They also offer protein bites, shakes and health drinks and shots. This is now my favorite bowl place.

Awful customer service they take 40 minutes to make two bowls and every worker there looks like they don't have anything to do when there's a line out the door and ten orders.. the main worker taking the orders look as confused as ever and didn't know what half the stuff on the menu was. He was slow and unresponsive. We'll not be going back
