I got take out/delivery and food is absolutely delicious! I got the edamame and khao soi - This restaurant does not disappoint and will be my new go to for Khao Soi.

Best Thai in Mandeville! Always consistent and fresh!!! Love this place!!! The green curry is to die for!!!

Everything is SO yummy, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The staff is AMAZING AND SO IS THE FOOD! BEST thia I have found in area and surrounding areas 4 sure! Can't wait to try the ones I didn't check off and soon!🤣🧡💛❤️

I had the thai fried rice, which was pretty good and spicy. It had the right amount of veggies, which I loved! Small, quaint establishment that doesn't seem to allow dine in due to the lack of staffing. They generously allowed me to eat my food inside, as it was extremely hot outdoors.

The Khao Soi is one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. Definitely will be a regular here

I absolutely love this place !! It is my go to Thai place on the Northshore ! They are consistent and their customer service is beyond exceptional . They are a take out place only but if they’re running behind , they truly take care of you! Wonderful people and wonderful food

Love the Seafood Spicy Eggplant and Basil Crazy Wok Stir Fry dish. Flavors are on point, best of all the Thai restaurants in Mandeville, LA.

This place deserves more attention and could use more customers. We decided to try them out not long ago and quickly made them our Friday lunch go to spot, very good Thai food. The drunken noodles, Green Curry and Spicy Thai Basil Fried Rice are delicious!

Ploy’s food was AMAZING! They have the best egg rolls ever. The pot stickers were delicious as well as the crab Rangoon. The Roti….oh so good!!!! The chicken pad Thai was delicious. Food was nice and hot. My family will definitely go back! They are very kind too…. Which is a plus for me.

order came to my house wrong and the driver wouldn’t even attempt to answer the phone. Order came to my house 1 hr late.

The red curry, pineapple rice, and pad soon is delicious. The owners are super friendly. I drove 30 miles for take out and well worth it everytime!! Yummy!

I got take out from there the other day for lunch and it is some of the best Thai food I’ve had.

Tried to eat here (3) times every time “SORRY TAKE OUT ONLY”.. walk in and they are watching the tv on the phone..! I guess a paying customer that walks in is to much for them to handle while they watch there show!!

We have fallen in love with this place. The husband and wife duo are amazing chefs and very nice. We have tried the green curry with shrimp, crab rangoons, veggie egg rolls, Thai tea, pad Thai, and roti. Everything was delicious both times. You have to try it.

Best Thai on the Northshore! Pricing is also equally great. Dine in hours are only 11-3pm and closed sun and Mon. Husband and wife only team. It’s a cute, quaint little restaurant located adjacent from Cleco’s in mandeville

Best fried rice you'd ever have, Absolutely delicious!

The sweetest people and fast Photos are of Crab Rangoons, Beef Pad Thai, Thai Fried Rice & Crispy Chicken, and Thai Tea. EVERYTHING is delicious. The sauces that come with the dishes really make the food pop. The Rangoon came with a cute lil carrot flower. Food was ready in under 20 mins so my stomach didn’t have time to eat my spine lol. Little perks when you pay with cash also. If you’re hungry, bring your tummy :)

The panang curry was terrific. I got it with seafood but the mussels were a bit chewy and calamari rubbery.

This "To-Go" restaurant is clean, and food is authentically delicious. Portions are generous and inexpensive. The owner is very nice and sincere. The owner used to own original Sawasdee Thai restaurant. I definitely recommend this "to-go" restaurant.

When I came at 7pm, was told this is a to go only restaurant. Drove over to eat, they said to go only and 45 min wait for food. Need to update information if this is to go only.

A hidden gem! This place was so delicious. The food was fresh. We got the pad see ew and the pad Thai. Both were full of flavor. The lady at the register (I don’t know if it’s the owner) but she was so kind and attentive! Her service was above and beyond! Will definitely come back here! Enjoyed it very much.

Small, local-owned Cafe with incredible food. The tom yum and pad thai were phenomenal. Everything is made fresh to order. The owners are kind and amazing, and I cannot wait to come back and try more of their menu. This place isna must-try!!!

Amazing food! We stopped in today because we wanted Thai and our usual place is closed on Sundays. The reviews were good and totally on point. The food is excellent and service was very good. The restaurant was doing a lot of take-out, we were the only dine-in customers. Despite the host doing multiple jobs by answering the phone, waiting on us and helping in the kitchen, we never felt neglected and definitely had a good meal. The signs say as others have reported that food is served in take-out containers, however, our meals were served in normal dishes. We definitely have a new favorite Thai place!

The food here is AMAZING! We have been eating Ploy’s food since before this location opened, and everything I have had is so authentic and delicious. The staff is beyond friendly. The food is always fresh and appetizing. My favorite is the Khao Soi and the Crab Rangoons. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great food and service!! It’s a husband and wife, and the wife is the sweetest! It takes some time bc it’s just them but it’s totally worth it.

We order often. Our go to is red or green curry substituted with broccoli instead of bamboo shots or khoi sao noodles. Consistency is the same which is good, and they can make it spicy if you ask.

Just love the food here. Their curry is spot on and the people working there are super nice.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, absolutely delicious food. Got the red curry and loved it! Only thing to note is this had one “pepper” for heat level and was super mild, so I’d guess they err on the low side.

This wasn't our first choice of restaurants in the area, but our first choices were closed on a Sunday night and we decided to come here, glad we did. The restaurant lacks curb appeal and I'm not sure I'd stop here if I were driving by, but inside it was clean. It looks like takeout is the majority of their business, but they do allow dining in. (They serve dine in customers on paper plates and takeout containers, if that matters to you. Didn't matter to us.) The service was great, very friendly and timely. The food was also wonderful, we both had curry (Panang and massaman) served with rice and the flavors were rich and complex. I wouldn't hesitate to come back the next time I'm in the area.

Called ahead, food still not even close to ready when I arrived 10min after they said it would be ready. I can get good Thai elsewhere without the issues.

Their dining room is open, but they will only serve you in to-go containers. Flavors are good, friendly service. (We found a dead fly in our food 🪰 but when we let them know, they were very apologetic and made us a new one)

Ordered Pad Thai and asked for spicy, it was good but they need to learn how to bring the heat. Hopefully I can get the business next time I come. Cause your a 2/10 on the spice level.

We ordered takeout (edamame, red curry chicken, and massaman curry tofu) for the first time last night. It was delicious! Both curry dishes were flavorful and generously served. This address is officially added to our routine! Parking was easy in front of the place. I was in and out under five minutes. I appreciated the touchless payment option... although I was asked to sign the receipt with a pen on the counter :(

Very friendly, clean and neat. The Massamun Curry and Pad Thai were excellent, cooked fresh to order with large cuts of meat and seafood and fabulous flavors.

This place has delicious Thai food. The only fault I found is that the menu is limited. That said, everything I have tried on it is delicious.

Ploy and her husband are the original owners of "Sawadee Thai Restaurant" where I was one of their first customers and I am happy that after selling that business they decided to open again with the more casual and intimate "Ploy's Kitchen Cafe".Amazing Thai food from a beautiful couple

We LOVED Ploy's Kitchen Thai Cafe! We ordered the Crispy Calamari, Pad See-Ew, and Pad Thai - all equally delicious 😋 The Thai tea was tasty too! Definitely our new go-to Thai in Mandeville!

Fantastic Thai food and great service from the owners, who are some of the friendliest and kindest people around. The menu is great, and different from most typical Thai places around. The whole menu is great, but the Khao Soi is my favorite. Tom Yum soup is also great, as is the roti. The family who owns this restaurant used to own Sawasdee prior to its previous owners, and also were involved in Banana Blossom in Gretna. You won’t regret visiting this great family restaurant.

Friendly, fast service and INCREDIBLE food!!! Our go-to’s are the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Green Curry!

Friendly service but was not pleased with the food. Pork roll was dry, and both the Drunken Noodle and Pad Woonsen Noodles had insufficient sauce.

Hands down best Thai around! Traditional Thai cooking and extremely friendly service. Do yourself a favor and try the Khao Soi- you will not regret it!!!
