The private rooms were perfect for our group, allowing us to sing our hearts out in a more intimate setting. The service was top-notch. Luis, who assisted us throughout the night, was wonderful—super friendly, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The food was another highlight. Every dish we ordered was delicious, making the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend Plug-In Karaoke for a fun night out, whether you're with friends, family, or coworkers. Pretty over priced for what it was. I had 3 cocktails and I was just barely tipsy. And I'm typically a super lightweight. They were honestly just serving juice, probably trying to make money by cheating the customer. On top of that, the Ipad ran out of battery and there was a cable in the room so naturally we plugged it in and it wasn't turning on and there were songs we wanted to skip. No one told us they just replace them completely (losing all your song queue and the song search system is crap). I got attitude from the lady when I asked if we could just get 10 more minutes for the time lost. They didn't seem to care though when they made me lose time because they undercharged me in the beginning. You're also forced to give a 18% tip… so they can give whatever service with attitude. My main server gave me attitude because I asked for just 10 minutes for the inconvenience. She said that I didn't say anything when she came in.. Uh yeah because it happened after she left? This experience was only fun because of the people I was with. I would not come back though. For $78 each person I could've bought my own system at home

Came here for friend's birthday celebration. Very cool spot for karaoke lovers. I didn't order any food or drinks because I was only there for about an hour so I can't speak with that but the music selection for me was not that wide of a range as I would like it to be but we all had a great time

We got room 14. It was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect, even the check-in at the front. Everyone was super nice and attentive. There was 6 of us and we had a blast. The food was so good, and they were able to make gluten free, celiac-safe food for me!! I was so happy. I can't say enough about this place and how much fun we had. Half of our group had been to Japan, and we were reminded of the karaoke rooms there. It really was nicely designed and very well thought out. Loved it so much we are coming back in a month. We did 2 hours and all of us agree it was not enough time. lol

VIP room was at best mediocre. The balcony was filthy and smelled horrible also the broken dirty furniture were covered in a corner so no where to sit the smell was so bad we didn't even care. The waitress would get lost the microphones kept losing charge the choice in music is a bit dated. Would probably not go again especially pay extra for cheap champagne and horrible service not worth it. Also the AC was not cold do we were sweating in there 😅 the food was good for a Bar though and my sister loved the vegetarian options.
