This is the best breakfast place in Naples and so sad to see it close. I have been to all the places that serve breakfast and no one can compare. Something should be done to stop the closing. Please relocate into another shopping center in Naples.

food is decent, atmosphere is a typical breakfast/lunch spot. however, we tried to place a to go order and phone went to voicemail back to back. Totally unprofessional.

Do yourself a favor and sit at an outside table and enjoy the ambiance of the fountain, sunshine, light breeze, and gorgeous courtyard. The food is always fabulous. No matter what we end up ordering, it’s full of flavor and the portions are generous. Love going for brunch.

The food is good and the service is decent, but the place just needs to do something extra to be really top notch. Like perhaps more artisan food, or amazing customer service. The place is big enough to have many customers, which is good. The outdoor seating looks appealing on a nice day. I would recommend going here for the brunch.

My meal was completely wrong. Ordered eggs bene, got fried eggs, hash browns and toast (not even the hash brown casserole I’d ordered). My friend got a panini (he had ordered w/o ham-allergy) and got ham. No credit, no courtesy or anything. Positively snarky hostess. Never recommend after this experience and I was a regular there. Our waitress was sweet but inattentive to details.

Well, were do I start? My coworkers order from this place often so I decided I would try them one morning before work. I ordered a egg sandwich with Lettuce and tomotes and fruit to go. The server ran the order to the back without telling me the price. When he returned I asked him for the price and he mentioned it will be $13+.. I almost fainted however I was very hunger and just need something to eat before work. I did not examined the sandwich before I left the resturant because the server had tied up the bag . When I got to work I found only had two slice of bread and one egg nothing else....So I called and spoke with the server and he said the manager said to bring the sandwich back. There was no way I could have left my job that day to return the sandwich . Money wasted on this joint. BTW this place was not busy when I arrived. My coworkers are no longer ordering from Poached anymore.

Was looking for a great place for breakfast this morning online and stumbled across Poached - thank god I did! This place is AMAZING! We tried the meat lovers benedict with the hash brown casserole and then banana bread french toast platter. Both were outstanding. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful yet upbeat. There is ample seating inside. It was really hot outside, so we didn't sit on the patio, but we will be going back so we can enjoy that as well! It took forever to decide what we wanted because everything looked so delicious. If you're in the area (or even if you're not) this place is a must for breakfast!

First time in a 'Poached'. The Gyro Pita was good, tasty and a decent plateful. But it's a little on the pricey side for a quick lunch.

The menu had looooottsss of options so there will be something for everyone. I liked that they had very different Benedict options I hadn't seen before. The eggs were cooked to perfection! I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. They serve brunch drinks as well. Service was fast and friendly and lrices were very reasonable with good sized portions. They are also pet friendly.

I know poached is always a great choice for breakfast, recently I’ve ordered Lunch to go. The staff is always polite on the phone and my food never takes more time than If I were to dine in. Burgers, clubs, Ruben’s, and gyros are excellent and a great value for the price. Everything is picture worthy even after sitting in a go box.

The food saved the review! The owners son was amazing but we got switched and Meh never talked to the waitress until the bill after ordering. BLT was 5 stars and fries real local feel loved them - Avocado Toast 7/10 was soggy but 10/10 for the hash brown casserole. Will try them again maybe out of season but looking forward to the next experience

We had a location closer to home and when they consolidated we didn't know this spot still existed. Thankfully we found you guys. Always without fail the kindest wait staff and the food has never failed. We are there almost every Sunday and always greated with a huge smile.

They messed up my lunch, again, and then charged me for it anyway. The cooks don’t pay attention. You get your order their way or you don’t get it. I presume there’s some sort of police discount, because the place is always crawling with guys carrying guns.

Very meh for me, the location is nice, the restaurant is nice but the food isn't the best the kitchen messed up my side dish so the server didn't bring my food until everything was ready which meant my main dish was cold.

The obnoxious hostess ignored us for ten minutes before seating people who had just walked up. When my mother complained about our mistreatment, the hostess was indignant and rude. I was taken aback by such disrespectful behavior.

With so many places to have breakfast in Naples, my wife and I never got around to Poached. That is until our son and grandson said we should try this restaurant. They liked the potions and huge selections. My wife had the corned beef hash, two eggs and a side of home fries. She thought the corned beef hash and potatoes was over done. I had the meat lovers eggs Benedict. Two poached eggs atop sausages sprinkled with bacon bits. The dish was accompanied with potatoes. The egg yolk wasn't running the way I like but it was fine. My wife wants to come back and try the French toast.

Great breakfast spot in Naples. Definitely one of my top 3 spots to get a delicious meal on a weekend morning. It get's pretty busy in the late morning, so make sure to come early. Last time I went I got the "IRISH HASHISH OMELET" and it was excellent.

Wait staff are kind and lovely. Place is pretty, like a diner. Unfortunately, have to give few stars. I went with my mom and we were excited to try it out as we just moved down here. I ordered and asked the waitress if I could get my meal without avocado because I was allergic; I said if it wasn't possible, I would order another dish no problem. She assured me I could (she was really sweet!). My meal came with avocado and I had to do that awkward Karen thing where I asked if I could have another meal. Waitress was apologetic and took it back. The meal I got in return was the SAME meal with the avocado scraped off...I knew it was the same because it had avocado in it still smeared over the muffin...I couldn't eat it unless I wanted to go into anaphylactic shock then and there...I didn't want to be a hassle and bring it up again and honestly, it seemed like there was on solution anyway because the cooks clearly did not care. 0 stars for them if I could give it. I packed it to go and brought it home for my dad. Had to get breakfast elsewhere for myself. Really inconsiderate practice. I hope you cooks do not do this to other people, especially someone who doesn't notice you only picked off the bits they requested not to have...I could have died. Made for an awkward dining even with my mom, sipping tea while she ate lol. We tipped well and paid. But will not return.If you have allergies and need accommodations, I do not recommend this place.

I ordered a veggie quesadilla w/fries & it was delicious. Hot & flavorful. The salsa was mild but tasty! Parking was somewhat available in this lot. The meal was $11.76 with tax. Our waitress was very friendly and service was quick. The value & overall experience was phenomenal!

We have been patrons of Poached for the last 6 years as snowbirds. The food and service has always been great. Breakfast today was no different in the food and the nice wait staff. The disappointment is in their total disregard for the safety of their patrons.. Tables are not socially distanced inside or out. The menus are the same as always and were not sanitized between uses. We watched the hostess rolling tableware into napkins with her bare hands after seating people and handing them unsanitized menus. The waitress we had was very nice but her mask was under her nose 75% of the time, including while talking to patrons. The bus person wiped down tables with a damp cloth kept hanging from his apron. NO sanitizing spray or attempt at actually cleaning the tables. Considering Fox News was playing in the big screen TV inside (as is their right) it's clear they do not have any intentions of actually following CDC guidelines for the safe operation of a restaurant. While to food is very good, we do not consider it worth the risk. We will not be back as long as they continue to disregard common sense protocols to protect their staff and patrons. Everyone else needs to make that choice for themselves.

We have been going to Bha Bha for3 years and went weekly during ourvcurrent 3 week trip. Food and service always excellent. One of the top 2-3 restaurants in Naples. Friendly. Try to eat outside. Will need a reservation.

Really good breakfast for my wife and I backed up by very friendly and efficient service. I had the Firestarter Benedict with chorizo, and the much better half had a banana bread with western omelet. Both were excellent and generous. Even the coffee was good and flowed through the meal. Highly recommended.

First off, the food here is just great. Extensive breakfast menu with a lot of specials. If you cannot find what you want, then you must not be hungry. 6 or 8 outdoor tables makes this great during our current pandemic. The staff here really hustle. Rarely is your coffee cup empty. As varied as the breakfast menu is, I love the simplicity of the pricing. It's either 9.99 or 10.99. That's pretty much it for entrees. We tried the irish benedict, blueberry lemon french toast and the country fried steak and omlette over our two visits. All were very nicely prepared. I do not know about other meals, but would highly recommend for breakfast.

I have eaten here many times and there is just nothing I don't like! It's wonderful to sit outside and hear the fountain. I have a tendency to order the same thing. I love their shandy mimosa, the banana bread French toast with the western omelette combo gives all the flavors I'm craving.

Although over the years I have enjoyed an occasional breakfast, the lunch menu looked great and my choice was too! I ordered one of the Fall Specials. The Chicken Carbonara was delicious and plentiful. There was plenty of outdoor seating too! Our service team was great; attentive and not overbearing!

Perfect find. It's located 5 minutes from the ritz golf hotel in small strip mall with lots of shopping. The menu is endless and delicious. A bountiful amount of choices including a variety of mimosas at a great price. Plan to return.
