The Manager Is very rude an disrespectful!!!!! She likes to hide as well that’s just why I’m going to corporate on em 😠

I ordered online, which offered in store pickup or drive thru—I chose in store. When I approached the counter, the worker, who was busy talking to someone at the window, tells me the counter is closed and I must use the drive thru before running off. I said that I was there to pick up an order but he was gone. The man he was talking to turned out to be another employee. To his credit, this employee informed the other that I was there to pick up, but he just pointed to the growing drive thru line. I waited for 20 minutes while they helped the 5-6 cars ahead of me. When I finally got up to the window, do you think my food was ready? Of course not. Additionally, in their haste, they packed my wings on their side and every drop of sauce dribbled out into the bag, all over the napkins, utensils, sauces, and filled the bottom of the bag. I will never be returning to this Popeyes, which sucks cause it’s extremely close by. They always take forever but I was willing to overlook that because of convenience; however this was unacceptably disrespectful customer service.

Food here is always fresh. Service was slow but courteous. They move the drive through. Yet I sit and eat at the tables they have outside.

It's sad that people don't realize that customer service affects the overall rating. I tell the cashier I want all dark meat original and all white meat spicy. What do I get one of each of the dark and white of the original and the spicy. REALLY? This location is drive thru only. Thank goodness I realized her mess-up before I left. The manager had to fix my order. If you don't know white meat from dark meat, ask, learn or move on.

Strictly a take out place, it has all the atmosphere of the street corner and depends on who might be in line. It's always got big delays between when vehicles post up at the intercom and whenever their orders are complete. Those large sides are half what you'd expect and they don't even fill up the container at that. When eating it you might get an unusual off-taste piece, which got to be a bug in the batter. It however could be a convenient stop, whenever you see no line of cars out waiting. Don't get the Cole Slaw.

This recently renovated location has very fresh chicken and sides. Glad to see the upgrade in the community. Customer service well not much of an upgrade lady at drive through had the personality of Wednesday on The Addams Family. Don't look for smiles or greetings. That's not what we paid for and so that's not what you're going to get. I'm sure their corporate office will beg to differ. But if you want fresh Popeyes Chicken this is your location. Why do I find my update more than a year later the exact same for customer service! Is bad attitude and unwelcoming demeanor a requirement to apply?!!! Just sad😔 these cashiers must really hate themselves.

I’m a very loyal customer to Popeyes, matter of fact I LOVE POPEYES. But yesterday, not only was I served raw chicken. But the cashier took the 5 dollars I gave her that was going towards to pay for the meal instead charged the entire total to my card and took the 5 dollars for herself. That’s wild actually.

I had my issue with a customer thinking he can intimidated me ( saying I had to go to the back of the line, even to complain) ( hahaha 🤣 he was a joke 🤣). Anyways I still went to the top and reported my missing item. Honestly, I know the times we live in, but shouldn't color or race not be a primary factor in service or response to other needs. worst popeyes ever.if you have time to wast ,deal with unprofessional people then this is the place. I told her my order twice , 4 piece chicken, 1 biscuit and regular fries. i saw that my order came with a mash potato . told her i never ordered mash potatoes. she called her coworker who proceded to ask why i eat fries and don't eat mashed potatoes. and to make matters worse my order # was 493 and she was serving serving meals to the person with order 498. it was not until i went to ask for my oder the she gave it to me and i was standing at the window all that time for 40 minutes. it was not until her supervisor came and whispered in both their ears did they gave me my refund. i counted about 10 vehicles passing through the drive through before I got my meal that I ordered not to mention the chicken pieceswere so small. 1st and last time i will ever go to this place. very disappointed.
