Stay away from this Popeyes. You will regret it.. Take the drive to Oviedo maybe 14mins away. This particular restaurant is ran by young kids. The wait time is about 10 to 15mins. Just to say they only have drum sticks.. lol 😆 I can't make this up. Overall poor management. This particular location should be shut down.

I recently moved to the area and have been hesitant to eat at this location because of the poor reviews. However I took a shoot at 8:30pm On a Monday. The food was fantastic. Hot and delicious! Paired with good service with a smile. I will be back. Thanks for the good southern meal. Shrimp and chicken combo with mashed potatoes yum!!!

They again stopped the veterans discount or at least the crew on tonight says they don't support veterans. Was here a Couple of weeks ago and they said they brought back the veterans discount bit appaRently that has ended. Back again and again they stopped the veteran discount yet they started it again a few months ago. Apparently very confused manager. It has priced itself out of business. Not worth the price you can eat in a near by restaurant and get more for your money.

I don’t understand how almost every time I order from here I don’t get what I ordered. I plainly ordered a 3 piece and only got 2 .

Haven't been there in a couple of months, whent to buy a five-piece chicken which my wife and I would split and being retired it was a great deal for $10.99 I walked to the desk and told her what I wanted. I was met with" we don't serve that anymore", I was a little confused being I had just seen it on their app. So I said what is your next deal that you have.. "we have an eight piece with two sides and two biscuits "she said. So I ordered it thinking how much could it be. When she said it was $32 99 as you can imagine I was like what? Huh? I was so taken back that I ended up paying for it instead of just walking out. Got it home/ it was not good chicken first of all (must havebeen under heat lamp awhile cuz it was cold, )the honey that we got for the biscuits was all stuck together, there was no butter for the biscuits that I had asked for so now we come to this ..being retired and on a strict budget, probably like everyone else,I just figured out that I paid $4.12 per piece of chicken! That will never happen again we will not be back Popeyes you've lost another customer I would advise everyone to steer clear prices have gone up, service sucks and when you're getting sticky packs of honey it tells you that they really don't clean,bye will not be back

Walked in at 9:52pm they said "they ain't got nothing to sell." The website said it closes at 10pm. And they confirmed they close at 10 But at 9:52 all the food was packed up and divided up umungs them selves (the 5 employees that are still there.) And was so annoyed at me for wanting to purchase food during regular business hours. If I was the store manager I would know exactly why the store is struggling.

We had some really good chicken that was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The red beans and rice were flavorful. The dining area needed some cleaning for customers to eat.

The server gave me incorrect pricing information, which resulted in less food and a completely unacceptable mix. Normally, this location is fast, accurate, and friendly. I ordered a 12 piece meal. She said it was cheaper to get just the 12 piece and 2 sides. I asked for 2 large potatoes. I got 1 large and 1 small. No biscuits, which I realized after I paid. Lesson learned. Don't trust the information a new employee gives you. And definitely verify that a 12 piece means 3 breasts, 3 wings, 3 legs, and 3 thighs. I got 1 breast, 1 thigh, 4 drumsticks, and 6 wings.

The food is good, but the presentation and customer service are very bad, they treat people as if they were asking and not buying. I do not recommend it

Absolutely the worst experience I've had I GET it's Christmas but this worker was so pathetic and sad she had no social skills and or an ounce of kindness. We spent 36$ for her to fill my mac n cheese half way. Tha. Charge us for ONE sauce after 36$??? Nah count your days this is B.S. I'll be back only to get my refund I know that much

Cashier that took my order was so rude! I said hello she said nothing to me. I waited for her to hello. It’s like this every time we go there. Walked away with my food with unhappy.

Came to this Popeyes cuz even though there is one closer to the house on US1, this Popeyes used to have the better quality chicken. I say used to, but not anymore. And they can't even count to 12, like in a 12 piece family meal. Got home to find we got 11 pieces. And to top it all off, 5 of the 12 pieces are wings... what a bargain! Not! Update 11/27/23: Dropped in here again after doc appt, cuz it's right down the road. Someone need to smack me in the head for being so stupid! Ordered 8 piece family meal, got 9. Bargain? Not! 3 breasts, 1 thigh, 5 wings! Are you kidding me people! What happened to 2 drumsticks and another thigh!??! Unless you like being ripped off, stay away! That goes double for me!!

We checked our sides before leaving and our Mac n cheese wasn't even half full. When my husband said something they told him it was all they had. So they were literally going to let us get all the way home with that. We should've checked the chicken. Ordered a 10 piece, we got 6 wings, 2 breasts, and 2 thighs. This place is an absolute joke. There is something wrong every time, but we figured we'd give it a try after a year or so. Never again.

Two raw chicken sandwiches. Over 20 minutes waiting while there was only one worker back there because the manager had all the employees sitting in the dining room for a very long meeting while guests obviously waited and waited for orders.

Ordered two sandwiches,/meals. Got back to the truck and chicken was very undercooked and pink in the middle. Returned the sandwiches and the cashier and manager were very rude and unprofessional. The manager was in filthy clothes and looked homeless. From the way I was treated compared to the other customers, I feel very strongly that the color of my skin had a lot to do with the way I was treated

Took forever just to take my order . I was literally in the middle of ordering and the employee stops taking it and goes to fill other orders or prep food or whatever in the middle of taking my order . Very rude !Once I ordered i got food quickly but it was not what I ordered . And was the tiniest chicken thigh I’ve ever seen.

Chicken over battered and dry. Employees complaining about raises. Food was appropriately warm and cold. If you're desperate, eat here. If you enjoy eating, go elsewhere.

Will never go to this Popeyes again. I recommend nobody go to this Popeyes ever again. Rang my order up, told me my amount. When I paid with my card it said approved but with a different amount. When I told them about it. They've said oh it didn't go through. I told them it did go through because it said approved. Then made me use my card again for my correct amount. Then it said approved again. When I asked them if I was going to have two transactions they said no. Then I went to my truck and got on my online banking and it showed two transactions. When I went back inside and told the manager. She told me that I would have to figure it out with my bank. That's some quality customer service. Not to mention that all my portions were really small. My five-piece tenders could eat each tender with two bites. The best thing about this place is when I left.

This place is in a truck stop, so you're really asking for it coming here. A few of the workers have metal teeth, red or green hair, and a serious attitude. The chicken I got was bone dry and as greasy as can be. After I found a hair in the box with my biscuits I got up and left. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered a large sweet tea with my meal.they hand me cup and I say there is only unsweetened over there and she's like yes thats all we have we are out if you want sweet ypu can have some packets.i was like that won't melt in iced tea.again daid out and ill give you sugar. I asked a different employee if I waited if they were going to be making fresh sweet tea soon. The same lady yelled and said you work on a restaurant you should understand out. I said are you out of sugar. Because all ypu need is sugar water. Then she repeated same rude stuff. I guess they thought that there was going to be no comment about attitude and portions but neither one was professional the chicken for 12bucks was gross and dry as well as small to say the least The wing they gave me was smaller then something I get from a gas station....they couldn't even break a $50 bill

Food hasn't been fresh the last couple of times I've gone and they've forgotten meals on both my last trips. The staff has also been a lot less friendly than they used to be for a while. I'm not sure if the management changed or what, but this place has gone down hill in the last couple of years.

If I could give no stars I would. The attitudes of the women that work here are out of control, ontop of the fact that their “shift change” takes twenty minutes when these truck drivers are working with a short amount of time to take their breaks and get back on the road. They never get the order right, I always have to go back in. It’s ridiculous.

Do not go here. Food is terrible. The food they served has been sitting under the heat lamps for a long time. Chicken strips were all dried out and over cooked. Staff is very rude when you mention the bad food they are serving.

Rude staff. Tried to order the bundle. The cashier said “we out of chicken, will be a wait “ I said ok I’ll wait.. I asked them if they could give me 4 legs out of the assortment. She advised no substitutions the order comes assorted. I said I have been here before and they always substituted…also been to other Popeyes and they substituted. She said “we owned by TA we can’t “ ( whatever that means) I said that’s ridiculous and walked out.. as I was walking out she yelled something rude.

Friendly staff,chicken was perfectly cooked, rice and beans were good, like usual the biscuits at Popeyes aren't good, but was shocked at how juicy and tender the chicken was at this location, with perfect spices.

As always the chicken is very good but I was very disappointed with the shrimp. When I got home and opened the bag I discovered the shrimp was dark brown, very chewy, and burnt.

If I could give no star I would visiting from out of town going to see the spurs at the at&t center and decided to grab a bite to eat here bad decision I did not eat because of the atmosphere my husband did tho and it made him sick everything was horrible

Horrible, rude, slow customer service. The food is ok, but could be much better if they actually cared about what they were serving.

I had an Uber delivery. I was handed the delivery package and a cup. It was not clear on the receipt what kind of softdrink the customer ordered. I just ask the question what the appreviations mean...A very rude popeye employee told me with a very condesending attitude to figure it out myself. Then her supervisor had an even worse attitude. I had to cancel the incomplete delivery.......

I usually do not write reviews but this time I had to say something. The place was obviously under staffed and I understand that is a problem in todays enviroment. But I was looking forward to a good popeyes chicken dinner. I was able to get a 10 piece family meal (almost $30). We got it home and were very disapointed the chicken was small and over cooked. The biscuts were obviously old and with a hockey puck feeling. And to add insult to injury we had ordered and paid for pies for desert which were not there. I love popeyes but very dissapointed.

Professional, welcoming team. The franchise makes the food to an excellent standard. If you use different Popeyes outlets, you will notice significant ups and downs with the quality. This outlet is consistent with their recipes.

This is gross. Mold all over the ice chute and soda machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Just paid $27 for 2 meals And I see this stuff getting my drink.

Terrible cashier, she was rude and dismissive. Bad portions were well below normal. Containers were not even half full. Wings were pathetic. There was only meat on the drummette and only about 2 bites on that. Had to go back in for strawberry jelly after asking for it twice. A young man left the line to give me what I had asked for each time. The girl cashier just looked at me and walked away.

Unfortunately take out here has gone down hill. Chicken is good, but biscuits were dry and hard and you only need to see the photo to judge the Mac and cheese.

Came at 9:55am. The cashier told me they open in 10-15 mins so I waited and now they’re telling me they’re still not open. I would’ve been fine if they told me they open later but don’t mislead me and say you’re gonna open soon. The employees gave off an attitude like they didn’t care. Definitely use the app to order. You will get your order and 2 or 3 other ones. You won't get exactly what you ordered but a lot of other stuff so.

Ordered 30 dollars worth of food sat down and Started to eat and a young woman from Popeyes Came up to me and my son and made us leave and was being very rude!!!!! I've eaten ate this establishment for many years...never again... Then I got back to the hotel and we had no spoons for the red beans and rice, no cocktail sauce for my shrimp no jelly for the biscuits 😤 like I said if this young lady worked for me she would have been FIRED right then and there

It has been years since I savored Popeyes chicken in New Orleans. I was looking forward to enjoying that experience again BUT the Vero beach location was a total disappointment. Chicken appeared to have been sitting under heat lamps way too long. The biscuit would make a better hockey puck than food Counter staff was more interested in talking to other employees than serving me Don’t go there unless you are looking for substandard chicken & service 🤬

There is something wrong with their app ordered a family meal and when I got there it never went through the particular meal was app only but I built it from menu and it wound up 2 dollars cheaper
