This is the BEST location. The customer service is top notch. It is clean and our sandwiches were great! My husband used to work downtown and used to come here, today we were trying to think of where to go for lunch so we came here, this was my first time at this location, but it won’t be my last. They even give a military discount if you’re a veteran or active. The employees really make this a great location. They all work so well together, they are truly a team. THANK YOU!!!

Finally, someone who beats subway by far, I walked in feeling skeptical at first even dough it was close to closing time the lady attend me wit a smile and was ver y very knowledgeable about the food and when I was fumbling trying to get an order of my phone she was very patient profesional and took my order and then proceeded to advise on a good tasting bread, ah man the one with chillies on the bread already is 🔥 and literally hook my sandwich up just like I like it, and I had trouble remembering what number it was the only other time I was there, well after she described And advise on a 1 with oil and spicy mustard. It was just like they both said that's a great sandwich and tell u what, no more subway for me, Port is the spot now so I would recommend to anyone just wish their hours were longer but hey you can always get it and eat it later, I know I do🤤

First time having port of subs experience and could not have asked for a better spot. Staff were friendly and down to earth, the sandwiches my wife and I shared(#1 & #5) were the best sandwiches we've had since moving to Phoenix last year. Would give this place 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend the pepperoncini pepperjack bread👌

I got 4 trays of party subs for a party for my daughter. I got a mixed variety and they were a hit with everyone. I had to order them a day in advance and they were so great they packed all the subs and put all the veggies and condiments on the side so the subs didn’t get soggy. They included napkins, plates, and silverware and I had help out to my car too! I spoke to both Amy and Carol, both awesome and helpful ladies who made a stressful day a lot easier. I highly recommend Port of Subs for regular dining and definitely parties!! I will definitely use them again!

Amy helped us on our first visit and was so patient. She guided us through our selection and offered us excellent service. I joined their rewards program as I will definitely be going back. Store was clean and all employees were nice to us.

This place is amazing, brightens up my day. From the food to the service you receive everything is superb. I often come here because I go to the VA hospital right across the street. Even when they get busy they make sure each customer is taken care of with 100% focus. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the people there are very kind. You couldn't ask for more.

I have been going to this location for four years. The food is always consistenty high quality and has replaced my going to Subway. The staff has been there for as long as I've been going there, they are all very friendly, and the hiring manager must know something about hiring the right people.

I walked in to get a bite to eat and charge my phone so I can search for a apt to stay at. But before I could even sit down the cashier called me out and said I couldn't use there wall outlet located right next to the seat I was going to sit at. I asked "even if I buy a sandwich" I was told a stern no ! So I walked out and walked into the jack in the box across the road and boy am I glad I did there Chicken Terriyaki Bowl is da bom ! And they even have tables set up like a starbucks to plug in anything you want 😸 🔥

Subs are great I really enjoyed it. The Service here is not good tho. The worker that was putting on the condiments looked like she did not want to be there at all. And I love that they cut the meats for you rite there but it waste so much time and the lady doing it looked so tired. This place has great food but they need to work on the customer service and help there employees with the meat cutting or atleast take turns. Low stars because of customer service and employee attitudes but hope to come back and give an update cuz I loved the sub Update: I went back and the same crew was working there and it seemed like they were having a much better day service was great. The food as usual is bomb! And I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work. It’s definitely worth your time now !!! Update: keeps getting better and better their suds are bomb. They really know how to prepare them good. Love this place now. So much better than subway and jimmy John’s

Friendly staff and well priced sandwiches. The meats were a little slimy and we're likely "budget cuts." At least subway isn't ripping me off.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service here. This was my boyfriend & I’s first time ordering pick up and the subs were both made sloppy. We were not satisfied so I called the shop & asked them BEFORE I went out of my way to drive back & return the subs if it was okay that we tasted it and were not satisfied. The Manager told us on the phone that it was completely fine to bring it back in and get a FULL REFUND however when I showed up and talked to this so called manager she said “well you’d already tasted it and refunds aren’t guaranteed”. I want to highlight that I drove all the way across town just to return this order because she insisted to do so in order for me to retrieve a refund. I wasn’t going to argue with her on this anymore so I decided I’ll just dispute it from my account. I do not feel the manager of this store should be manager. She was not professional whatsoever.

Ordered a couple platters for a meeting. The order was placed the morning of and my order was ready by 10:45am. The staff over the phone were so helpful and understanding. The staff when picking up the order were so friendly! I would definitely use them again!

The parking here is absolutely insane! Between 10am-3pm you might have to wait in your car for about 10-20 minutes until one of the guest cars eventually leaves its parking spot... but I love this place so much, I love the Subs. It's worth the wait, they have a good selection on just about anything and everything!

I’ve enjoyed this places food but it seems they raised their sandwich prices by quite a bit a .50 cent or dollar increase is quite a bit I noticed this because before I was paying under 12 dollars for the same sandwiches I always ordered they usually throw out the receipt before giving it to me but I never make a big deal About that but this time I noticed I was paying a bit more for those same sandwiches that they give me such a small scoop of avocado and I can’t afford to pay for extra so I don’t bother asking them to give me a bit more.

Went in today for lunch, first time trying the place. The best sub I've had in a long time! Bread fresh and soft, turkey is tasty, the toppings are fresh. Really great sub! The staff was friendly and worked well together. Great service, will definitely go back! Highly recommend this location.

Sub shop extraordinar!!! Will Jerseys was the best for me followed by Jimmy and then Subway. Well there is a new Sheriff in town and it is named Port of Subs. A week ago I had and Italian that was amazing to say the least. Today I had the Small buffalo hot and the small barbecue hot both with spinach and pepperonchinis and a Ghirardelli brownie to top things off. Well I am always next big thing when it comes to foods and I found it in this Sub place. Very friendly staff and great service with a smile always. I'm older now so I like a little sweet with my sour hence the barbecue and buffalo. They cut the meat right there in front of you for subs and they make it meaty and cheesy. Go and you will be blown away as I was. Happy eating!!!

I'm don't go here very often, but this is where I go when I want a sandwich. I will go out of my way to go to this particular store. I'm not sure if she ever goes home, but Amy is ALWAYS there when I go in. The entire staff are always kind and welcoming. There is something to be said for old school customer service. Whatever it is, they are doing it right at this store. Will forever recommend.

We have been doing business with this store since 2016. Their service has always been outstanding and both Carol and Amy accommodate to our specific needs at any time regardless of the time of day, weekends and/or Holidays! The quality of the food and service are A+++

My go-to is the meatball sub...much bigger and better tasting. Very friendly staff. The 7th st and Indian School location is my spot.

Great service and great subs. We ordered for take out, it was ready to go in about 20 minutes. We got the #3 and #8 with sides of potato salad and macaroni salad, it was all awesome and enough for 2 meals! I thought it was pretty affordable, about $25 for two 8 inch subs and 2 large sides. Subs are customizable, the garlic cheese bread was so good. Would totally recommend!

Love the food here but the problem is I've been trying to get food here for almost a month and this location doesn't hold the same hours as other locations. So if you get off work around 5 or 530 look for another location. Used to eat here once or twice a week before covid happened and they stopped working dinner hours.

My very first visit, and it was good. They're so friendly! I had a certificate in the mail for free sub because I just moved into the area so I was taking advantage of that. But I did ask for a menu to take home because I know I will be going back! 😊😊

I've known about Port of Subs for over decade. However, I didn't take any initiative to check it. I finally decided to give the place a try. Once I had their version of the spicy Italian, I was disappointed that I had not given the place a try in all those years. They provide fresh deli meat and can provide the sub panini style upon request. I believe they carry Pepsi product, which I like. Best part is the subs aren't terribly expensive. The only issue with their location is the parking lot is very very small.

I have never been to a Port of Subs before but recently got a coupon to try a sub for free. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and immediately the woman offered to wash down the machine for me. I have been vegetarian for 25 years and this is the first time anyone has offered to do something like that. I typically have to ask for these things. I have to ask for a fresh pair of gloves to be worn, and for the knife to be washed. She thought of all of this. What a refreshing experience to have someone be so aware of the sensitivities of others. I will definitely be back and will share my experience with everyone I can. Thank you!!! You made my day!

Awesome service that is efficient and friendly. They offer a discount to the VA employees. Food is fresh. They have gluten free options that were awesome for my coworker with Celiacs Disease. I usually have the Meatball Sub with no complaints.
