Yummy, healthy food. Prep By KUG has been a game changer. I've lost 10 lbs! I love the snack options. They offer a military discount.

KUG Prep is such a great option for busy families, anyone that lives alone, or just plain and simply enjoys a healthy meal option. All the food is delicious and so convenient. I go once a week for the meals and the healthy snack options. Not to mention the amount of food you get for your buck. Finally, every time I walk in there I am greeting with a smile. The owner Kristin takes the time out to have a conversation with you and ask you about your life. Overall a wonderful small business! So grateful to have KUG in town!!!

Kristin puts so much thought into the food she prepares for the coast. There are so few places around here to get high-quality and whole 30 friendly meals. I love that I can grab anything out of her cooler and feel good about what I’m eating. Her food is delicious and the portions are huge. Love prep!

My wife and I called to try to get a gift card for my mother in law’s birthday. The shop was already closed for the day, but the owner came back in so we could have the gift card for the dinner that night. We are so thankful for the kind gesture.
