Your dedication and exceptional service made our reunion a truly unforgettable experience. The jerk chicken and herb fish was out of this world- including the rice and peas (some of the most flavorful we've EVER had) and the refreshing salad were truly A HIT! You absolutely have new customers all throughout Teaneck and beyond! Your hard work and professionalism truly made our celebration amazing. We couldn't have done it without you! So I’ve been following prepped for you kitchen for at least one year! I kept saying I have to stop by every single time I see the truck, but today was finally the day. I referred her to my sister and brother in law yesterday and they sent me a photo of them standing in front of the truck. They called me once they made it home and said I had given them the best referral ever!!!!! They said “you must go and get the jerk chicken Caesar wrap now” They kept going on and on about the bbq sauce Caesar jerk combo. So I took their recommendation and let me tell you, the jerk chicken Caesar wrap is a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it. Christina’s friendliness was so refreshing!!!! I am looking forward to trying more of her items and catering for our next event! Thank you so much Christina!!!!!!! It was perfect.

Christina, the owner of “Prepped for You” have blessed my wife and I with amazing service and great food… She was highly recommended by a past client of hers’ and after experiencing the wonders of her craft we were not disappointed. Great initial interaction from the beginning of our journey and throughout the entire project. Loved her professionalism, her passion, the characteristics she displayed and the warmth and welcoming atmosphere she embodied through the entire process. Lastly, holding up the rear with great credit is the food she provided for us. With over a plethora of choices to choose from. The food is #Top Class!! The color, the display and the taste were all main attractions in my wife, I and our guests mind. We showed up hungry, we left completely filled wanting more food after. I can not stress enough how well prepared and executed this event was and “Prepped for You” brought it all together with the gift that brings everyone together……thank you for catering to our Baby Shower.

Good food and a great person to meet

Christina is an absolute gem to Jamaican food. I no longer have to travel to Brooklyn for good food. The consistency of flavor, portion and overall customer service is outstanding! I would hire her for catering events and plan on introducing her to some clients this summer! PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO TRY HER FOOD!

The food is fresh and delicious! Authentic and home made. Chef Christina really puts her whole heart into her food and it really shows. Such a sweet person and hard worker. The jerk chicken and beef patties were amazing..I can't wait to try other items on the menu.

The food is fresh, fantastic, and filled with flavor! My husband and I love the jerk chicken Cesar wrap and beef patties. One of our fav food trucks! Service is great as well. 10/10 recommend.

I had the oxtails and jerk chicken wrap so far and it is absolutely AMAZING!!! That bbq sauce on the jerk chicken wrap just took it over the top and it was just perfect. If you haven't tried it, you need to.

Food is Always Fresh & Made to order. Truck /food prep area kept clean. Best to order in advance especially during busy times. Owner always friendly & open to ideas for new dishes!

I got the jerk chicken with veggies and rice - the portions are amazing and the flavor is a 10/10. They gave me a call bc they ran out of an item and the speaker was very kind too! I saved some food for the following day and never knew the chicken could be moist even post-microwave! Have to order again (:

I attended to my sister’s college graduation party and the party was catered by Prepped for You. The food was delicious! The jerk chicken, rice and beans, cabbage, festival, and beef patties were great. I will definitely be a return customer.

Wow!! Such a great food truck! I love it so much I even ordered and picked up a catering for a small party. Everyone loved it! My favorite dish is the Esco fish menu item - the fish is amazing, the rice is perfectly cooked and seasoned and the festival is beyond delicious (my favorite!!). They're also on UberEats which is very convenient when nearby.

Food and service was absolutely amazing. As indecisive as I am I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted to eat. I ended up getting the oxtail and OMG TO DIE FOR! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE OXTAIL. The flavors danced around in my mouth and THAT FRUIT PUNCH! All I can say is that if you haven't tried this hidden gem you are missing out for sure.

Do yourself a favor and visit prepped for you. The food is amazing very tasty always fleshly made. Great customer service Christina is good at what she does. The presentation is alway on point. I love to see a good food presentation that means a lot to me. Be sure to try the homemade punch.

Omg, I am very particular about my food and my service...preppedforyou hit all the painpoints. Food is delicious and Christina is happy to serve. Try the oxtail. It is cheaper than the competition and delicious.

I had the pleasure of eating at Prepped for You on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the oxtail, which came with rice and peas, and steamed veggies, and plated with a cute lil flower for decoration. It looked good, and tasted GREAT! The oxtail was tender and flavorful, and the rice and veggies were good too. I also ordered the Festival which was so good, my first time having it. The service was also great!! The chef/owner was full of life, yet professional and attentive to her customers, which creates a great vibe. Prices and portion size are good as well. I will definitely be visiting this location again.

I’ve had food from here multiple times and was never disappointed. The food is delicious and can be adjusted depending if you want it spicy or not. I love how the chef is attentive on providing quality service, good food, cleanlines, and presentation. The chef is friendly and personable. I just love the amazing service she provided on my multiple visits. The wait is usually 8-10 minutes, but you can call the order in to pick up. The jerk chicken, oxtail, and festival is a top choice everytime my family orders. Location is easy to spot and plenty of street parking is available near the truck. Prepped For You is also available on Uber Eats.
