Ales our server was outstanding and the food was absolutely delicious. Very well could be one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. We will be returning on future vacations!

Came to Key West on our honeymoon and decided to go to a Steakhouse... Chose Prime and had zero regrets about coming here. In fact, we ate here twice during the week. Delmonico ribeye is our steak of choice, cooked medium. It was prepared perfectly... Maybe slightly on the rare side of medium, but still juicy and full of flavor. The sautéed mushrooms were a perfect side and the French fries were also very nice. The service was excellent! Tony took great care of us and kept our drinks full all evening. If you get tired of seafood, go to Prime for an excellent steak. You won't regret it.

This was the most exceptional meal we had the whole time in Key West! It was SUPERB! Staff was friendly and knowledge as well.

Last night in KW was fantastic due to dinner here. Joel was so attentive and kind. Food was fantastic. I had the pasta du jour, creamy shrimp pesto papparadelle (sp?), loves it Rest of our party enjoyed their ribeyes and chicken.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Try the shrimp cocktail and oyster Rockefeller for starters. Very good.

Great place for a nice steak dinner. The filet mignon was like butter, it was awesome. The Mac n cheese as a side was fantastic, it had a nice Smokey cheese flavor.

Phenomenal! The food, service, total experience - everything was amazing. We made reservations and they promptly seated us on time. We had a party of 4 and ordered an assortment of items for appetizers, meals with sides, desserts and drinks. Literally everything I put in my mouth as 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Excellent steak house in Key West with some fish options. Excellent steaks and service was top shelf and fun. The location of the restaurant is a bit old and needs updating. The restaurant itself is pleasant despite lacking a water or Key West motif.

My husband and I went on a date night here for our honeymoon. It was a 10/10 experience. Our server was so amazing. He always was making sure we were taken care of. It was just all around an amazing atmosphere and I hope to return here again in the future!!!

I've been to the Key West prime twice now, once in December and then again in May. The food was AMAZING and served in a timely manner. Our servers made the experience next level and both nights became evenings to remember. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to dine at such a great establishment and look forward to the next outing that includes Prime Steakhouse.

This was our first time visiting Prime Steakhouse. My husband and I were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and were looking for a nice and romantic dinner. Everything about our dinner here was nothing short of outstanding! The food and service were perfect!! My husband and I both got filet mignon and they were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. Oh and the roasted garlic… OMG… so delicious! Highly recommend!!

Moses is a professional server! Ask for him! Wife and I enjoyed our 35th anniversary dinner! Steaks were cooked to perfection and Moses was spot on for wine recommendations. Thank you all! Our best meal this week, by far, in Key West! Oh, try the Mac and smoked Gouda!!!! Thank me later!

First dinner while im Key West and it did not disappoint! Steaks were delicious, service was great and drinks were delicious. Everything you need.

What a great place! All around great experiment! Be sure to ask for Phillip - he is as our bartender and server as we sat at a high top in the bar area. Great martinis. Delicious stone carb followed with surf and turf and finished with the banana nut bread pudding! Can’t wait to go back on our next trip to Key West!

The hostess at this establishment is beyond rude. What's the point of making a reservation if they won't abide by the time? We made a reservation for 2 people. We showed up and were told that the table we had was occupied by a earlier guest. She said she didn't know when we would be sat...which is confusing because if we made a reservation we should be able to keep that time right? I will say that the manager did give us free desert and coffee which was very nice of them...but I would have rather kept my time :(

We’ve celebrated my husband’s birthday, everything was exceptional, Moses was our server and he was really helpful and funny, Mihai and Petru were professional and attentive, the food was delicious, highly recommend!!!

Kim was a fantastic server. She had great recommendations for the restaurant, was very personable, timely and attentive to our needs. The key lime pie and steaks were some of our favorites during our stay in Key West. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a classic steakhouse!

Ales was a great server and too good care of us. The steaks and accompaniments were outstanding. And the key lime pie offered for our anniversary was one of the best we’ve had. All in all, a wonderful evening.

What a great place for a meal at Key Wests' historic waterfront. Staff is always more than nice and the food is incredible. Get the crab cakes. They are the best on the island, and maybe in Florida.

The peeled Shrimp where great, also the vealchop on bone. Nice waiter, great food, little expensive but worth the money.

It was good, but nothing compares to Ruth Chris and I don't know why there isn't a Ruth Chris in the Keys

We requested the private dining room off to the side and had a great dinner. We told them there was a birthday in the party and was pleasantly surprised to see Happy Birthday on the menu and a free flaming dessert brought to the birthday girl. Nice touch. Definately a special occasion location.

Service was remarkable and the food was very good. Not many steakhouses exceed my expectations but this one definitely did. Our waiter was amazing and the whole night was fantastic.

Had never eaten here before. It is certainly an upscale restaurant, but also a very excellent dining experience. Would certainly return if I'm ever in Key West again.

The steaks here are amazing. Service is solid too, the outside location is blah. I know that can’t be helped but not a place I would get excited about eating. Inside atmosphere is decent. Def worth visiting but nothing to get excited for.

The food and service are always excellent at Prime. I rated it 3 stars for Ambience as there is a huge TV behind the bar that is visible from every table inside the restaurant (fortunately no sound). It really distracts from the charm and atmosphere of a classic steakhouse. It also seemed much louder than normal and it was actually a bit difficult having a conversation at our table.

Prime 951 is a luxurious destination for steak and seafood. The ambiance, whether you choose outdoor or indoor seating, is truly pleasant and enhances the overall dining experience.

Amazing restaurant, made reservations and we were seated as we arrived. The staff greeted us with smiles and salutations. We both chose surf and turf. The steak was perfect and the lobster was locally caught. Ceasar salads, brussel sprouts and a baked potato rounded out our meal. Our server; Ares, was on point with answers and suggestions he even took care of the birthday presentation of bananna nut bread pudding and the whole section in the restaurant got involved with the birthday song!

It was my birthday dinner. The food was excellent. I had oysters Rockefeller, 22 oz bone-in ribeye cooked to perfection. A great glass of Caymus Cabernet thoroughly complimented dinner. Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend. We drove down from Key Largo to go to The Turtle Hospital and, because we hadn't been back to Key West since our honeymoon 16 years ago, decided to have dinner there. Perfect choice to do so.

We made reservations for Prime Steakhouse for our last night in Key West and it did not disappoint. First and foremost our server Pavel from Czech was awesome. He made our last evening a blast. Our steak was cooked perfectly the chicken was amazing. The wedge salad was delicious the side dishes “sautéed spinach, baked potato and Mac and smoked Gouda with truffles” Devine. The martinis 🍸 were perfection and the wine complimented the meal perfectly. The finishing touch a belated birthday lava cake. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

I am from the Chesapeake Bay Area originally. I am very picky about crab cakes. These were the best I have had in any restaurant. Full of lump back fin with very little filler. Excellent dining at any class! Tony is an excellent waiter!

The best steaks on the island … no doubt. The escargot was some of the best I have eaten.

Ordered the filet mignon which was very tasty. Vegetable sides were good, service very good, somewhat pricey.

Our favorite restaurant that we visited during our week in Key West! Every dish was excellent! Cold water oysters, tuna tataki, Caesar salad, bone in filet mignon, and airline chicken. Very well curated wine list as well. Service was excellent (I believe Mike) outdoor seating very pleasant. Great island vibe. Pricing is reasonable for the quality of the food. Wish we knew earlier. Would have eaten here at least one other time during our trip.

Restaurant had good rating on different websites. My expectations were very high, didn’t quite get there. Steak was undercooked, when sent back , came back overcooked. Baked potato was small and hard from being overcooked. Service was lacking because server had a large table next to us that took most of his time. When I made reservations I asked for special treatment for my wife’s birthday, I even sent a email requesting something special, what I got was “ Happy Birthday “ not even a piece of cake, even after contacting the restaurant. Won’t Be Back…

We have dined at Prime Steakhouse several times and each is always an enjoyable experience. They have indoor and outdoor dining, a great menu, and cozy ambiance. Our server, Moses, did a terrific job. We started with Oysters Rockefeller, then we both had the Veal Chop! It’s a favorite that isn’t available in many places, so it’s always a treat! They service it with a Demi glacé on the side and mashed potatoes. We also ordered a side of the spinach and mushrooms. All was wonderful. We recommend this restaurant often to our friends traveling to Key West. We are locals in Marathon and Prime is one of our favorite places to dine.

The surf and turf is a must and Oscar style is the way to go #delicious Fantastic martinis and starters of oysters and conch chowder were awesome. Staff is great and made us feel welcome and sitting outside was such a treat on such a gorgeous night!

My second time to dine here this year, and it didn’t disappoint. The greeting and welcoming was wonderful. I chose to sit at the bar and the bartender was outstanding, and my pomegranate martini was DELICIOUS! The shrimp cocktail appetizer is a meal in itself, but I did enjoy a perfectly prepared filet, medium rare with asparagus and hollandaise. Finally, a coffee and crème brûlée finished my final meal of the year 2023. I look forward to a return visit later this year.

My husband and I have been going to Prime since they’ve opened. We absolutely love it, the warm atmosphere, good drinks/food and top notch service. Hands down the best steak and service on the island!

New years eve dinner couldn't have been better. Both couples ordered the 24 oz signature rib eye. Never had a better steak. Sides were great. Drinks great pour, very reasonable. Upstairs location. Mike , our waiter was on top of his game.

The service was just awesome. Our waiter was exceptionally good. We’ve had him in the past and he never lets us down. I wish I would have gotten his name but please pass this on to him.
