The sandwiches are ok, but it was almost $30 for 2 small sandwiches though so the value isn’t really there, Plus you can’t add cheese to you sandwich they have the cheese but refuse to customize anything. won’t be returning.

This place is the bomb 💣. All the sausages are tasty but they have so much more .. Wagyu meats and specialty cuts .. my favorite is the Wagyu roast beef sandwich . Leaving there without it is a crime.. I wish they brought back the tongue sandwich used to be a must have as well

A true neighborhood butcher shop, but sooo much better than all the more traditional ones! Creative delicious flavor combos in their sausages, wagyu meatballs, burgers, the best bacon you will ever eat. Can I mention the intoxicating smell as soon as you walk in the door? Sandwiches are filling, handmade to order and at a great price!

The “sandwiches“ were not good they were more like little burgers. there was no taste at all. Very bland like it was sitting there (I know it’s a butcher shop and things don’t sit). Three little pieces of steak were chewy and the chicken Parm had no “Parm“ to it. I don’t think the chicken was breaded or fried or at least mine wasn’t. The portion sizes were very small for $17 a pop. We were so excited for this place!!! We gota stop trusting social media.

Great old school butcher shop with high quality cuts. T, George, and Nick are beyond friendly and welcoming when I make a visit. They hand trim the meat for you, this isn’t a place where you get your meat vacuum sealed. The sandwiches here have become an obsession to me. I’m always thinking of the next time I will stop by.

Heard that this spot had an amazing rendition of the Cuban Sandwich so decided to give this spot a try and I'm extremely glad I did. They have very interesting takes on classic sandwiches and all of them were extremely tasty and unique. On top of their sandwich offerings, they have a wide variety of sausages, condiments, and products. I'd highly recommend purchasing their pickled jalapenos and their house-made hot sauce. Honestly, this is a really cool shop and I'd highly recommend checking it out when in Miami Lakes.

Best burgers I've ever had. Bravader Roast Beef, Steak and Chocken Turkey. I think the roast beef was the best but the steak was almost as good. 3 burgers went for 50-60$ which for this city feels cheap and for that quality!

Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent quality products. My favorite is fig and blue cheese sausage but everything is good.

Best butchers hands down of all Miami. The quality they got is really impressive. Everything is small batch and fresh so go early to get more choices !! Really recommend the figues and blue cheese sausage, the wagyu burgers , meatballs , bacons , guanciale straight from Italy , they have some cheeses .. every product is different and curated to the best for the customers. Only you have to pay the price !

The best butcher in Miami hands down. The sausages are insanely good and the beef selection is prime to say the least.awesome wines and they even have home made bone broth. This place makes the Whole Foods butcher case look like a used car lot.

Delightful local sausage shop and butchery. I no longer live in the area but when I come to visit family it's a delightful stop for some dinner inspiration. I've had a great experience ordering Thanksgiving turkeys from here for several years.

My wife is pregnant.....again lol and she had a craving for something shes never in the mood for: a cuban sandwich She ordered a Cubanish w/ mustard in the side because she doesnt like mustard, a hot dog and I had the bacon egg & cheese. We also got some meatballs to go. She DEVOURED the sandwich...even the mustard! Both sandwiches 10/10! Staff is very friendly! Definitely going back!

I decided to drive up to Proper Sausage from SoBe because I kept seeing its burger listed as one of the best in Miami. Parking was super easy AND free (big if you live in Miami) around the corner from the store. I walked right in and was helped immediately. I talked to the gentleman and told him I came for the burger. He said that I had to try the steak sandwich while I was there. I ordered my sandwich and bought a seltzer (amazing) and wandered around the area for about 15 minutes, waiting for it to be ready. I grabbed the sandwich and sat on the bench outside, ripe with anticipation and hunger! This sandwich is legit one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Soft, fresh roll, tender perfectly cooked steak tip, aoli, and red onions... each flavor and texture complimented one another. If you are a sandwich aficionado, you have to get yo Proper Sausage for a steak sandwich!

Hands down the best burger patties you can get in Miami. All my friends gave their hamburger a 10/10 rating. Just unpack, throw them in the grill, wait 5 minutes, turn them…add your toppings and voilà .

This place is outstanding. Pick your sausage and they make you the most fantastic sandwich. Had sausage and peppers, wow. And they have all sorts of sausages for sale. Friendly service. Nice neighborhood. Just go.

Their hot sauce is excellent but I found the sausages lacking flavor. I am also not a big fan of this trend of asking for tips even buying goods. You need a tip for handing me my purchases?

The breakfast sandwich was THE BEST breakfast sandwich I've had in a while. My husband had the pulled pork and it was great as well. Yes, during covid, you have to wait outside for a few minutes but I highly suggest placing your order online and most of all HAVE A LITTLE PATIENCE AND KINDNESS. I'm pretty sure they're doing the best they can as all of us are. Kuddos to the Proper Sausage guys!💜🌭 **Update Feb 2022** - and yet total greatness.

What can I say - if you like sausages and meat in general, Proper Sausages will deliver. I especially like their figs and blue cheese sausages. They also have a cool selection of beer and sodas. Anyone who lives near this places knows it.

I've tried several styles of their sausages and meats, and they've all been excellent!! I will most definitely continue buying top grade meat with them.

The name says it all, it's proper sausage, meat, pork and more. A highlight of my trip to Miami, what a store! I would give it 100 as a final score. Yes, you might need to queue at the door. But, be patient, it's a place you'll absolutley adore. Needless to say no veggie options, let's not start a war. Just make sure to try the sausages, I mean all of them, buy all four. Additionally, you'll find wine, craft beer and a selection of British produce, like Marmite, Twiglets and mustard for you to use. Again, give it a try, you have no excuse.
