I worked at 1394 34th Street 17th Avenue North. I worked there for seven years. I’ve never had an issue with any managers. I get hurt at work. When I brought my injuries to the manager, they said I couldn’t prove it was covered on. I should’ve been given the ability to file Workmen’s Comp and then Workmen’s denies my injuries. But I was never given the opportunity to file a woman’s Comp claim FLMA claim. Because my Foot was in so much pain. I took five weeks off of work. We get a new Assistant store manager Becca. And the door manager, his name was Andrew, which he was also new to that Store. I came back from my five week leave of absence. I had a withdrawal off of medication at the Doctor gave me. PUBLIX starts writing me up. For having a withdraw and going to the emergency room after. And then a few weeks later, my wife had an issue where she started drinking again. Me and my wife got into an argument because I told her that if she wasn’t going to get help, I was going to want a divorce. Freaked out, I left the house I get arrested for domestic battery. I told Andrew and Becca that they would be dropped. Because it had to do with my drinking problem. I denied the domestic battery from the very beginning. My story has never changed. Now my domestic battery has been removed from my record. PUBLIX learn that the state was dropping my charges. PUBLIX decide to fire me. PUBLIX was firing me because of my injuries, not the domestic battery that was just an excuse to PUBLIX. So until these managers and Andrew Becca Theresa The deli manager at 1394 and Kelly Miller HR. Terminated, I will continue to keep putting these post up. I tried to contact Kelly Miller to tell her about my Foot and to report how Andrew was treating me on FLMA. Didn’t want to hear a word I said told me she would come in to the store and talk to me and never did . I sent an email to Dennis and he still hasn’t responded so he can keep ignoring me all he wants I will continue to keep putting post up. Because I should’ve never been fired, this was a situation that was beyond my control. My wife was fired when she got her DUI, which proves that she’s a drinker. David Alexoff has a domestic battery on his record and he’s a manager for PUBLIX. And when I told Becca that my wife had a drinking problem. Becca went to my wife and told her that I said she was a crazy drunk. So I hope PUBLIX does the right thing. And looks in to this issue because I’m not gonna stop. And I can also see people are reading my reviews.

Never too busy and always has what I'm looking for.

I wanna start this review off by saying I love shopping at Publix . I shop here all the time. It’s my favorite grocery store. I just hate this location. Three times I’ve been to this location. I’ve had staff be more than rude to me. I am a petite female, so people tend to think I’m pretty young and for some reason, the staff of this location have taken the fact that they think I’m young to be rude I’ve had floor staff tell me they didn’t Have a product, but when I looked, they did just because they didn’t wanna look on their Device to see if the store had it in stock I had a cashier make me lift up a 24 pack of water and put it on the conveyor because she didn’t wanna walk around and scan it And just today, I had a cashier yell at me because I tried putting stuff on the conveyor with the divider Apparently, I’m not allowed to put it on the thing until the person in front of me completely done even though that is literally why they have the dividers And then very loudly she said well, sweetie it’s a learning experience for you for one do not call me, sweetie I’m not your child nor would I wanna be with your rudeness and I do not like being disrespected in that way and for two The only thing I learned from this experience Is that she’s a rude older lady.

Put in a order for fresh Italian bread and a fresh cookie cake for 4th of July with hannah and when my wife went to go pick it up all they had was the cookie cake that looked like any other cookie cake but it was fresh and they missed place my ticket for my fresh italian bread and just gave her one off the table which was the wrong kind of italian bread. Definitely disappointed. Won't be ordering here ever again

If you live in Florida, you know Publix is the place to grocery shop...and all of us locals have our "favorite" retail location...well, I love the Eagle Park/Eagle Nest location on Park Street. It's a smaller store with less traffic and a smaller selection of items, but they have the necessities, and I can always hit up another location for my one-off items. The staff are great and familiar, and I can get in and out quickly!

I have been shopping at Publix Super Market at Eagles Park since January 2020. I live in very close proximity. My weeky average receipt runs about $100.00 dollars. Sometimes I spend $200.00 around the holidays. I recently retired so I watch what I spend & I also look at the special sales they offer. I have found most recently their sales posted on the shelves are not accurate or programed properly to their registers. So I have to question the cashiers regularly. I usually shop between 7 & 8AM. At that time they usually have 1 or 2 registers open. Therefore the cashiers do not have time to even say good morning. They are so rushed you can't ask them a question. You have to walk over to customer service after you have paid. I often feel rushed at check out because they are short handed at the registers. Most recently I got a cashier who spoke to me in a disrespectful manor. Being rushed is one thing but disrespectful is unacceptable. I am retired from the hospitality industry the root cause starts at the General Manager. The General Manager is not doing her job. General Manager has to have enough registers open to accommodate the customers politely & efficiently. I called afterwards & spoke to an assistant manager but know one returned my call to straighten out my complaint. Very poor management !!! I will not return to that store to do my weeky shopping. I been shopping in Publix for years in many different locations. I always loved my Publix !!! I hope Publix Corporate Offices gets a hold of this review. They need to get some order in their house at Publix Super Market at Eagles Park. Thanks, Ralph 6-26-24

We Went to the Publix at Eagle Park they are updating the cooler stands and freezers it looks like they are giving the whole store a upgrade as it seems to be a lot brighter and wider aisles for some reason, the same friendly staff all throughout the store and fresh produce🍊🍌🍋🍎🍏🫐🍓🍒🌽🍅 that you can smell long before you get to the produce section,and the Bakery is addictive🍞🥐🫓🍩🍪🎂🥧 🌟👍👍😎

Always have fully cooked chicken; 8 piece or rotisserie by 10: 30 am. The new breading on the 8 piece is a little much, don't know why they went that route but peel off most the breading bcuz I want the actual chicken!!!

Great *little* Publix. Still has the same selection, too. Always helpful, always courteous, always an open line. Always has decent parking, outside of holidays.

Placed a pick up order, got an email a bit later telling me it wouldn't be ready for the 615 time slot I paid extra for. Called cs, the first guy had absolutely no phone skills to be working in that department. Second guy was a ron, a manager had the audacity!....... To yell at me on the phone for trying to explain my situation of wanting to know when my pick would be ready! I will be reaching out to his manager tomorrow. People are paying inflated prices especially at Publix! Yelling at me on the phone is unacceptable ron! I will NEVER pick up an order at publix again. Not to mention when I was informed it was ready I sat in parking lot for over 20 minutes and ANOTHER phone before they brought it out! Do better Publix! When I called the second time I was told that they went back to get a fresh rotisserie, this is far from fresh incredibly dried out

I found the prices at Publix and other grocery stores significantly higher compared to prices where i am from, Riverside, CA. I was shocked.

It's very convenient for me. When they have bogo's they are usually a good deal.

Overall a good grocery store. The location of the customer service counter on the immediate right as you walk in is a bit thoughtless. People are frequently waiting in line and it slows the flow into the store.

The only reason I would consider giving this store 4 stars is because of its smaller size. This has been my local store now for the last year. I always look for to Kelli and rest of the associates. I will say for being a smaller store they do have a good variety to choose from. I most look forward to the kombucha and olipops! I enjoy all grocery stores, though I'm grateful they are my neighborhood location.

Donnita the cashier was terrible and definitely needs more training on the register and with customer service! This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Publix EVER! Both cashiers I encountered were not the friendliest amd embarrassed my daughter and I. I have nothing against age, however it seems they only hire cranky unprofessional elderly women whom are not properly trained. I walked in the store in a great mood and left upset. I will NEVER shop here again!

It's smaller then most Publix. Employees seem to "stalk" you if you pull up on a bike.

It's always good and yummy. I got my mother some butterfly shrimp, she loved it. And I bought myself some fresh chili yummy yummy 😋 Every time I go to Publix, know where everything is. Always a good place with a good selection of groceries, beers, etc. It's staffed with very helpful people, plus they make very good subs, sandwiches, etc.

Five Stars this Morning for Paul in the bakery and his wonderful team! Stopped by with little time knowing EXACTLY what I wanted and walked out with a beautiful cake and muffins. This is a small older Publix, but nice and clean.

Love the store but some of the managers are too paranoid about theft I watched them almost chase around a girl and her kid (which made me feel uncomfortable for her so I can only imagine how the lady felt) to try to catch them stealing and didn't even apologize when confronted. Then I saw them do the same thing to a younger boy.

I brought a group of kids from Tampa to play against Northside Christian and JV football and I went to Publix to grab some dinner. Store is very clean and found everything I wanted and then some. They had a lot of stuff on clearance on the shelves

Cashier and bagger were having conversation when i walked up..they NEVER even acknowledge me..keep on with their conversation...i heard all about the sick husband who can't drive cuz he will only do 65 and she drives 80🙄... When she finally got done ringing my stuff up its..$xx honey...don't honey me!! You can't even say hi!! N then when she handed me my change..her n bag boy..have a nice day...lady gets some manners!! Bag boy too!!! Withe take your conversation to the break room or maybe even continue it AFTER your customers!!! RUDE!

We're new to the area. It's a nice store. I wish they would get some gal of 1% organic milk though. They only have half gal of any organic milk.

I love this location. It is right up the road rarely too busy. The staff is great except for a cashier named Linda who always seems to be annoyed by your presence. I do not think she likes her job, The Publix brand champions customer service and the customer experience but Linda must not have gotten the memo. She needs to try a little happiness and to try to put a little love in her life. I'll still shop here but avoid her lane at all costs. The rest of the crew is awesome.

Today I'm at one of the kindest employees I've ever met inside of a Publix grocery store who helped me and had no problem being kind to me beyond what I have ever received inside of a Publix. She helped me even though she was closing down the area and she was the sweetest lady I've ever met inside of Publix. I am so grateful for meeting Mirvet about today.

Overall this is a good store. Yesterday, prior to the hurricane evacuation notice I went in a purchased a box of 20 wings for 16.00. I checked the time stamp and all good. I’ve had them before and their meaty and tasty. Well not this time - they were hard, dried up and the few I had were not enjoyable- thru the rest in the trash Should have returned them but I won’t be getting more any time soon

I ordered my groceries through instacart, and I was on my way to pick them up and went to the wrong store! I finally found the right store, and it was closed. But they were very helpful in letting me go ahead and get my groceries anyway! The manager was very friendly and helpful. She was really great and also the cashier who stayed there to help me get my order together. I even walked out to my truck with the assistance of a young man who put the groceries in my vehicle. I was extremely impressed with how I was treated by the whole team! Thanks again, Publix, on Park Blvd!, Samantha 😉

Publix is great. This shopping center, however, may need better management. There is nothing to draw people into this space. Maybe it needs a Trampoline park, bowling center, etc. Not sure if demographics could support a gym. I dunno. Needs something to have large groups of people to seek it out. This may provide higher revenue for the smaller shops within the complex, in my opinion, because people will remember those shops when they need those products or services in the future. Seems like a layup for the right investor. If I had the resources I certainly would look into that possibility.

It's an old school Publix, set up how it was when I was a kid. I hope they don't change it but I'm sure they will.

I love shopping here, everyone is so nice. The deli department especially. They rock!
