It's clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the food is fresh and the dely is also very good!

I am writing Publix to let them know that they have lost me as a regular customer. I am sick and tired of your ridiculous sales. Every time I want to purchase something that is advertised on sale I have to buy much more than I would ever need or more than I can even handle getting to my vehicle and then into my place where I live. I do not feel like making several trips because you forced me to buy for something or eight or something or double the amount In order to receive a sale item price. I drink Coke zero for example, in order to buy something on sale I have to purchase 4, 8 packs To receive a sale price. You may as well rename your stores to Costco‘s or Sam’s Club. Everything around your store is marked on sale, but you have to purchase a large quantity to get a sale price. Might be fine for a family, but it’s certainly not fine for retired people or single people. You absolutely do not keep us in mind at all as regular customers And I am sick and tired of it. I actually went to Walmart after getting frustrated in your store at your sales price tactics and was able to purchase items on sale in the quantities that I wanted. Your prices are already higher than most, and that never bothered me Because your locations were always clean and convenient. But this is frustrated me for quite some time now and I can’t tell you how many times I went to buy something to notice it was on sale but only if I bought a larger quantity times I left your store not buying anything because I felt like I was getting ripped off paying full price For something that was on sale for people that purchased a larger quantity . You certainly have the right to run your stores however you want I have the right to shop and spend my money in places that look out for the single and retired people and don’t cram a bunch of extra groceries down our throat that just causes a bunch of extra trips when you get back to your home or in many cases, don’t even have the room to store it. Your BOGO for a live of your products have become by four get two for free for example or buy two get one for free, etc.. Anybody want to buy just one tell them to pay full price and be happy about it. Consider this email and your approach to the group of customers that you are sending on your stores every day without purchasing anything because we feel like we’re getting ripped off for buying what we need or can handle. I always love going to Publix. Staff is always much better than any other store and the selection is the best including my girlfriend's lipstick. Shop the 2 4 1 and you can't go wrong....

Really wish they would honor their own policy of no dogs allowed unless a service animal. So tired of trying to shop by fresh produce and people carrying little yappy ankle biters or sitting in the shopping. It is NOT sanitary. Leave your animals at home. People don’t get that service dogs are specifically trained.

Love it and you get a real person to bag your groceries and they will also help you bring them to the car which is great I have half my spine is fused and it causes me a lot of pain to do my own and I don't have panic attacks like Walmart I can't even get to Walmart without a panic attack they have a lot of buy one get one things are a lot better quality 👍👍

I had a bad experience at this Publix. I was there recently and spoke with the deli manager about whether they still offer Mardi Gras chicken wings. She stated they do but advised me to call one hour ahead to make me a batch to make sure I got some. Fast forward a couple weeks to today where I took her advice and called ahead. The person who answered the phone in the deli took my order along with my full name and phone number and after speaking with the person who makes the wings, I was told to come pick them up in two hours (not one hour like the manager told me). I waited almost two hours and got there a little earlier to pick up a few other things while I was there. After gathering my other items I noticed it had been over the two hours I was told so I proceeded to the deli to pick up my wings, but to my dismay I was advised that he had not even started preparing my wings. He didn't seem to care at all that I was inconvenienced into driving there due to him telling me they would be ready in two hours and told me to check back in another half hour. At that point I had enough with the "waiting". I told him to forget it as I had waited long enough and handed him my basket of other items as I was not going to give them my business due to the poor service and attitude. There's another Publix not far from here. They will be receiving my future business going forward.

We go there all the time, it's fast n easy to find the items we need. Tina in deli is amazing. She has made our sandwiches 🥪. And it was the bomb. The food is always delicious 😋 and fresh. Thank you for many years of friendly ❤️ and smiling faces. The staff is all around awesome people.

I would almost always give Publix a 5 star rating but this last visit to this particular Publix was quite unsatisfactory. I used the app to order deli meats, all 'very thin.' They were all "thick.'

I was out of town for the weekend, and they mistakenly delivered groceries to my front door....which we NEVER use!!! They didn't come get them!!! WHAT A MESS!!!!! Spoiled food and maggots EVERYWHERE!!!! I should have dumped it on the customer service desk!!!!

We moved here two years ago and have slowly watched the store carry Less and Less Organic food items. I have to travel to Publix in nicer areas to find most organic items now

I love shopping here! Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. I absolutely love the fresh fruit and yogurt parfait, I'm addicted to them, and of course the subs and wraps....yum. I also love the bogos! I get my prescriptions from here too, and there's never a line. I love Publix!

Expensive but use them as a speciality store.

Everyone is nice and helpful, just as you expect from any Publix you go into. Always tidy and love the goodies from the bakery.

Clean friendly location somewhere you can get something quick if needed a little pricey I can most of the time find what I'm looking for dishes for my patients

Update 6/22/24: A special thanks to Steve in the deli. Thank you for a great sandwich! Shop here Wednesday for $5 sushi! Great staff! We sometimes take advantage of deli fried chicken and a side or two. The deli is no joke. Boar’s Head meats! The BoGo’s are sometimes good for things with a long shelf life or consumed quickly! The overall quality is really good but it comes at a premium.

This store used to be fantastic, now not so much. Prices at check out don’t match shelf price, organic produce has dwindled to basically only rainbow chard, pretty much all organic skus have all but disappeared from this store. Can’t get an organic tomato here, and you might find some organic fruit, but it has probably already turned bad because stock rotation is atrocious at this location. Seems like Publix is just going down hill in terms of quality, thank goodness I can afford Sprouts and am willing to drive to Countryside for Whole Foods.

Customer service at all Publix supermarkets is great. The only supermarket that asks if you need help putting your groceries in your car. Some prices are a little higher than other stores but well worth shopping here. Clean, well lit, and plenty of choices.

Clean store, friendly workers. The fried Chicken was the star. .. big juicy pieces, very flavorful. We got sushi too..I don't recommend the california roll with brown rice. The rice overpowered the other flavors. But all other sushi was great

Publix used to be the chain that you compared the lesser grocery store to, those days seem to be over, it's now hit or miss. I remember when you asked an employee on the floor about an item and they'd physically walk to where the item was located and then ask if you needed anything else, that doesn't happen any more. If you ask for help at this meat dept, forget about, they act too busy, even when you tell them you'll probably have to go to Winn-Dixie for a pound of ground beef because there's none on the shelf and they don't seem to understand they can cut up a big family 3 lb package into smaller 1 lb packs, it's called customer service! Your customers are noticing the downward spiral.

They were nice but every time I go there this one employe gives me a problem about my service dog he is trained for medical alert psychiatric alert and PTSD response he is fully trained and is always labeled they don't allow dogs I understand but he is medical equipment by law

Best grocery closest to Regency and Ridge

Ever Floridian knows Publix is the premier grocery chain in our great state. Every location has the best of the best. Food, produce, selection, BOGO offers, and Customer Service. However, once in awhile there is an experience that shines & remains in your mind as EPIC. That is this location and that management professional is Mike. This gentleman provided me a pleasant, easy chat, resulting in a perfectly budgeted order. I was provided every option available not only for product selection but for serving sizes to maximize the products! When was the last time that happened? Well, it wasn't in this decade I can assure you! Thank you, Mike & your great team. Publix provides the stage, you provide the performers. Bravo.

I love Publix. However, this location just does not seem to have the employee schedules evenly planned. I go there morning, noon, night, and off-hours, and the wait is long for cashiers, deli, and bakery. I have been recently 3 times to purchase chicken tenders (I'm addicted to those things, LOL), and they have not had any. I've had to ask if they are going to make any, and I've left without them. The last time which was Sunday, there were none and I asked if they planned to make some and the guy asked one of the ladies and she said she wasn't aware they needed any and they looked at me and I just left. Business is business. Nothing personal, but the staff is lacking urgency, attentiveness, and professional dialogue. Cashiers are few and far between when there are 3 and 4 deep in the maybe 3 aisles to stand in. Why do we not have all lanes open and orders processing, with a smooth flow? Management, step up your game. I've gone to Golden Acres Publix, where it is more pleasant to shop with the smiles, greetings, and plenty of food to buy and cashiers waiting to say, "Come on down, my lane I'm open!"

I used to Love Publix. To me the Bakery and the Deli were supreme; I just bought doughnuts, I can tell they were frozen and just left on the shelf defrost. Publix Sucks now. Everyone is too busy as you wait for someone to help at the deli- " I'll be with you in a minute..." is all I hear from 5 people dedicated to their menial task.
