This place was the highlight of our Seattle trip for my 5yo! So cute, the macarons are reasonably priced and delicious.

My organization placed a large order of mini creampuffs for an event we were hosting. The creampuffs did not last very long but I'll start with reviewing the location and service. I've been in to Puffy Pandy a handful of times in the past. The shop is incredibly clean, tidy, and very thematic (there are pandas everywhere shown in artwork). The presentation of the different treats/sweets is streamlined and very neatly presented. Once you get inside the shop, you know what you're in for and the kind of vibe to expect from sitting and hanging out. Service wise, staff is very attentive and helpful in answering questions about any of their products. As stated at the start of this review, we purchased mini creampuffs for our organization. The creampuffs did not last very long and we had a ton of extremely happy team members. Many people came back to get seconds, thirds, and fourths so on and so forth. The creampuffs really elevated peoples mood in office and were a huge talking point through out the day. Puffy Pandy gave us a ton of stickers and business cards that we placed alongside the creampuffs for people to take. They were all taken and all gone because people were such huge fans of the creampuffs and wanted more. (The stickers were also really cool too). 10/10 definitely visit/make a purchase/do business with Puffy Pandy.

The macaroons and the ice cream! The White Rabbit was super nostalgic. Not sure if there were candy bits, but so much flavor! Mango ice also flavorful. They’ve been around for a year and half and I just found out. Will definitely taking another trip there soon! Super friendly customer service!

Puffy Pandy in White Center is a panda-themed paradise that opened in Dec 2022 and is quickly becoming a favorite among dessert enthusiasts! The staff, like Peter who helped me, is super nice and happy to chat about the rotating flavors, which change monthly. The commitment to the panda theme is impressive – eat your heart out, Rainforest Cafe fans who love pandas, pandan, ube, boba, cream puffs, ice cream, and french macarons! The mini cream puffs are perfect for those who want variety, with a satisfying crunch from the crackling topping. The macarons, offered in standard and mini sizes with a flavor card that reminds me of assorted chocolate boxes, will transport you back to childhood memories of sharing sweet treats. The pandan and ube Oreo ice cream were both delicious, but the ube Oreo truly stole the show. And the pandan boba milk tea? Perfect. Not too sweet, not too icy, and the boba was cooked to perfection. I was so happy to stumble upon this hidden gem in White Center through Instagram, and I'm especially excited about their "White Rabbit" vanilla cream – a clever nod to the beloved Chinese candy. If you're looking for a unique and delicious dessert experience, Puffy Pandy is an absolute must-try!

We ordered custom UW macarons from Puffy Pandy. I had to write a review because they look that good! They are very easy to work with and well-priced. I am grateful that we were able to support a women and AAPI-owned local business!

They had a food cart at the Burien festival today and wow, the cream puffs are mind-blowingly good!! Definitely give them a try, the creativity and thought that must go into it makes their food a truly unique experience!

Sweetest person behind the counter, super yummy macaron flavors, Vietnamese coffee and boba!!!! Plus they have a live stream panda videos on alllll day. So in love.

I tried both a cream puff and macaron and they were both pretty good. The place has a cute, fun aesthetic and the people working there were very nice.

I tried a twelve pack of macarons and half a dozen cream puffs (enough of both to try each flavor). The macarons are quite good, very soft and easy to bite into. The cream puffs did have that thin crunchy exterior and generously filled inside. Both quite good and tastes just like their flavor name. The store itself was very cute with quite a bit of panda merchandise and a line that winds around it. The macarons and puffs came packed well in cute packages and even the small bag was adorable. I also tried the Panda Co-Tea and that was quite good as well. It was not cheap though, about $70ish total I believe. My least favorite things were the parking (nearby is busy and mostly back in only) & service for pickup orders. There is a section that says if you are picking up to stand there. The problem was we stood there for some time and no one helped. Had to really wave them down and it was uncomfortable. It might be in your best interest to just stand in the regular line even for pickup. However, maybe there shouldn't be a section for pickup if it isn't going to be attended to. Overall, probably won't be back given the service issue, but hard to deny the actual product is quite good if you have infinite patience and/or lack social anxiety.

I'm happy my friend invited me to a BTS event with these cute and yummy desserts to try! It was nice to try the coffee and tea boba and the two ice cream macarons. I loved all the treats and goodies. It was my first time here, then the downside is the slow process probably they don’t have people to work for this weekend still I had a lovely Sunday!

I got a too good to go bag and I ate everything in a sitting. It was that good.

One of the most friendly places in white center. The shop of full of colorful amazing art. It has more than sweets for sale. The owner is one of the most welcoming people who will help you with any questions. Super kid friendly too.

I was perusing white center with my family when we happened upon puffy panda. The place is so cute! And the treats are delicious.. 11/10! Id recommend puffy panda to anyone in the area. Oh and they have unique ice creams that I have to go back and try.

Excellent service. Encouraged us to try as many ice cream flavors, very friendly. We came in to try the puff pastries and will be back to try like everything else. We did the flight 1/2 dozen so we could try all the flavors they had and it did not disappoint. We really enjoyed trying all the flavors. The puffs were so delicious great flavor and texture. Oh and the shop itself is so adorable. Decorated perfectly and minimally. Overall great experience at puffy pandy. Can't wait to go back and try more!

Wow! The vibe, decor and service are 5 star! The pandan milk tea with crème brûlée is as unique as this shop! So delish! The small but big and beautiful touches at the shop are sooo appreciated. I am so glad we stumbled into this place. So sad that it’s too far from our home. Will be sure to visit every time we are in the area!

If you haven’t had the Ube cream puff you ain’t living!! OMG it’s the most amazing thing I’ve put in my mouth in a long time! 😈 We also got a pint of the Ube ice cream to go - so will report back. Love the staff and owners and the shop is too cute!! 6 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered Puffy Pandy last year and this year’s Lunar New Year macaroons and cream puff for my students and for both years they have been a huge hit! Donna (owner) was super accommodating, friendly, professional and made the delivery herself to my school. I can’t wait to see what concepts she will have for next year’s lunar treats. In addition, I have been at the store on multiple occasions and all employees have been super delightful and I was so excited that they have continued to expend with more treats. Everything has been delicious. Literally 10/10!

Food/drink: Have tried pretty much everything on the menu here, and NOTHING disappoints. If I had to choose, some of my favorites are: the coco-pandan latte (soooo good, haven't had anything like it anywhere else, plus it's lactose free!), cream puffs (flavors are rotating but favs are ube & pandan), mini macarons (an easy way to try all the unique flavors!), and house made mango pudding (these come in cute jars that I repurpose for plants lol). Custom orders: Love the themed sets they offer for various holidays, especially Lunar New Year, which have the cutest designs. I also have ordered custom macarons for several events, including my wedding, and the staff is so friendly, flexible, and collaborative to deliver on my vision! Ambience: 🐼🐼🐼 they really commit to the panda theme here, from bamboo walls to the tiling in the bathroom (cutest public restroom I've ever seen lol). The assortment of panda-themed merch is also really cute and I often leave here with a new find for my panda-loving niece 😆

i love this place! the treats are so amazing, tasty, and unique. i live 30mins away but have returned many many times and recommended it to so many friends. the decor is so cute & picture worthy. the staff is very friendly and the music is good vibes. they also sell very cute merchandise. you haveee to try ice cream puffs! and i really appreciate the pandan boba. i don’t know any other place that sells pandan boba, and jollibee took theirs away it was my fav and i’m so glad they have it here☺️.

My daughter and I happened to stumble upon puffy pandy when they first opened up. We were exploring the area and noticed the big cute panda outside and just had to go in! Especially we are bobs fans! Immediately we were greeted and noticed the cute wall of pins and all of the artwork done by local artist! Every time we go in, we try something new! So far we love everything and that’s why we keep going back! Oh and the bathroom is panda themed! Seriously the cutest 😍🐼 So much love has been put into this place! I recommend giving it a try! As a Christian I love finding small businesses that uphold my values such as love thy neighbor, and be kind to all. Especially those who do not share my beliefs. The friendly staff, amazing selection of treats you cannot find anywhere else, and all around cool vibe have made me a customer for life. Now just open a shop on the east side!!!

My kids love the macarons here! I really enjoy the cream puffs and the puddings. I love to get the Vietnamese latte. So good! Not overly sweet with a rich coffee flavor. My sister loves their milk teas. Puffy pandy is a family favorite. It’s a business with great leadership and I am very glad that we have this gem of a dessert shop in white center.

My favorites are the ube, white rabbit, and cookies and cream. Besides the tasty treats, I appreciate that they're inclusive of everyone. A delightful experience overall

I'm not sure. I was going to take my girlfriend here, our first time, then I noticed the lbgtq+- alphabet soup flag. As a conservative Christian, I can not support a business that displays this nonsense.. what ever happened to just being a business and serving the public? I do not need to know your bedroom habits, nor should you advertise your preferences.

A hiddem gem in white center. Puffy Pandy has the cutest theme on the block. Ive had every single cream puff, macaron of all sizes, ice cream sandwiches, little cakes,and pudding and OMG, they are all so good!! The ice cream and drinks too!!! If you're in a hurry, theres online ordering for a quick pick up! And did you know the macarons can be customized?!?

Puffy Pandy was easy to work with and provided 2 towers worth of tasty macaroons for our wedding. We reached out to them late in the process after not being able to get a hold of another provider and they were quick to respond with detailed options of flavor and color combinations, delivery and timelines. We ended up going with a combination of Pandan, Wildberry, White Rabbit and Yuzu and they were all good. We wanted to ensure they would make our color scheme and they were able to provide a picture of them, so we didn’t have to go to the store in person. The whole ordering process was very simple through email. We ended up getting 2 towers of 75 macaroon each, just keep in mind that you’ll need to do your own assembly of the towers and they don’t come pre-constructed which we didn’t find out until after making the order.

my sister and i's first time! will definitely be back :) we both got ice cream puffy's with fruity pebbles. i got cereal milk ice cream and my sister got their new flavor, i forgot what its called but its malty. highly recommend!

I absolutely love this dessert store in White Center. They sell delicious macarons and other dessert items. It was recently remodeled, and now there is room to sit and eat and enjoy. They also do custom orders of all types in great price ranges. I got party favors for a dinner party in less than 24 hours with a color that matched our theme and they were so popular and adorable. I’ll definitely be ordering favors and dessert here again!

Ordered the pandan coffee and it genuinely was the best drink I've ever had (and I like to try lots of different coffee drinks!). They also offered me a sample of the pandan cream puff (which was so kind of them to do) and it completely blew me away. I can't wait to return.

We stepped into this panda wonderland on a Saturday. They don't open until noon, so keep that in mind. Apart from the beautiful bamboo on the walls and panda footprints on the ground, you're greeted by lots of happy panda themed merchandise, along with a sparkling white counter filled with homemade ice cream, cream puffs, macarons, pudding, and more. I'm big on sampling lots of little things, so we all split some macarons, including the White Rabbit, Raspberry Lemonade, Wildberry, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I got a White Rabbit ice cream stuffed cream puff. And y'all... they *toast* their pastry puffs to literal perfection. Just try one, you ain't regret it! Lastly, I ordered an espresso affogato with Bischoff Toast Crunch ice cream. I used to be a barista, and this espresso was so creamy and insanely good, especially with this ice cream combo. We will definitely be back!

The customer service was incredibl it was me and my sons first milk tea and macaroon the ice cream was amazing and it wasn't overpriced it was 12 macarons for 18 bucks so if your going into white center I really recemend this place

Delicious treats and adorable design. We tried cream puffs with the crispy craquelin top, mini macaron assortment, and the ice cream puffy. All were delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The panda theme is carried out with such attention to detail. Fun merch. It was well worth the trip to Puffy Pandy from Seattle.

As small business owner ourselves we cannot say enough about Puffy Pandy and its owner, Donna! My family and I are very particular with our taste buds but even more intentional about why, what and who we vote into business. Not only are all the treats that Donna and her team creates DELICIOUS and Unique but their customer service is incredible and her WHY and Dream of where she wants to take her business to help the community is phenomenal! We’ve used Puffy Pandy to cater our desserts for our baby shower and we’ve gone into the shop in white center. All of our experiences have been wonderful!! From the original Macarons, to their Cream Puffs, and the Ice Cream Puffys 🤩 Oh My!!!! Go treat yourself! You won’t regret it!!!

Puffy Pandy is such an amazing addition to white center! I’ve grown up here my entire life and to have a delicious dessert shop with amazing macarons, cream puffs, ice cream, boba, and more, what more could you ask for?? Not only is everything tasty but also it’s sooo cute and the owner and staff are the sweetest. I find myself constantly craving all the treats they offer. I would give Puffy a million stars if I could!

I have been a fan of the owner’s desserts since she started with her FAMOUS macarons. BUT NOW not only does she offer macarons, she has delicious mini cream puffs, puddings, Ice cream & drinks like tea, milk tea, boba tea & coffee!! It’s a 1 stop dessert shop. Love it! And the shop is super cuuuuute to hang out in & got lots of products like cuttteeeLAND!!! If you like mango like I do you gotta try her mango pudding & cream puffs!!! To die for! For real!!! thought about what I was going to write about this lil cute spot in WC but you just have to be there to understand what a beautiful place it is the people are kind. the dessert and drinks are delicious! the greatest thing ever? you can get your bff face on a freakin' macaron sent halfway across the country to Chicago from the PNW for her birthday- and it's still delicious. the sweetest thing, is right in the heart of WC

This is my favorite dessert shop in Seattle. The cream puffs are crave-able with the most delicious and unique flavor profiles. Plus, that crunchy topping has the perfect texture. I like that the treats are not too sweet and very balanced. It is my go-to dessert to bring as gifts and on special occasions. Whenever I go in I always get some type of merch because the panda theme is so cute!

Awesome and cute place. The desserts are amazing. Every time I go here, it’s always hard to pick which ones to buy so I end up buy a lot of them. Which is fine since it satisfies my belly and the people I share it with. I absolutely love the puddings and macarons. I normally get the ube and mango pudding. For macarons my go to is strawberry, Nutella, durian and Taro. But the other ones are really good too. So sometimes I end up getting 2 of each lol. I ordered some for a party and it was the highlight of the dessert table. It was gone as soon as it was set up. Lol next time my dessert table will just be puffy panda. I plan to go back again soon since I’m craving their drinks haha. Must try if you are in the area.

Cute little boba cafe in White Center. We tried the mini cream puffs (Trix, ube, cookies n cream, and strawberry) - they were out of the mango and White Rabbit flavors. The cream puffs were delicious and not too sweet. If you’re looking for a light dessert, this is the perfect place for it. The store is organized and clean. The staff was friendly and polite. Donna did an absolute beautiful job in creating Barbie's silhouette out of mini macarons. I ordered this for my daughter seventh birthday and she loved it. Didn't want to eat it because it looked so pretty.. They are the perfect bite size and so delicious. I'll definitely go back to order more for other parties.

We custom ordered almost 150 pieces of both the macarons and the choux for an event. They turned out AMAZING both in how they look and taste. They were such a hit with the guests that I barely got to taste them myself. Puffy Pandy was wonderful to work with throughout the process as well. Total pros! I can't wait to try more treats and the drinks at the shop!
