During my time at the restaurant, I noticed flies near the food. This not only violates sanitary regulations but also creates an extremely negative impression of your establishment. I understand that such situations can arise, but I believe it is important to inform you so that you can take the necessary measures to improve the conditions in your restaurant. I hope you can promptly address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. 2/3 time the meat is burnt to a crisp. Not worth the risk to even go there.

Eat here often and even order their catering for large events. I am a big fan!!

I've gone to this location more times than I can count. I can't say how it's been recently but it was always nice when I had the courage to go inside. The last many times I had gone, I stayed inside the car as I was dealing with so much mentally. The food had always helped though, it's fresh, good portions and honestly on the cheap end for how much you get. It's somewhere I will continue to visit in the future.

I'm not in this part of town very often anymore but when I am if it's meal time this is my go to. Love the portions, love the freshness and taste, love how fast they are. Highly recommend if you've never been.

1. The staff suck! They either don't care about customers and are clearly under the influence. May 18th 2024 9PM. 2. They are out of food. No rice, no beans, no peppers. And still wanted to sell us food... with what?!?! A $10 empty tortilla?? 3. Apparently the business in failing? Per one of the staff members. That's why they didn't have food and they were just ready to party. Giant pupils say it all.

They really don't disappoint. We don't eat there often, that being said they are constantly good.

Qdoba Wasilla SLAPS!!! From the delicious tasting food to the atmosphere, Qdoba delivers. The staff is absolutely AWESOME! Austin, Alivia and Julie go above and beyond to take care of their guests. They take pride and it shows! They have the cleanest bathrooms in all of Wasilla, not to mention the store in general is always looking fresh. We will be back for that Birria and the Shrimp that starts on Jan 30! Thank you Team Wasilla!

Got a bowl with sweet spicy chicken (VERY SMALL PORTION) pinto beans, peppers, lettuce, guacamole. Very small portions even after asking for more. My bowl was less than half full. Very cold in the restaurant plus dirty tables and floors. Wife and I had to take our food to go, way to cold in store to relax and eat your food. The restaurant has a problem keeping items filled on the line. Everytime i go there they say oh sorry were out of that item. I would avoid going to this QDOBA. You would be better served going to the Anchorage locations.

$14 for a huge steak burrito that will keep me full all day. I personally think it's one of the best values around. Great employees as well.

My family and I decided to go out to eat tonight for a special treat. We were greeted by Olivia with her telling us about the Qdoba app. Letting us know if we sign up we could get buy one get one entree free. I have 3 boys and a husband who loves to eat. This saved us so much money! Who doesn’t like saving some bucks?! Super thankful she gave us a heads up! We have the option now to get ice cream with the money we saved. Thanks Olivia!

Got there at 11:45 am bought tacos Food looked like yesterday’s leftovers and tasted like too! Service was good though.

When you show up 20 minutes before breakfast is over and they tell you they ran out of an item and are not making anymore that morning is lame. Should be simple to keep items stocked

Probably the best fast food "Mexican" food in Wasilla.

The food was just ok but what should’ve been hot was not at all, including tortillas. I think the machine they put them on to heat was not plugged in. The meat was cold and mist every option was almost empty. The staff of young people were pleasant and friendly. However, the entire place was filthy. Every table dirty as heck and food all over the floor. The food table where they make your tacos was a big mess with ingredients everywhere on the countertop. Seriously need to clean up! I won’t go again, or for a long time anyway. I think a good manager could help with these issues.

The subway of Hispanic food. It really depends on the day and the workers on shift. This time, it was all I could do to finish my burrito. The food was good and the service was great. No complaints at all.

This is the dirtiest Qdoba I’ve ever seen. Lots of garbage on the floor behind the counter, chicken was dry and cold, rice and beans were cold too. Service was slow and staff didn’t seem to care about the quality of their work. Dining room was also poorly maintained. We dined in at 11:30am, so no excuse in terms of recovering from a lunch rush. Pretty disappointing service overall. I typically love qdoba but this was really not meeting the mark.

They appear short handed but it did not lessen my experience. The service was friendly, the food was good and everyone was smiling. The dining area needed attention but wasn't horrible. Had a great time.

I was on the fence about whether to get Qdoba or my go-to Panda Express (first world problems, I know) - & Alivia’s cheerful welcome and unprompted willingness to offer suggestions made my decision making process so much easier. We had already thrown the receipt away, so couldn’t do the survey.

Very unclean as far as tables and floor…. Seems like they have gone down hill. Not enough workers…

You will get full! The portions are huge!

My family chose to dine at this restaurant after the funeral we attended because it's one of our favorites. We know we're eating healthy, getting our money's worth and could spend time together without feeling rushed out in this relaxed atmosphere. Especially now, to reminisce over memories over our loved one lost.

No pork in my pork burrito. Paid $50 for 2 pork burritos to be delivered. I always expect the quality of food to be a little less when I do delivery. But there was literally no pork in my burrito. My wife’s burrito had some. I ate the whole thing just expecting to eventually get to the pork at the bottom of the burrito. Nope.. none… how do you make a pork burrito and forget the PORK??? I guess that is what I get for being lazy and not making my own food.

Our burritos came out amazing and very delicious! Price point and how much we got. Worth it! The staff was spectacular too!

Aside From The Chips, I Didn't Think Too Much Of The Tacos.

I've been very impressed with the staff here. They are so busy and they try so hard with each and every customer. I love how the guac and queso are included as toppings. We tried surf and turf, chicken, and steak they're all fantastic and customizable. I am very happy with this particular Wasilla Alaska location.

The quality of meat has gone way down, I got a chicken burrito the other day and most of the chicken in it was fatty and gross, there was even a hard piece in it. I couldn’t even eat the burrito. I also felt so rushed by the employees and there was literally no line or anything lol.

The store was dirty. The empty tables were dirty. The floors were dirty. No one had a hair net or cap. Not even the Cook in the back. I didn't see anyone wash their hands in between serving food and work the register. One of the young ladies dropped a container of food, she took it to the back. I couldn't see if she threw it away. I will not be returning.

Probably one of my favorite places to eat if not my favorite. The food is just so good I love it.

The food is okay, the biggest reason for 2 stars is the customer service. Every time I go in without fail, every employee there treats you as if you ruined their day by showing up to eat.

They were out of something we ordered, the employees were very apologetic and made every attempt to fix the issue.

Excellent breakfast burritos. First time having breakfast here! Closes breakfast at 10:30. Local places have struggled to get enough workers since COVID but getting better. It’s annoying that every place now asks for tips, even fast food. I’m a generous person but think this is a bad trend. It’s actually bad for the workers as the corporation gets away with enriching themselves on poor wages and expects customers to supplement their workers’ pay. They should pay them well and tips are for attentive table services. There’s nothing the employees can do for tips as quantity of toppings is tightly controlled by the corporation.

Sorry, but I really liked this place pre-covid. I went there right after covid started and the quality of food was way below what it normally was. Told myself I wasnt going back after that experience. Went back the other day and quality and size of the product was worse than it was 2 years ago. Sorry to see you go off my list.

Best mexi-fast food in Wasilla. They know how to wrap a burrito. Could not eat the whole thing - yummy!

Edit to add: Customer service has been in contact with me and has made every effort to make this incident right. I will upgrade from 1 to 4 stars for that👌 Had the surf and turf bowl for dine-in. All of it was cold from the rice to the shrimp to queso to veggies. 👎 I asked the shift manager if they had a way to heat it up and he told me to go next door to the gas station to use their microwave. 🤦‍♀️ the floors were DISGUSTING behind the counter, if there was an audit today they would fail massively. On the bright side the cashier was super sweet to us👍 bummed I didn't get her name.

The lowest customer service I've ever seen! Under portion in orders and some had a smug attitude! I always tip genuinely to the teams in Anchorage but I'm never going back to the Wasilla branch ever again!

Best damn restaurant in the valley. Depending on whos working it's excellent portions, particular workers get chincy with serving sizes and your bowl wont be as full as other times. But aside from that, its so mothertrucking good.

Today was my first visit ever and it was delicious! I got the new cheese crusted quesadilla. It was great and the service was wonderful as well! Very good experience! I will definitely be a returning customer!

My reviews are honest and I don't over rate anyone. If I visit a hotel and give them 4 stars because they are a three star hotel but they do a great job to earn it, that's just my opinion of the service and experience I had there. If I go to a Mexican eatery and I have crispy refried beans and the rice is hard and old, I'm not going to give them four stars. The soda seems like it wasn't as carbonated as well as other places. When a customer sees a soda they like at the soda fountain, they expect the same great taste and carbonation that they'd get from a bottle in the store. It carries the same name, it needs to be of the same quality. I emphasize comparability and quality in my reviews. You can get bitter, or you can get better.

The high schoolers behind the counter were working hard but pretty frazzled by short staffing.

If you want a nice huge burrito or an amazing steak casedilla-> this is the spot. Good price for the quality and amount. Higher-end than taco bell but not as expensive as some other Mexican restaurants.

The Wasilla one is ok but the prices are outlandish. A quesadilla with nothing but cheese some cheese dip and 1 simple bowl should not cost half of what I was charged. If you dont change Qdoba will be a bad memory in 2 or 3 years

They have always had very nice, and quick employes. The ingredients are top tier.

This seems to be the only Qdoba to still serve breakfast. I have to go whenever I'm up from Washington.

I used to give this place 5 stars but when they got rid of the nice folks and replaced them with younger testy ones I ended up getting a rotten expierece and left there so upset I ended up feeding my casidilla to the ravens that where hanging outside the dumpster in the parking lot.

I haven't had qdoba in months!!! It was amazing! Unfortunately no sitting inside yet. They are very low on plastic lids, but I still got to have my favorite food that I crave! Don't for get to shake your bowls it makes it so much better!

Normally Qdoba delivers pretty solid quality burritos, but the Wasilla one recently was serving burnt steak, all other ingredients were okay, and they aren't utilizing the stainless steel baskets for in-restaurant orders, so your basically eating a really messy meal out of tinfoil ~ good luck. Very nice service though.

Typical qdoba, prices are....well they are Alaska sized coming from the lower 48. We enjoyed ourselves.

One of our favorite places to eat! The food tastes great. The amount is good. You will get full no matter if you get a huge burrito, a bowl, or a taco bowl! My favorite is the taco bowl. But everytime my son gets the burrito, I always have to have a bite lol! Friendly employees as well!
