Very sweet family runs the shop. The food is very tasty and they wrote us a sweet note.

The owner was adorable. It was my first time ordering from here and she threw in extra food for us and wrote my boyfriend and I a cute note. The food was also so so amazing. I love finding good sesame chicken and the dumplings were amazing as well!

Friendly staff, good service and food. Been there twice, first time was for bento boxes, and next was for the kitchen menu. Both times were great. The bentos were huge and easily got us 2 meals per box when you include the soup and salad too. Had the meals from the Chinese menu and they were really good too, and the portions were great. Will come back for sure. Appreciate the handwritten thank you note, very nice.

Best sushi we have found in the area. We eat here frequently and the quality of the fish and avocado is consistently to good to excellent. The people who work here are amazingly friendly and give us lots of extras with our takeout. Not a place for dining in, but a great place to get consistently great sushi for reasonable prices. Only criticisms I have would be they often take longer to make the food than it says when we place the order (I just wait a few extra minutes to leave to pick it up and usually that works out just right) and that we have to specify each time that we don't want plastic cutlery/containers of soy sauce or we get a bunch of plastic waste we don't want. Other than those two points, you guys are doing a great job!

I am so thankful for the experience I had here. I am local and it has not been our go to place, but on a whim to get my son ramen for the first time we chose here. Almost didn’t go in due to size as we were going to sit and eat (not a typical eat in place and we are a family of 5). IM SO HAPPY WE DID. The woman serving us was so sweet and accommodating, she was always willing to serve us and was so kind. The food was some of the best Chinese we’ve had around here, the rice wasn’t the yellow rice that we see so often and had such great flavor, very much like a better hibachi rice. The shrimp lo mein had great flavor, my son’s ramen was delicious and the portions were awesome. My wife’s dinner bento box was big and good! They also had really good sushi. Not every place can do Chinese/ramen/sushi, let alone do it well, yet Qing Mu did! She (owner/waitress) even sent us home with our food bagged up and a handwritten note inside. I hope they have great success and I look forward to being able to come here again.

This place is definitely our new go-to! We've been looking for a place with excellent General Tao's chicken and they have it. Sushi was fantastic; incredible roll was named correctly. Large portions and we received a very sweet note from the owner with our order. We'll be back!

We order from here all the time. The food is excellent, and the lunch prices especially are very reasonable. The bento boxes and sweet potato rolls are our favorite.

By far, a favorite place of mine! I've only ordered a few times but everything I've tried so far has been delicious. Food is piping hot, fresh and generous portions. Love the extras and handwritten note! So glad to have a place like this near me.

What a find! This is definitely a take out place that happens to have a table. That said, we ate there. No dishes, only takeout containers. Food was fresh and delicious. Prices were very reasonable. Collectively we got hibachi steak and shrimp bento boxes and a poke bowl. They could not have been nicer and more grateful. My only complaint is that they don’t have more tables available and a nicer ambiance (with real dishes). They also don’t have a bathroom. That said, We will be back!

Best sushi I’ve had in this area. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year now. They have great customer service and the portions are generous. It is a takeout place, so plan accordingly. I just can’t say enough good things!

Absolutely delicious and very friendly service. Do not plan to dine in, there is one small table available but this is mostly a takeout place. Like other reviewers, I found a kind note full of gratitude for supporting their business and a bag of oolong tea, such a sweet touch. The food is tasty with huge portions, the containers are packed to the brim, I always have leftovers and they reheat well.

Food was excellent, they prepared everything as requested on special request (great attention to detail), very courteous and personal service. Highly recommend!

My partner was sick so I ordered their cravings over phone on the way home from work. I told them the wrong entree and it was super easy to call back and correct the order. They were quick to field questions about which dishes were vegetarian and made good recommendations for substitutes. Portions were huge on general tso's tofu, and the spicy tuna sushi were tightly rolled and great consistency. Generous tubs of complementary miso soup, and the loveliest hand written note nestled in with oolong tea bags. I will be recommending this restaurant to everyone I know who lives in the area, and will surely be returning myself 😁🙏

We’ve been going to the same place for years. This was our first time getting take out here and I was impressed. Very friendly delivery driver even had a note in the bag. For a Friday night our food came on time and still hot. Great price for the sushi and the food was really good. I’m normally very hesitant to order sushi from new places but this was a hit. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Happy to have a new good place in havertown.

Amazing sushi, amazing staff, super kind people. This is more of a take out restaurant but if you're like me, from far away and didn't know, they will let you eat in! So kind. I got salmon sashimi, scallop nigiri, and miso soup. I would order ALL of them again. Highly recommend for good quality and prices. Support this lovely local place.

This has to be the absolute best Asian fusion I ever had!! I have eaten at many many Asian places all over Philadelphia ,and nothing compares to this!! They even included a thank you note!! Just amazing!!!

Very friendly and great customer service. They offer a wide variety of dishes. I enjoy the sushi. My kids enjoy the Chinese food entrees (lo mein, chicken fried rice) as well as the Teriyaki Salmon Bento Box.

We get Chinese takeout usually at least once a month, and Qing Mu is one of our go to restaurants. The food is consistently good, very reasonably priced, and they are great to deal with, even when they are busy, which is often. We have our favorites like the General Tso‘s chicken or the beef with string beans but everything we have had there has been good. It’s definitely a takeout place, there’s really no place to eat in the restaurant itself but it’s a great location & easy to get to.

Food is soooo good. Chinese and Japanese options. Clean environment. Best Asian restaurant in the Havertown area… and the hand-written note accompanying the food is sweet!

Tried this for the first time tonight. Very friendly woman at the window. Got the food home. WOW! MASSIVE PORTION! Got chicken hibatchi with rice and miso soup all for $15. Chicken is all white meat. So much rice! Only negative is there isn't any yum yum sauce. However there was a handwritten note!

This place is not a place where you sit and dine in, it’s more of pick-up service. I am very picky when it comes to Chinese food and ive been going to Sampan Inn in Havertown for any Chinese food cravings but ive found my new “go-to” Chinese food. This place is very friendly, very easy with online ordering and always leave you a cute side note ❤️ prices are very reasonable compared to Sampan Inn. Qing Mu food quality is much better than Sampan. Highly recommended!!

Food is absolutely amazing! Just had something to it that takes it to another level. Good prices for large portions and included sides. Such kind and caring service as well. I live in Upper Roxborough, but was tutoring a student in Havertown. I needed soup badly since I’ve been fighting a cold. I saw this take out restaurant got a 4.9/5. These wasabi dumplings are absolutely delicious!! I’m sure the seafood soup will be equally wonderful. And I got the sweet note too. I will order again. Update: Soup was good, but those dumplings were sublime and I must try their sushi too!

I ordered from Qing Mu for the first time on Friday. I got the salmon teriyaki dinner bento box and my boyfriend got general tso's chicken. Everything was delicious, reasonably priced, the portions were generous, and the staff are super friendly. Can't wait to order again!

We stopped in as we were driving by, it’s a small place with only one or two tables and decided to sit down. It was clear that they were super busy with many take-out orders. Nonetheless, they took great care of us and were very nice and the sushi and rolls were fresh and delicious. We now have a new place to enjoy.

Staff is super friendly, threw in miso soup and salads for free and we too got a handwritten note from the staff. So sweet! Can’t wait to go back and try more options on their large menu.

Amazing food! Really good sushi. The incredible roll is truly incredible, money bags aka crab Rangoon's are very tasty. Love the California roll and every order comes with so much free stuff! We got free spring rolls and miso soup. Highly recommend, can't wait to come back and try more things on the menu.

My first time I order from Qing Mu was delicious. I ordered the General Tso chicken and Snow White roll. All was delicious, generous portions, reasonable price, and friendly service. The soup was a pleasant bonus. The nice touch of a hand written note to thank me for my order was touching.

Very high-quality sushi and good portions! Nice miso soup with tofu. Chicken katsu also good quality, careful breading. Dumplings were hearty and full-flavored. 1 table, mostly a carryout place. Service was friendly.

Ordered like 10 minutes before closing. Made additions like 5 minutes later after the initial call. Not only did they not mind, they gave me extra stuff, and a HANDWRITTEN NOTE thanking me for my patronage. It was really touching. The customer service is unmatched. The food is delicious too, haha. I’ve had all the ramen, almost all the sushi, lo mein, every chicken dish, most of the appetizers, and I’ve yet to have anything I didn’t like. Obviously everyone’s palette is different, but I think the food is objectively well prepared here.

What a great little restaurant! We were warmly greeted and ate inside. Customer service was very attentive, and the food was delicious! We shared a party platter with 6 different sushi rolls and had miso soup. Yum! Everything was very good. Several people picked up take out while we were there without any wait. Definitely recommended for quick meal, takeout and good food.
