Great front of house! Fabulous ribs, chicken, and burnt ends and the sides of beans, potatoes salad, and Mac and cheese were delish. Best bbq in town!

A bit pricey for our budget but SOOOOO worth it! Burnt ends and birria tacos (served on Fridays) were our favorite! 10/10 delicious food!

My favorite BBQ place. Better than everyone else. I don't know why its Better but it just is. You should skip the other places. Only thing I want is like a try out box so I can get everything not just 1 or 2 things.

We have had the burnt ends, birria tacos, chicken, pulled pork sandwich beans and the Mac. All super delish!!! Great smokey flavor and the mac n cheese is so creamy and delish!! I would absolutely recommend this spot in fairbanks!! Still look forward to tasting the jalapeno poppers!!

A true Fairbanks gem. Prices are a little high but 100% worth the quality and portion sizes you get. The family running this place is great and you can tell that they put their heart into the food. The ribs, chicken, and brisket are all excellent. I haven't tried anything yet that I didn't love.

Best Burger and BBQ in Fairbanks hands down. Moved back to Alaska after being in Texas for 4 years and I’ve missed the Texas bbq scene. But Frozen North matches that energy. Definitely will be back!

A really good hole in the wall BBQ place that is a favorite of mine to grab lunch from delicious ribs and one of my favorite places to get Mac n cheese in fairbanks

It is an unexpected miracle: a no frills little joint with absolutely delicious brisket, chicken, and ribs... in Fairbanks. I even like the tater salad.

These are probably some of the greatest people you will ever meet in your life. The fact that they make the best barbecue in Fairbanks, is a bonus. They are always so kind even when they are overwhelmed and busy. Their food is some of the best I have ate! I will always recommend this place. I got a half rack of the St. Louis Ribs and it came with two sides. I got the coleslaw and the potato salad. The ribs were absolutely amazingly phenomenal. Literally the best ribs I have had in my life and I did a bbq tour of the American south and these ribs demolish all other ribs. Seriously, wish I got a full rack. Cole slaw is the tangy kind, not the milky kind. I prefer the different style but it was still yummy. Potato salad tastes like an Auntie spent all morning making it from her grandmothers recipe. Special food! Like WOW kind of food. Reminded me the most of Texas BBQ. Will go here again and again, great service too.
