About 10 years ago across the street from these properties I owned two duplexes. I did most all of the maintenance there for over 20 years. One day across the street from me was this building. Decaying away with a caved in the roof rat infested termite infested stray dog infected whatever you would want to call it. There was a white haired older gentleman named Raphael who was walking around the properties I shouted over to him are you buying that building do you want to buy these apartments. He called me over and said he was indeed buying the building and that I would help him restore it and that's what we did. And all though he has been through a lot of hardships, I watched this man help this neighborhood for over 10 years, attempting to fulfill one of his dreams. And although the building is completely finished. he doesn't have the energy to do this anymore, so we're looking to sell. And it's going to be a good sell.
