everything about this canes experience is none like other. I came from Oklahoma decided to stop at canes because it’s one of my favorite food places and was delicious. Perfectly service was amazing above and beyond great attitude associate walked around and asked how everything was, stored was clean. Cane's and Chick-fil-A are the only two fast food restaurants that I have given more than three stars to, and those three stars from me are pretty rare for fast food. I love Canes. I eat there a lot. It's just plain and simple crispy and delicious! Like Chick-fil-A they believe in a friendly staff that stays busy is attentive and has a good attitude. Only once have I been to the Clearview location on a day when the staff did not keep up with cleaning the dining area. I was so disappointed in what was an unusual experience that I spoke to the manager about it who is very receptive and appreciative of the feedback. Keep up what you're doing Cane's !!

This is my first time at this location. The food was not bad. The parking was awful. The handicap parking design was awful to where I cannot get in or get out or anyone for that matter. I broke plenty bones in my body, and it was hard for me to even get to the location as far as parking. The ladies that were taking orders was super nice and super helpful. Will I return to this location,, probably so if there’s not many people there so it’s easier for me to get in and out. I’m not sure how everyone works there, but these two ladies they are super great employees. Y’all did a good job them.

The Cane's sauce is delicious and I always buy extra to bring home.The food is always fresh and staff are friendly.I would like it better if salad was also offered though they do have coleslaw.

Food was fresh and delicious treated my grandson son out to eat staff was very friendly,staff made sure the eating area was stocked and cleaned out of all the Canes I eat at that cane's is the best ,and I think that comes under manager and staff loves that cane's,I live in New Orleans walking distance to the cane's on Carrollton your food is never good I have tried to go there many times no way I will go all the way to clearview

I ordered the three finger combo. My tenders were so hard you could not chew it! They were so rough. I don’t come here and probably won’t ever again. I couldn’t return it cause I was literally on my way to work. I should sue for expired product! You do not give nobody anything like that.

Friendly and brought it straight to our table and the place is so good that the entire field trip of Sophie b Wright students showed up And despite all the kids in there we were able to share a nice conversation (me and two friends)

My grandson loves the Caniac combo with extra fries, no cole slaw and 3 extra sauces! Cane's never gets his order wrong! Always hot and fresh, he has to wait a few minutes for things to cool down. Thank you, I've heard some complaints about the food price hike, but I'll pay a little more for it to be good like always! And even if there is a line, it moves quick! Let's Go!!👍

ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS!!!!!!!!! I ordered a Box combo and it seems like I got a kiddie meal. WTH!!!!!!! $20 for these half tenders. Never again! I should have gone to Chick fil A. Truth be told, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! Look how small this is to the bread. This is in no way gonna fill up my husband! Y’all are going down in quality!

Took my family there, spent about $90 for 8 people. Food was hot and good. Those of us that ordered lemonade got upset stomachs for the remainder of the night, and those that ordered sweet tea were fine.

Canes has very good tenders. I just wish they were a little bigger. The sauce for the tenders is a great edition for dipping your tenders. Fries are just ok, nothing fancy, and the Cole slaw is good. The texas style toast is on point!!

It is one of the top two fast food restaurants, in my opinion. But honestly, it's about the sauce, toast, and lemonade.

On Saturday December 30th 2023 approximately 4:30 or 5:00 p.m. I purchased food from this Cane's as I do very often. The food that I purchased from this particular store sick ..I have been sick for a week now for the food.Gone to the hospital and it was told to me it was food poisoning.Now; I have not eaten anything that day so I know it was from them!! After being sick throwing up my guts and not being able to move I finally called that today WHICH Is Wednesday evening 01/03/2024 to speak to a manager regarding this issue and I was greeted with so much disrespect!!from a male manager!!! AND THIS WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE CANE'S!! THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED BECAUSE THE VIBE HE GAVE ME IS AS THOUGH HE KNEW AND HE WAS SELLING THAT KIND OF STUFF ANYWAY! HE SHOWED NO REMORSE NO EMPATHY KNOW ANYTHING EVEN WITH ME HAVING PROOF AND IT WILL BE A DIFFERENCE IF HE EVEN ASKED FOR THE PROOF! HE JUST DISMISSED ME AS IF I WAS TRASH! BUT THIS IS THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS IN A TREAT PEOPLE AS IF THEY'RE NOT HUMAN!! I will not support them any longer and if I have to call the better Business bureau and a Federal trade commission I will.. if I need to contact the state of Louisiana to put a report there I will do so because that is not the type of services and business that you should be doing!! My tenders was cold and kind of chewy plus some crispy parts was soggy and tenders was kind of small. But my fries was hot.

I may be spoiled by the friendly service at other locations, but I was shocked by how unfriendly the staff was. Admittedly, the food was ready pretty quick, but grease was dripping from the chicken when I picked it up. I tried to get a hello out of the person taking the order, but she refused. The group seemed pretty comfortable operating this way. The restaurant was clean.

Man what happened to canes?! This use to be the SPOT! Prices were good. And portions were great! Lately both have went the other way! Prices went WAY up and portions are insanely small!!! Feels like you’re getting robbed! I get it inflation, prices go up, but that doesn’t mean you cut portion and raise prices!!! Must be this location because all the similar reviews complaining of portion size.

The size of the tenders are SO small. My thumb is bigger than these tenders. I ordered a caniac combo and all I got was 6 nuggets with sides. For cheaper than $17 you can get actual tenders and sides at literally any place other than Canes.

I don't understand why I keep coming to Cane's, it is... bland; bland and undercooked. Lacks flavor and crunch. The coleslaw was good but warm, the bread was tasty but so undercooked it was chewy in the middle. I hope I remember next time this place is not worth either the money or the trip.

Idk, if it's like this at other locations cause Ive gone to Vets & this WASNT an issue; but the portion size HERE is quite small. It's almost like they're taking a chicken breast & cutting it in HALF.👀 If you want to get your money's worth I would suggest trying another LOCATION

Awful pop music and garbage artist promotion (post malone). What is this nightmare land I have stepped into?? It's food I guess...

Went through the drive through. Food was fresh. 4pc no slaw extra toast and a 3pc. drink one was a Dr Pepper. drink 2 a half sweet tea half lemonade as it said on the reciept. When we got to the window it was one sweet tea and one lemonade. I let the guy know kindly we were missing the Dr Pepper and these 2 were supposed to be mixed and we didnt mind mixing them in the yeti cup my wife had. He insisted that we give the 2 drinks back and he gave us what we were supposed to have. That's fine I just don't see the poing on wasting the drinks and cups rather than just giving me one cup of dr pepper and us keeping the 2 you went through 4 cups and extra drink since the others were just poured out.

Fresh, delicious tenders. Sometimes Canes' fries are bland, but that was not the case here. Everything was seasoned and salted perfectly.

The food was good, not bad at all. The girl who took my order was very nice and pleasant, and then came back to check on me as well, Thank you Miss! That strawberry girl made my day a bit brighter.

Staff St window on 06/06/2023, around 2p, or so handled the bag in an impolite way. Food almost fell out of the bag.

Service is great, think the frying oil needed to be replaced. You could taste it in the tenders. But the fries were perfect.

It amazes me how a fast food restaurant like this can be so consistently fast and delicious while others can be so slow and inconsistent. For chicken that's basically cooked to order, it's surprising how quickly the order is prepared. The management at this Canes deserves an award. I've been coming here for many years and even though the staff changes pretty frequently, they always manage to find workers who are attentive, cheery and seem to like what they're doing.

I used to love this location, but unfortunately, it is not what it used to be anymore. The service is always good but the last couple of times I've ordered food, is like the tenders are smaller and smaller every time i go and fries are barely given, I understand inflation affects but that is why yall also keep raising prices.🤷🏻‍♀️

The only problem I had was that the fries were not fresh as they are normally. I had had way too many hard and brown fries. That wasn't enough for me to knock a star off because normally, the food is on point. And as everywhere the prices are getting ridiculous.

Disgusted. Hair in my food :( I just can’t!!!!! Had to turn around go back to the store after wanting a lunch break - needless to say I didn’t get a lunch break. The inconvenience is what upsets me right after the health hazard! Yuck!
