The best Indian restaurant in the world! Beautiful interior, consistently wonderful and attentive service (always a waiter there to refill your water!), and the most delicious food I've ever had in my life. Naan is warm and soft with just the right crunch, the tikka masala is flavorful and complex without relying too hard on spiciness alone, and the kulfi is just pure heaven. I only get the chance to come here when I'm visiting family but it's consistently been the very best restaurant ever, in terms of food, service, and atmosphere. Very kind waitstaff too. Their tikka masala is the best I've ever had, and has kept that rank since the first time I ever had it. Absolutely GORGEOUS food presentation too! Everything is plated on very pretty dishware, and always has some kind of garnish or decoration. They're clearly very passionate about the food they make, and it's always just as beautiful as it is delicious. Generous portions, too! You'll have leftovers for days after just a single meal. Cannot recommend enough. Best little place on earth.

Good was delicious and the service was too good

I don't usually review after one visit, but was much more impressed than expected. A late-lunch stop, only a handful of tables, mostly going to the buffet- normally this is a restaurant's weakest time. But they turned out some of the most balanced, flavorful lamb dishes I've had in ANY area Indian restaurant. Rogan Josh with a "7" spiciness had a nice zing but integrated into the flavor rather than just "we dumped more cayenne on top". Yum. Similarly, my friend's Vindaloo was exactly on point, but without a spice specification it was made notably milder than typical, yet without losing any of the other spicing. Perfect execution on the kitchen's part. Garlic and regular naan were both fresh & delicious. Never trust an Indian restaurant that doesn't have great naan or great rice; those are foundational to the cuisine. The naan & rice say trust this one. The kicker- there's no lunch time bartender that I noticed, but somehow they produced two delicious cocktails that I'd be happy to have at any restaurant, and better than I've ever been served at any traditional Indian restaurant. Suburban South Asian restaurants are a mixed bag- a lot of them are good or good values, but only a few are "great". Based on my first experience, this is one of the best in the area. Reviewing in the hope they continue as they are.

Dine in with family of 6 at multiple days ant Rangoli. Enjoyed excellent food & five star services. Great welcoming staff to accommodate our special diet foods. Highly recommend this place.

I recently dined at this restaurant on my way back from BWI airport, conveniently located just a few minutes' drive from I-295 highway. For appetizers, I enjoyed the Gobi Manchurian, followed by Garlic Naan and Paneer Tikka Masala for the main course. The portion sizes were generous, and what truly distinguishes this restaurant is the exceptional quality of its food compared to others I've visited recently. The staff was courteous and offered excellent recommendations; I particularly enjoyed their suggestion of the delicious Coconut Naan. If you're seeking high-quality Indian cuisine in the DMV area that offers good value for your money, I highly recommend this place

We were driving back home to charlotte , North Carolina from new york and decided to stop by here for lunch. They were very welcoming even though we were a group of 8 people and reached just a few minutes before they close. They have wide variety of choices in the menu and something for everyone. We had kids and Parents with us and everyone enjoyed the food.

1130. Be there or be square for their lunch buffet. If it wasn’t unhealthy, I’d throw up just to make more room to go back and get more. Otherwise you’ll catch me on My 600 Pound Life horking down some chicken masala. This food will make you reject Christianity and embrace Hinduism. I respect Ghandi even more cause there’s no way I would go on a food strike if they were cooking this up.

A bit expensive but food is worth it.

The buffet was plentiful. The food was solid. Service was professional, albeit too serious. I did think the atmosphere felt fancy.

Terrible service. The waiter didn't come to fill the water glasses for 10 minutes. In fact, we had to ask them before they did. Naan was undercooked as shown. Didn't take our appetizer plates until our dinner was already here, and we didn't even have our dinner plates ready. They started putting food on the table, which our empty appetizer dishes, and the whole table was a mess. This has always been my favorite restaurant... until today. Food tasted great. Restaurant setting was great. Waiter service brought the review down.

We were in town visiting a friend and stopped here for lunch before flying out at BWI. VERY worth the stop - the food was amazing and for a decent price. The staff were all very attentive and nice. We will definitely be back here next time we fly to Baltimore.

Rangoli has some of the best Indian food I have eaten in the US. I ate here maybe several years ago and the food was excellent, and recently moved back to the area and the food is still phenomenal! Having eaten Indian food in Europe, I’d say that Rangoli is very similar in quality and taste. If you want decent Indian food, absolutely eat here whether it be dine in or delivery - they’re seriously good and never disappoint. My go to dish is the mango chicken.

We took Snacks and Tea from this restaurant on the way to New Jersey from DC. Snacks and Tea are excellent and tasty...

I have placed take out orders at lunchtime on three different occasions. The food is ALWAYS delicious. My favorites are the ginger chicken and the aloo palak. The folks here are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend you give them a try. They are definitely on my list as favorite Indian restaurant.

We had lunch buffet here. The options were limited. Most dishes were average in taste. Tandoori chicken was good. No naans were available or offered until we asked and by that time we were already about to finish our lunch. I thought the buffet was on costlier side for what they offerred. Parking is limited outside restaurant but there is a parking garage nearby.

While visiting MD, I stayed at a hotel near Rangoli. My parents and I were looking for dinner and came across their restaurant. It was SO DELICIOUS and large portions. I'm not new to Indian cuisine, so I expected to be satisfied- We definitely were! We ordered chicken Tikka masala and chicken Shahi Korma. I ordered spicy because I enjoy spicy food, but if you can't tolerate the heat I suggest mild (or regular) it will still be flavorful. We also ordered the garlic Naan (my parents loved it). It was my parents first time having Indian cuisine and they loved the flavors (minus the spiciness). Im sad there isn't one in Florida because I'd definitely eat there again. Ordered Palak Paneer and butter naan . It’s the best palak paneer . This is my 3 rd repeat order for same. Rangoli has best chef , has magic in hands. Taste is so perfect , food is fresh and quality is good. I highly recommend this restaurant

My always to-go Indian restaurant. The food is great, the service is top class. My favorites are Shyam-Savera, Paneer Bhurji, Achari Paneer, Mysoor Masala Dosa, Palak Chaat, Samosa. They have a lot of Vegetarian and Vegan options as well.
