The food is ridiculously good & fresh. Everyone there is kind and helpful. We tried 2 different protein bowls and they were both so delicious!

A wonderful hidden gem! Everything is GF, DF, refined sugar free, and no seed oils- and it was good!!! Chicken salad and sweet potato salad was our favorite!!! Definitely will be returning

This place is absolutely incredible. Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable about real food. They understand the harmful effects of seed oils and processed food and steer clear of it. The food is delicious. I will be coming back here repeatedly.

My go-to place for healthy eats! The food is incredibly nutritious. The customer service provided is essential when on a journey to live a healthier life. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a healthy option!

The food was terrific! As you eat it, you can feel the goodness absorbing in you. I’d recommend the pesto dressing. Fajita bowl with guacamole is also a recommend.

My favorite place! Great salads, treats and snacks

This place is a true gem and my favorite place ever! I’ve had it catered for my engagement party, bridal shower, and even had them make my wedding cake. My friends & I get the cookie cakes for every birthday and take turns picking up new goodies just about each week. It’s not easy to make delicious paleo food & desserts that you crave and constantly go back for, but they sure have figured it out! A must try for sure.

Real Food Co. is appropriately named. REAL is the fabric this place is made of. Cassie, the owner, does everything with REAL intention and is living out her REAL dream in a REAL way. She has assembled a REAL team who consistently show up and shine as they deliver REAL, the highest quality food with REALly excellent customer service. Friendly, caring staff and owner lovingly prepare delicious healthy food. Anyone can make tasty food, but making healthy food yummy is the real gift! I'm addicted to the sweet potato salad but also ready to try new offerings.

The absolute best place to eat in the greater Chattanooga area! They have amazing food, desserts, drinks and specials that have the best quality ingredients without any seed oils or refined sugar. We drive all the way from Ooltewah because there’s nothing else like it. Highly recommend coming here to get quick and easy healthy foods!

Love this place! The only quality food near us and we drive out of town to get here. Don’t forget the check out the freezer section. Lots of yummy finds there and always good customer service. Just wishing there was one closer to me!

We love RFC! I love to just pop in and see what goodies there are in a given day but have also ordered for holidays. I’m a big fan of the chicken salad, salad bar, protein balls, ice cream sandwiches, cheesecake, brookies…..okay, everything!

I cannot recommend this establishment enough! They have the absolute best costumer service and so many delicious healthy choices! They get to know their customers and go above and beyond to bring delicious healthy options, if I could I would go every single day! My children also love it and it's a challenge for me to find healthier snack choices for them, because they are picky!

This is my go-to place for a quick lunch, dinner to take home, local meat, and so much more! I was so excited to find a small, local business to support that has such an awesome mission.

Went there for lunch today on a whim. I got the harvest bowl with chopped chicken, and it was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten! The Brussels sprouts and roasted veggies were to die for. And the candied pecans were perfect!

Don’t let this place fool you, it’s a hidden gem! We were stopping through town on our way to Atlanta looking for like a Cava or something, but it’s Dalton GA. I think we found a chipotle nearby, but one of our guys saw this place and said it could be worth checking out. We walk in and realize it’s like a build-your-own bowl kinda place. I think their protein was variations of chicken salad, but also had a righteous spread of sides. The dressing was all house made, and I want to say it was all vegan. They also had an awesome take-home meal section, a variety of drinks, and coffee. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Omg! Yea, the Buffalo chicken pizza, the chicken casserole, the Waldorf chicken salad and the chicken noodle soup, all excellent and all gone pretty quick when it came out the oven, even my wife loved every selection and she's picky especially if I tell her it's paleo... thanks for making my wife happy! Punkin spice latte? Vanilla latte? Both pretty durn good as well, looking forward to trying other prepared dishes here, some chef somewhere in the back really gets it

Such an amazing place! Don’t have to worry about soy or dairy in anything. Organic and locally sourced. The food tastes amazing and everyone is so nice! So happy we have a place like this in town:)

The meals and snacks at this place are great! All healthy options without having to worry about poor ingredients. The owner is very kind and knowledgeable about healthy dieting and is willing to answer any questions you may have. One of the few TRULY healthy options in Dalton.

Cassi and her team do a fantastic job!! Im a frequent regular and i love her food and her products! She has diary free, gluten free and a bunch more options! She does chicken salad, salads, soups, pizza and so much more! Go support your local business!!

The Waldorf chicken salad was awesome! The snickerdoodle cookie was also great! The young lady who took care of me was very nice and knowledgeable. She was from a town where I preach revivals all around that area!! Praying for great success to her and her business! I will be back
