Service was horrible, our waitress had an attitude, my son ordered the ultimate shrimp feast, the portions was baby portions. The Alfredo was very dry, asked for more sauce, she said that was gonna be an extra fee. SMH! My aunt got the crab legs, asked for butter & old bay only, she comes out with plain crab legs, & tell us they have no seasoning. SMH! We should have turned around when we first got there, the smell was horrible , smelled like mildew carpet. Never again!!

First it was sat. Night n out of captain Morgan rum n Titos vodka, which were part of special. We were at r table for 50 minutes before we got our drinks another special that tasted like water down punch, no shot in this drink $14.00 each. Our server never said her name but she was slow, served others before us that came in 30 min. After us. Brought wrong salad, just asking for Caesars. Never brought appetizer til after our meal then ask for take home again 3x. Finally got take cup of water asked for hour ago. Others servers were husling. I have never complained ever before. I have a daughter that was a server have respect for the job. N that is why I gave a tip. Poor management n poor service but food was delicious. Thank god for the cook.

This place is horrible it’s changed so much since the last time I dined in with family. The bartender had an attitude(she was bartending around when I came in around 5 pm 08/14) when she came out with my food she approached me with a Hm here you go instead of saying here you are your food is ready it was very unprofessional. Also, my crab queso tasted as if it had much pepper dumped into it just gross.

I have always loved Red Lobster as a kid and it pains me to write this review but i was very disappointed with my service. My family and i went there to celebrate and have lunch together. The manager sat us down at table with no server. We had no one attending to us except him and not one of the actual waitstaff in the area. I understand being short-staffed but as a person who has worked in the restaurant industry for years there are ways to compensate for that. We waited over 40 minutes for our food while parties of 10 and other small groups were being served before us and they sat down after us. I was very disappointed with my burger that I ordered. I asked for specific things to be taken off due to food sensitivity and my order was wrong. Also the busboy and manager were talking negatively about us in Spanish which I did not appreciate.

So I see why they are closing. If I had a choice, I would have gone through a drive-through restaurant and ordered food instead of eating here. I ordered the admirals feast and excluded the clams for more Walter's fried shrimp, and everything that was fried was definitely frozen. First, the broccoli was mush, and the baked potato was just that. I ordered a tossed salad that tasted like it came out of a bag. My husband ordered the salmon, and the portions were child size. My son ordered the crab queso dip that was filled with everything, BUT crab 🦀! I like to eat and couldn't even finish the garbage they served. We were going to the movies afterward, and I was looking forward to eating the popcorn because I was hungry. The only thing RedLobster has going for themselves is the biscuits! The service was good but the furniture and decor is so wore down.

I travel all the way from Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania to Dine at this restaurant. This location is Hands Down the best location to spend your hard earned money and have an Enjoyable Fresg meal. Springfield & Boulevard locations can not compare to this location. Food always served hot. Biscuits always served warm and SOFT. Staff is friendly and Helpful. Portions are great and Glasses, Plates & Silverware is Clean & Polished.

I purchased six biscuits... waiting st the counter while 5ppl was standing taking photos and chatting on the phone... one was making drinks, acknowledged me after standing there for some time... but after making her drinks. She chatted and stood there... she walked over asked after about 6mins... if I needed anything... I stated to her I was fine since her manager had to take my order... I appreciate the manager becuz he acknowledge the biscuits was should not be sold and had new biscuits prepared... he offered inconvenience drink.. (pink lemonade) and while he was getting the biscuits together all three females... pus around...

I arrived at red lobster around 8:30 pm , there seemed to be no other guests except for my party of two. We ordered with our waitress who stated they have been out of salmon for two weeks . We ordered stuffed mushrooms which arrived hard as brick . We received biscuits and no plates and no plates with mushrooms. We also ordered create your own feast. With both of us ordering the dry skimpy crab legs we received no tools to even crack them open let alone a separate plate or bowl to put shells in . I am disgusted and disappointed to say the least and I will NOT be returning to this red lobster ever again ! Save yourself the headache And aggravation and go to Brandywine diner ! Amazing food top tier customer service

There were several ants 🐜 at our booth crawling out the silverware and napkins. We told our server she was very understanding and professional. She said she would get someone to clean it. I wanted to leave but others who I was with wanted to stay. Although the server was professional our meal should have been free. The manager should have come out to apologize. It’s disgusting to have insects crawling in silverware and napkins you wipe your mouth with. I lost my appetite and had a nasty taste in my mouth. The Red Lobster brand has really went down overall. I have noticed this for quite some years now. The quality is trash. All of them need updating and renovation. I hate it here and only came here because my daughter begged me. I haven’t been here and years and now won’t ever.

1) we were placed 3 feet away from a large, loud group celebrating a birthday. It was almost 9 p.m. We wanted a quiet family meal, & there was plenty of room to seat us in a quieter location that would still be convenient for our server. 2) The food was terrible. The only things edible were the mozzarella sticks and biscuits. I suspect their seafood quality has plummeted over the years (saving money? Lower availability? Idk.) Worst was the burger that my sea creature loving son ordered. Burgers should not be cooked on the same surface as fish. I can't say for sure this happened, but beef isn't supposed to taste like fish. We won't be back.

Food was good, unfortunately some of our dishes were either wrong or totally missing. We never received our appetizer, our add on items were incorrect and sides were missing. Our waiter was pulled away by the manager so he wasn't able to follow-up with us. The manager did apologize and adjusted our bill. However this shouldn't have ever happened.

After being seated in one section of the restaurant we were asked to move because the waitress was overwhelmed with customers. I thought this was a bit bizarre. We had to grab our utensils and were moved to another section of the restaurant however, we had the pleasure of having a server named Maria. If I could give her ten stars I would for her service and demeanor. She was excellent, courteous and complete! Kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. Asked if we wanted more drinks. Extremely polite and thorough. I would ask only to sit in her section next time we go. The food was excellent. Endless shrimp, Admirals Feast and their new shrimp tex bowl. Biscuits are always good. Everything was hot and fresh. Delicious. Thanks again to Maria for making our evening worthwhile.

Today is Valentine’s Day and I made a reservation for dinner. On our arrival along with a full waiting area if angry customers I was told all of their reservations vanished and it would be a hour plus wait. It was the tone and attitude of the staff that was dismissing and the non caring attitude that really disturbed me! It’s a special day that couples and families plan for only to arrive to chaos! Most of your customers walked next door to Olive Garden and had a tremendous experience. Greeted at the door, seated, great service and delicious dinner! Thank you for saving my Valentines dinner Olive Garden!! Red Lobster will not disappoint me again! You could have least said we are sorry! Unexpectable!

Took my family there and the waiter first of all he leaned on the table with his arms crossed kneeling down I n our face, like he was tired that the first mistake, then he acted like he had an attitude when I said something to him, I thought that was very disrespectful, and I asked for another waiter. Good evening, I came into Red Lobster with my girlfriend and myself. We had Mr. Oran as our waiter. All i can say is he was amazing. We’ve been to this location plenty of times… never have we ever had an experience like we had with Mr. Oran. Fantastic service, super nice, legendary overall. We ordered chowder, salad and biscuits lunch, Each course was served separately with a twenty minute or more wait between each item! Forget asking for second cup of soup! The chowder was very good as was the salad however, it was an excruciating experience! We were there for over an hour and half for our lunch. The food is mediocre at best. Not as good as it used to be. I ended up there twice at 2 different locations for events. One, I purchased the endless shrimp, meh. Two- I did the Southwest Salad. It was good but better than the endless shrimp. Nice for gatherings. Service is good. Our server was very friendly. Tip your waitress/waiter, they have to deal with alot.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered delivery from the website and when the food arrived there was a meal and biscuits missing. I called the restaurant to let them know and the customer service was awful. I let them know we were missing part of our order and the woman made no attempt to rectify the situation. She insisted the bartender put the food in the bag even though I didn’t receive it. She finally agreed to give me a refund however I’m sure I won’t get the full amount since I used gift cards. After all of that, the food was still subpar and my wife had to order food from somewhere else (a burger from the Green Turtle which was delicious, recommend them big time over this mess of a place).

I recently dined at Red Lobster while traveling for work, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise! The cheddar biscuits were incredibly flavorful and rich, setting the perfect tone for the meal. I opted for the three-choice shrimp combo, and I must say, it was not only generous in portion but also exceptionally delicious. It's Red Lobster, I don't expect much, but this was the worst service I have ever witnessed...and I'm comparing it to Denny's and Ponderosa. We asked to be seated at a booth in the bar and for them to switch one of two TVs to the Flyers game as we were seated. We waited 15 minutes before the bartender came over and said the table was assigned to someone else, but he'd get our drink order, then he offered to substitute a Sutterhome, but then delivered a bottle of Proverb Chardonnay, the house wine, and left it there with dripping wet glasses fresh out of the dishwasher. I picked up the bottle as he was walking away, then he came back and offered to twist the cap off, he did, but clearly was not acquainted with formal bottle service, of pouring a taste, then pouring a glass, or even using dryed and polishing glasses...he explained they just came out of the dishwasher....and they were still warm....yes, he was the bar tender...and didn't seem to know how to dry or polish glassare. He then took our order. I asked about the Flyers game, after 5 minutes of fiddling, he couldn't get it, it was blacked out on their sports channel, no big deal. Then the food runner delivers the food hot from the kitchen, the food looked good, but we didn't have any silverware, and my kid had not got her glass of water yet....mind you, this is a solid 45 minutes after sitting down. The actual waitress shows up for the first time, explains her section is in a different part of the house and didn't know she had our bar booth assigned to her. She went to get silverware, the bar tender came back with packs of disposable plasticware, she returned to say they are out of silverware, the reason is obvious as just about every table in the house is either occupied or left dirty, mostly left dirty. The crab legs and Lobster tail were hot and delicious, we got crab crackers about 5 minutes after the food was served. The waitress returned several times now to ask if everything was okay, but by this point, we just wanted to be left alone....I didn't feel like asking for the broccoli I didn't get and my wife forgot that she didn't get the side of Brussel sprouts she ordered....an hour and a half into this we were exhausted and hungry, trying to be polite and understanding, but this was the worst table service experience ever. I don't have high expectations for Red Lobster, but an apparent lack of training and organization in the front of the house made this an almost unbearable experience....at least the food was good....what we got. We weren't charged for the Brussel sprouts and we still tipped 20%....but get your act together in the front of the house Red Lobster!

Went there 3pm on a sunday. I was told the wait was 15-20 minutes & that ended up being well over 20 minutes. The place was dead & 3 people were up front hosting and 1 person bussing all the tables. I got the mozzerella sticks since menu didnt have much of an option and crab legs were $50 for maybe 2. It took over 15 minutes for our drinks, all the food came out at different times. My husband ordered the “all you can eat shrimp” per plate was a guranteed 25 minute wait. My kids got chicken tenders and oranges, and the oranges looked weeks old and left out. They also had ran out of popcorn shrimp for the all you can eat and I found that odd being its an all seafood place. In total I was there from 3:30 to almost 6pm just for a simple dinner. We had to leave the cash on the table and hunt down a random woman cleaning tables to let the waitress know we couldnt wait any longer. The bill wound up being a little over $50 for a luke warm, nasty dinner and the wait was forever. Completely understaffed and no apologys for it either. I will never be returning back.

I was very disappointed with the service first I got a drink but had to ask 3times for a straw she said "yes I'll be right there" I said "I want to drink it not look at it" I finally got my straw my sister asked for a soda that took 4 tries we had to repeatedly ask for a 2nd basket of the biscuits she never came and removed dishes we had them piled high on the table. Initially had asked for a booth by a window was told we couldn't have them, the whole time we were there ate and left no one sat at those 4tables by the windows. The food was very good.

Nov. 3rd, 2023. 8pm. We were 3 on the table, served by Kevin. Very horrible waiter he was. Served us with plastic utensils while obviously everyone else had silverware. He said the restaurant ran out of silverware. Shoving drinks across the table. It's one of us's birthday. He refused our request to the staff singing her happy birthday song. He said he was working with "bad team". He obviously had issues with African indigines dining at RL. He even had the gut to ask where we were from. Been here several times before, never encounter a waiter like him. Next time I come and he's picked to serve, am gonna reject him. Or maybe RL wants to confirm this is how Kevin was trained to serve African-American of Africa origin. Am proud to be associated with Africa and will always be.

We went back to this restaurant after writing it off our dining list several years ago. We wrote it off because of the bad food and bad service. Sorry to say, nothing has changed. We arrived at the restaurant, and only two patrons or seated in our dining area. We sat at the bar. And were the only patrons at the bar. Even though no one else was in this area, it took a long enough time to be waited on. We ordered water when we looked at the menu and it took forever to get there. We were then given complementary biscuits that were raw and not cooked. we ordered three appetizers and split an entrée. The soup is cold, The stuffed mushrooms were mushy. My dinner order was not complete. I had to order a separate order of french fries to go with my fish and chips. The service was horrible. Forgot to mention to you that when we were given plates for our food, they were dirty.! Not a very good dining experience. It’s back off the list.!

Our server Jason really knocked it out of the park. He was attentive, patient, charming, & seemingly calm whilst running around & tending to an entire section. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The pours on the glasses of wine were generous for HH. The Friday Fish Fry portions were larger than expected.
