This place has great food, great service, and it's really the best Red Lobster I've ever been to. The fella who runs the kitchen, I think that they said his name is Tomas, knows his trade! This man is the linchpin for the whole operation. The best service the best value the best atmosphere matters not if the food is lousy, and if there's one thing it isn't, it's lousy! Someone make Tomas in charge of the kitchen for the whole company, because this man is superior in every way. Entirely impressed with every aspect of my experience at this restaurant. Thank y'all for doing such a bang up job! Also could someone please tell me whom I can speak to about the cook? This dude deserves a raise at least! He's simply great?

Wonderful dinner of stuffed flounder, baked potato, and seasoned steamed broccoli. Server was very pleasant and checked on me a perfect number of times. Appetizers and dessert were both offered (for dietary reasons I declined to order either). They use a generous amount of seasoning on the fish. The creamy sauce was very rich tasting and accompanied the flounder well. The restaurant has a 'clubby' feel with relatively dim lighting, wood paneling, and mix of booths and tables. The restrooms were immaculate. I visit here several times a year and have enjoyed every item I have ordered.

I'm a fan of Red Lobster just not the one in Pueblo, CO. Customer service is TERRIBLE. The last three times I tell myself I'll never go back but then I think about the other Red Lobsters and I miss it. I just wish whoever the GM in Pueblo is would get his/her/their act together. I'm actually writing this on my phone in the parking lot so I can capture some of the emotion of my HORRIBLE experience.

Sad to see.... This location is in need of TLC. There were crumbs on our booths, the floors could use a vacuum, the lobster tank is empty, the place could use some very basic maintenance & better cleaning standards. The flounder was fishy, portions of the mashed potatoes were small. The shrimp was good & the people were friendly enough. If a GM is looking at this, get in there and bring this place up to standards. Red Lobster is better than this!

We were very disappointed in the service we had today! we came in around 6 sat down and got a drink, then the waitress at first was asking for our order then had said her name then stated oh wait thats not my name today I forgot I have two name tags .. we thought that was odd at first. Then she came back around 7:30 asked if we needed another drink. Told us our meal would be just a little longer because there was a bigger table getting served first. We said ok. About 15-20 minutes later we got our food. Our sides were wrong and the food was cold... I normally don't complain but this time for the money that goes out and what it was I thought I would let the owner know it was a very bad experience for us. I have been there several times years back and always had a good experience. But I can honestly say after this I won't be going back!!!

I went in to eat a few nights ago and the new general manager Kendra was beyond a sarcastic rude person. She does not belong in the restaurant business let alone running e business. I have seen this location tremendously go down hill. The industry needs to make the assistant manager Shelby the general manager she's way more outgoing and people friendly. Kendra needs to change her career she's not meant to be around people. Very hateful I'm beyond disappointed. Won't be back.

I went with friends who are fish eaters, I don't eat fish so I had items that were not of the ocean menu. My 2 friends had the lobster 1 thought it was good the other said it was not the best, they didn't like their steak. I enjoyed the steak and mozzarella sticks. The mashed potatoes were awful. My boyfriend had the Cajun Alfredo chicken. It was also awful. So their not seafood items seem to be worse than the actual seafood. Our service was great, and the wine was delicious.

Went on Mother’s Day with family visiting. This used to be my husband’s and my go to spot for date nights or lunch; however, we tried it last year and were disappointed. So we haven’t come back until Mother’s Day. It was worse than the last time we visited and were disappointed. Our server rarely checked on us and when she did whatever we needed took even longer to get back to us. We waited a very long time to receive our food. My husband ordered the salmon which he couldn’t even eat because the sauce wasn’t a buttery sauce but a thick heavy sauce and the salmon was mushy. Our other guests ordered different meals and were disappointed. The fish and chips were soggy that the newspaper under it was melted to the fish they had to keep peeling the paper off. One ordered crab legs and was served on a tiny plate she had to use her bread plate for the shells of the crab. Which tells you how well our waitress checked on us. One of my favorite meals is the coconut shrimp and the shrimp linguini. I was excited when I saw I could pick both as a meal. The linguini tasted like butter noodles with no cheese flavor. The quality of food has really went downhill. The biscuits were good. But we would have liked more but our waitress didn’t keep up. I’m not one to complain, I’ve worked in food and I understand what it takes especially on a busy day. But this felt like no one was trying. And our waitress didn’t apologize for our food coming out after a seriously long wait. She didn’t care it seemed like. We ordered dessert and then our guest wanted to try something since it was Mother’s Day. Our waitress took forever to come back to take their dessert order. We were finished and they felt rushed to eat their chocolate cake. I can tell you we will never come back. One of our guests with us, this was their first time, and we talked it up but the experience let everyone down they said they’ll never try again. For the price I feel you should get quality service and food. Or at least one. But we received neither. Sad this place used to be delicious and our go to for date nights but not anymore.

Very disappointed with this Red lobster. When I came in no one was in the front to get me seated or welcome me. I took it upon myself to sit at the bar since it was just me. No bartender and/or server to be seen. Another lady walks in to pick up her to go order and finally after she said something did I get acknowledged. Ordered a specialty drink and it was very good, also got the stuffed mushrooms which were ok usually love them. Biscuits as always were yummy. I got a piece of cheesecake to go. When I arrived home and ate it the strawberries had a taste of onion on them. Yuk. I'm guessing the cook cut onions and then cut the fresh strawberries. Cross contamination. I will stick with the red lobsters in the springs from now on. Never had problems there.

A young woman with about six different straight pins stuck through Both her lips, rings in her nose, and tattoos all over her hands and arms served our food 🤢🤮 And our salmon was served with the skin on, and mine was on top of my rice. Never have I had skin left on Salmon at any restaurant. I lost my appetite! The bathrooms weren’t great either, and the whole restaurant was dark and dingy. The food was not great but costs us $100.00 for two people. No wonder I heard Red Lobster is going Bankrupt if this is what you get. 😝👎 The two stars are for the four biscuits and Margarita we shared 😋 Oh and to the manager who came out and had a creepy smile on her face as she spewed her virtue signaling and said, “We hire people with piercings,” Good for you, and I have the right to complain about people with piercings ruining my appetite!

We came here today for fish fry Friday, they weren't busy, but we had an absolutely awful experience! We were seated for 5-6 minutes when an older couple was seated in the booth right next to us. We waited. They waited. At least 10 minutes past when they sat. My husband got up to go ask the host (the only employee not in the kitchen area!) if we could get our drinks. While he was up there a server greeted the table who arrived AFTER us with their waters and bread and apologized over and over for the wait!! All while making awkward eye contact with me, and then the server disappeared in the back again! We are very kind and patient people, but this just felt like purposeful mistreatment/neglect! We were upset and didn't want to spend our money there anymore so we just quietly left. As we left I asked the host if I could speak to the manager. He said yes, went to the back, told me she was coming, went to the back again and she still never came out. So I just said, I don't want to yell or be mad, I just want her to know what happened. We then left without out speaking to ANY OTHER PERSON besides the young host guy! For a Friday at lunch time, I really feel like the people who work here just didn't want to do their job!! And this restaurant is WAY too expensive to be giving that bad of service!! So we went elsewhere.

The food was great. Restaurant appeared clean. Our server was very nice but she was also working behind the bar and was very busy! My husband needed just a couple more seconds to decide what to order but she left for 12 min. Then again when we were way finished and ready to go, she was preoccupied for a very long time and never looked our way at all. We sat right in front of bar where she was and could easily see us but never looked up at us. The restaurant was not busy at all but she was messing with a register and making drinks. I had to get up and ask for the check. I will ask next time, not to be seated near the bar area if the bartender is also the server. Also, your soap in the bathroom is non existent. If I was blindfolded I would have sworn there was no soap. I had to washh 5 times and never felt clean. When companies try to save by going cheap on soap, toilet paper and pp towels, it just makes people have to use more so I don't see the savings. Anyway, I do love Red Lobster's food and will return.

Was told 15min until We would be seated. We finally got a table 45min later. The place wasn't very busy, lot's of open tables, didn't look as if they were understaffed to bad. I Ordered surf and turf, our meals took almost another hour before we were served, Arnold Palmer was more like watered-down tea with lemon juice instead of lemonade. As I said Tea with lemon juice not Iced Tea due to the 4 icecubes in my glass. My surf and turf was average at best, Lobster Tail was like room temp rubber and the nearly half of the steak wasn't edible due to an abundance of gristle. Totally not worth the $175 for 3 people. The one thing I did enjoy and always do is the cheddar biscuits, they managed to keep those warm, moist and delicious.

First time in this restaurant. There was a wait for a table which seemed odd at 3:00 on a Sunday. The host explained that the kitchen was backed up and they wanted to give them a chance to catch up. Once seated our server was very polite but obviously spread thin between bartending, tables and kitchen work. The cocktails were tasty. They had a nice choice. The biscuits and salad came out quickly and were very fresh and tasty. The lobster was good and the linguine was good. Shrimp skewers were a little overcooked and the rice served on the side was obviously for decoration because it was still hard and cold. Mac & Cheese was ok for the little ones, it appeared to be velveta type cheese sauce with curly noodles. Prices were high but for an occasional outing not too bad.

Saturday night restaurant was severely understaffed. 1 bartender 2 waitresses. Half the tables were empty and it was a 45 minute wait to get seated, 45 minutes after ordering we got our food, by this time we had filled up on biscuits and ordering the all you can eat shrimp was a waste as we could barely eat the initial plate. Waitress was great doing the best she could under the circumstances, not her fault they schedule 3 total servers for a busy Saturday night. If this is the normal I'll do lunch on weekdays, not a date night.

Ray was amazing! Very prompt and always checking on us! Food was good no complaints about anything except the hostess. We asked if we could sit at the bar to wait and was informed the bartender was to busy. My husband went up again to ask just to have a drink while we waited, she said I guess. We told her we would be waiting at the bar, then I see people getting sat that came in after us. I proceeded to the front and her response was I called you 3 times....really I told you we would be at the bar. Very unprofessional and very unhappy! First impression did not feel welcome but I was happy that things got better through the dinning experience.

So, I don’t mind but there was a 40min wait (which we were told about) to get a table and our server was really nice - in fact everyone was really nice but it’s obvious that they’re understaffed for the demand they have. One server can only handle so many tables. I don’t blame the servers at all- they’re doing the best that they’re able. I blame management for not hiring enough servers for the demand this location has. It did take ~20mins for our food to arrive and our server was very busy with other tables so he checked in when he could which wasn’t too often. The REAL thing that pushed me to write this review is how disgusting their shrimp is and everything is overpriced for what it is. You could get better quality shrimp frozen at the grocery store. You want a somewhat fancy experience in Pueblo? This is it but be forewarned. Go to somewhere in springs instead.

placed an order for online to go/ curb side pick up at 5 pm. We were given an order number and a time of 6:02 for pick up. My husband arrived 10 minutes early and as of 6:55 pm he is still waiting outside. I called a manager Matt G and explained that 3 other cars had arrived and left and my husband was still waiting. My wife and I have come to favor Red lobster especially with having our boy who well is definitely himself and rather spontaneously loud, so we always end up finding ourselves in a great spot with some great service and a server that is beyond exceptional. We've gotten to have Kris as a server at Red lobster more than a few times and every time she goes above and beyond and even inquires our son and his well-being. She has definitely been responsible of making every visit with her as the server are favorites.

Had dinner with some family, however we ordered a lot of food, primarily steaks and some seafood of course. We had about 5 people at our table who's steaks were not cooked to how we asked, which most of ours being medium or medium rare and then we find out it's rare and not cooked enough. It seems the cooks do not know how to cook steaks very well so we didn't bother sending it back. The waitress's are very polite and always check up on you, even preferred what's good on the menu as well as contributed to conversation. Overall, nice place to go every now and then but definitely can get very pricey.

Needs health inspection!!! Worst experience and I hate writing this because I am such a fan. Food was not properly cleaned before cooking. Service was concerning; pipes in restroom smelled of sewage and I was called a liar while they went to spray air freshener. When I asked to speak to the manager she could not show me proof of her word of pipes just being checked . Wasn’t able to enjoy the food because the restroom wasn’t properly made for customers and I lost my appetite so did my family minus my baby. Yet we were still charge and met with attitude by waitress. Location: Pueblo Red Lobster in Colorado. I do not have a Facebook it’s a fad that I myself am not into.

The only downside to my visit was a very funky smell, not sure if something had gone bad in the kitchen or in another place near by. But the food was amazing, the service was awesome thanks Devonne.... I sure hope I remembered your name right. If not I'm sorry, you're an excellent server. This is my third time going to the same restaurant in Pueblo, but the first ftime I forgot my cellphone in the car and I didn't feel like walking back to get it. **Update** Red Lobster reached out to address our concerns and we will be glad to go back and give them another chance. We almost never have issues here and the food is good. First of all I could almost see my breath in the dining area and we voiced that to our server multiple times. One of us ordered a hamburger and the meat seemed under par. An order of shrimp linguine had too much butter and garlic and was basically inedible but our server was so busy she didn't check back until the rest of us were almost finished eating and she offered something else, no I'm not waiting for another dish when we're almost done with our meals. The biggest issue was the ice cold atmosphere in January.

Some of the plates are expensive, however, you get what you pay for. My wife and I had lunch there and spent the same as we would have at a fast food place, and had excellent food and service. They are happy to have you in their restaurant.

We waited 48 minutes for our food and it was cold when we got it. I got a salad for my side and they for got about it and when we asked about it they told us the kitchen messed up and forgot to set it out. The restaurant was not even Busy there was only 7 tables that had people at them. I didn’t even eat my cold food. $70.00 what a waste. They don’t even take the salad off.

Ordered a 4 shrimp combo dinner for 2 and 2 of the shrimp types were missing, and the only one side it came with of mashed potatoes was also missing. The biscuits were super hard, like they crunched when we would bite them. And it only came with one set of plastic wear.

My 9 member church staff came for our holiday meal today and had a marvelous time. Enjoyed appetizers, lobster, crab, and shrimp. All delicious. We were very well taken care of by Chris.

Steam crab legs should not taste like pure salt. Side items were cold. My friend's garlic crab legs had fruit flys on them I have never been so disappointed at red lobster than I was here

Our server Brandon was friendly, attentive, hospitable and warm. He knew how customer service is important is to the business or was trained by management. Brandon is very tentative and friendly, he made our visit pleasant. The General Manager Kendra from restaurant #482 came over and introduced her self and heard we drove a long distance to eat and enjoy our meal there. Kendra was friendly and pleasant, Red Lobster knows how to hire great people and great Managers. Thank you for making our visit memorable. Frank & Terri

Where Do I start. First off dont waste your time going here. I was there for over an HOUR yes an hour and never received my food. No one said that there was a delayed. The server lied and say my food was coming but it never did. 0 STARS very unprofessional staff. I will never go back and I do not recommend it.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I have family in town today and we went out for lunch with more than enough time to be done by the time my children get out of school. We waited over an hour with absolutely NO communication about why our food was taking so long to get to us! The server told us our food was almost done once and that was a lie. We never got our food because we left. You are better off getting food elsewhere!! I would give zero stars if I could!! Apparently they can't catch the lobster or something 🤷🏽♀️
