You get more than what you paid for! The food is very very filling and 1 dish can feed 2 people! Definitely recommend the Backwoods Burger!

I ordered the steak bowl, they were fast, friendly and the food was awesome!

Just had the grilled Philly steak sandwich, delicious onions bell peppers melted Swiss cheese and hot fries! Also husband and mil had the Barnyard burgers very loaded with hot fries a win win!

Redneck Hibachi came to my apartment community at The Crossings at Milestone and it does not disappoint! The guys are amazing and their presence is a whole vibe, and the food!? Wooooooweeee deeeeelicious! I’ll be first in line when they come back around

Came to Pensacola Harley and ordered the chicks sliders and yardbird quesadilla. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce on the sliders is mouthwatering. Service was quick and organized and the people manning the truck were polite and personable. Although I live in Alabama I will be back!

Nicest guys in the world, quick and amazing quality, so difficult to choose what to order because everything on the menu sounds incredible! I picked a Freedom Burger that comes with fries, burger is double patty, bacon, pulled pork, cheese, roasted bell peppers and BBQ sauce. literally will dream about this burger tonight. I got 2 bites in and had to run back up to the truck to the guys how wonderful it is. I cannot recommend this place enough! 15/10 best burger you will ever have in your life! try to control yourself!

I ordered the Hibachi Wrap, Hell, Yeah Brother Nachos, and the Redneck Mac ‘N’ Cheese. Overall great service, they were fairly quick to process my order. The food was great, I really enjoyed the wrap and nachos! Definitely would order from them in the future!

Chris and his team recently came to the Pensacola Athletic Center and killed it. The wait times were good. The food was great (chee burger quesadilla) and Chris is an awesome guy. Next time I'll have to try the nachos.

That was one of the best food trucks I have been too. Food was incredible with huge portions that can be eater later in the day as well. Stellar service and the owner was very kind and one of the main reasons to go!

Me and my niece decided to swing by this place on our way back from the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola on Friday. Boy, am I glad we did! What a hidden gem! The food was phenomenal and the owner, Chris, could not have been nicer. If you are looking for some good, fresh food, at a funky little joint that could very well be on Diners, Drive-In's, and Dives, then give this place a shot!

This place is great. High quality food that you can have prepared as simple or as involved as you’d like. Steak quesadilla was packed with flavor and was even better with some hell yeah sauce. I think fries are the baseline for food quality and the fries are great. Happy to have this place on this side of town.

We had the steak quesadilla and the burger quesadilla. Was very hot and fresh, tasted great. The fries are also very good. Nice size portions. The service was friendly.

Redneck Hibachi, a recently established food truck situated on Lillian Hwy near Hwy 98, adjacent to Barnacle Bob's Bait and Tackle, offers generously sized, reasonably priced meals. I sampled the Philly Cheesesteak and ye-ye fries, both of which were absolutely fantastic. They provide shaded picnic tables for a comfortable dining experience. I highly recommend giving Redneck Hibachi a try, and I personally look forward to dining there again.
