The food in my opinion was very high-end and delicious! Our server Henry had great energy and passionate about his job. This place is a must try!

Wonderful food and excellent service.

My family and I were exploring Worth Avenue for the first time and we ran into Renato’s - it was such a great place to have lunch. The service was amazing and I loved the rigatoni alla vodka - cooked to perfection. They have great Italian dishes to choose from - the vibe and decor of the restaurant makes you feel like you’re in Europe. I can imagine having a romantic dinner in December outside on the patio.

Came for my bday June 19th …food was amazing along with the service which is very important anyways me and my wife will be back for sure.

Food and service were exemplary, as expected. Employees treat you like family. Parking was easy with both self service and valet.

I’m never one to leave a review but I had to share my experience because I believe any place of service, especially a luxurious restaurant has the opportunity to do better. But only with constructive criticism. I wish someone would have told me how bad it was and save myself the time. This restaurant looked beautiful online but was very disappointed once we arrived. It didn’t look much like the pictures. The hostess didn’t even greet us just said “party of two? This way.” Very serious. A simple hello, how are you? How is your day? Goes a long way. We were seated at the back of the restaurant. The atmosphere was very disappointing as well. We sat in the garden. Where there were way too many flies for comfort flying everywhere. No music, no breeze in the daunting sun and humidity. And to make matters worse our waiter was an absolute nightmare. I had my purse hanging on my chair and he grabbed it without asking first and threw it on the seat next to me. Mind you if was a Chanel purse which I found necessary to mention because had the waiter scratched it, it would have had to paid for. I let that pass because I wanted to give him the benefit of a doubt. Sometime we have bad days but then proceeded to be extremely rude. I asked what he recommended for a cocktail and his response was “Everything is good” and walked away. He started joking and laughing with the other waiters right in front of us. Didn’t ask us for drinks or what we wanted for dinner. We had to wave him down. Then awkwardly started to stretch in front of us. We were appalled. We have never felt this uncomfortable before and asked for a manager to let them know we were leaving. I have heard from different people it’s always that way at this location. I should have listed. Even our driver and jeweler down the street had warned us that there are better restaurants to go to than this one.

Food is average to low. Place has amazing vibe and good service. Go there if you dont care about the food.

The most overrated restaurant I have ever been to! I ordered Linguine Alle Vongole, which was a small bowl of reheated linguine with four tiny clams and no sauce. The pasta tasted like it was made days ago then reheated in the microwave. The place is pretty but the food is a shame! Do not go here!

Loved our dinner tonight. Service was impeccable, especially loved Henry and Miguel who gave fantastic recommendations and great service. Enjoyed every dish and the atmosphere was excellent.

I probably should have known better than to order duck, but I did ask the waiter, and he said that it was good. My friend also ordered it. It came out overcooked and dried out. Neither of us ate all of it. We ate in a very charming courtyard ,but 2 rats ran over the roof.

Very good food at palm beach, amazing salmon, good pizza

I seriously cannot speak anymore highly of this ristorante! An array of bread is always served warm and freshly baked, the flowers displayed at the table are a lovely accent to the classic atmosphere and the food is 100% a culinary ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ dining experience!

The food left much to be desired, certainly not authentic Italian. Pasta overcooked. Caesar salad had a weird non Caesar dressing. Wait staff is untrained and unhelpful, just order takers. they just literally come up and say “ what would you like”

I’m shocked this is an “Italian” restaurant. My husband and I dined here tonight and besides the atmosphere, there is nothing Italian about this restaurant. I’m quite certain the staff at Taco Bell in Tijuana is more Italian than at Renato’s.

Over priced. When they give you yellow olive oil.. You know what their mentality is.

The attention is unfortunate... very unfortunate... even when I wanted to pay they said that the card was denied, when I only needed the PIN... to be able to put it in I had to go through the entire Interior and exterior of the restaurant…

Unfortunately, our experience at Renato's Italian Restaurant was highly disappointing. Despite booking a table based on the positive food reviews, the reality fell far short of expectations. Our server, Sergio, appeared disinterested and inattentive throughout the evening. This was particularly disheartening as we had specified on the reservation that it was for a special birthday celebration. Instead of feeling valued and cared for, we were rushed and unappreciated. Overall, it was a disappointing and unenjoyable dining experience

Thisx restaurant's reputation is clearly overrated. The food was ordinary, but what bothered us most was the rudeness and lack of class of the staff, made up almost exclusively of recent emigrants, no doubt from Mexico. Their oversized, ill-fitting suits, their rudeness during service, their basic lack of courtesy, mades us bitterly regret our previous dinner at Cipriani in Miami, where the service was impeccable and classy.

The restaurant itself in the courtyard was great. The food was terrible. Mediocre at best. The price was way over price for the food that I got and I don’t think the chef is that good there. All show no go !!!!😔

I ordered spaghetti carbonara which is my favorite Italian dish, I have to say it’s the worst I’ve ever had. The waiter was attentive and I felt bad so I ordered Alfredo fettuccine thinking it’s a simple dish, well the bottled one my wife makes is much better, to make matters worse I’m writing this review sitting on the John…

Delicious food, ambience and gracious staff. A must for anyone going to palm beach…my husband had a veal chop and I had the snapper. We sat in a courtyard filled With orchids.

This restaurant is quite expensive for the food it offers. The Risotto had a raw consistency (not al dente), watery and tasteless, and the carpaccio was barely seasoned. In conclusion, a horrible culinary experience. Not to mention the kitchen, which was anything but clean. The bathrooms were broken, small, and in poor condition. The service was good, but it was quite annoying to have the waiters hovering around in the middle, listening to the conversations of the diners, which takes away a lot of privacy. They could be in a discreet and visible place in case someone needs them. The only saving grace is the ambiance and decoration of the patio, which is very beautiful. I would not repeat this experience even for free…

Delicious and authentic food with a great vibe

Dined at Renato’s during Spring break with a family of 6. We had our 3 & 5 year old kids with us and at times this can become uncomfortable at fine dining establishments but Renato’s was so enjoyable!! The staff were all so friendly, professional and accommodating. The food and drinks were delicious! The service was quick and great. This restaurant is so beautiful and filled with elegant and classy patrons and staff. Would highly recommend!

This is the example of perfection! It was an experience not just a dinner. At any one point in time during our meal , I could close my eyes and believe I was at my grandmother's kitchen 30 years ago. They are by far the best, even more legendary!

We had an incredible experience. It was a late Valentine's dinner at a place my wife has wanted to go to for years. With extremely high expectations going in they surpassed our expectations. They got an A+ on ever facet of the dinner. We were seated quickly and promptly at a table for 2 outside right by a small little fountain which was awesome. The host of staff that attended to the table was very professional and quick. My wife had their Blueberry Martini and raved about and a salad, which we rarely do, and loved it. The main courses we had were perfect. Done perfectly with great flavor and just the right portion size. Then we decided to do dessert and they had a nice wide selection. The sizes were just right and again the quality was excellent. At the end of the meal you felt very satisfied but not stuffed which is ideal. The best part of the entire night was finding out that they are open all year long now and nit just "in season" so we will be back for my wife's birthday in July.

I love Renato’s and go yearly when I come to see family. Food, service and the orchids are amazing. My one complaint is every time I come for lunch they allow sales people from nearby stores to come proposition diners. Most recently it was a woman selling purses. Highly annoying when you’re trying to enjoy lunch.

Carlos was amazing, made the experience special. Food was above average and pricing was reasonable for the area.

One of the worst experiences I had. Service bad, we waited 45 minutes to get our appetizers and another 45 min to get the food. Asked for the bill 4 or 5 times and got it 20 minutes later. Not sure if they were understaffed or the staff didn't want to work. The worst after all that wait, the food was blend; we returned half of the dishes. The vongole's were full of sand instead of the clams. We also ordered the truffle fettucine (one or their specials). It was boiled pasta with no truffle cream. I was hoping to have a nice lunch with my family, instead we had a very disappointing experience.

place is aesthetically pleasing but the server was very rude to us. rushing us to order, and completely disappeared the second the food touched the table. food was decent but probably won't return because of the service.

This was without question the worst experience and most annoying lunch I have had in 54 years. My son and I were treating his art teacher and daughter to lunch. Our plans were to catch up as we have not seen each other in quite a long time. During our entire meal women were coming to our table and trying to sell products from various stores on fourth Avenue. I don’t think we were able to complete one conversation without being interrupted. This happened over 5 times. I would never return to this restaurant, even if I was given a free meal.

Renato's is a well-loved institution in Palm Beach for a reason. We were there for lunch and I found the service somewhat lacking although they seemed to be well staffed. I had to flag a server down twice--once during the meal and then again 15-20 minutes after finishing our lunch to get our check. A quick glance from someone would have been nice so I didn't have to be so obvious. But it is a lovely setting in the courtyard and we will certainly go again.

Food situation with seafood shells in non seafood pasta. Manager handled professionally. The rest of dinner was excellent.

We had a perfect experience at Renatos. I’ve eaten there numerous times, and last night didn’t disappoint. We had three tables in the ctyd. Weather was great and the food was amazing. Service was spot on and wine was so good. My guests are all talking about what a great time and food they had!!

Food was very good, very nice atmosphere. Service was very poor when we had dinner there two nights ago with friends. Took a long time to come ask for drinks, then another long time to take orders. Had to call or signal waiter for refills on drinks. There were four of us, one received incorrect more expensive appetizer. Asked for coffee at the end of the meal with dessert. Coffee did not arrive before the check did.

Renato’s is our favorite restaurant in Palm Beach. Best food, ambiance and service. Thank you for your hospitality!

My husband and I loved everything about our evening at Renato’s! We opted to sit in the outdoor courtyard, which was lovely. We felt as if we were in Italy. We had three or four charming servers attend to us. The food was delicious and pleasing to our eyes and taste buds.

Service was awful. Our waiter didn’t know we existed. Food ok. Don’t think I will go back.

The staff is exceptionally well trained and very professional. All 4 of us enjoyed our meal. We will return soon.

Unfortunately this restaurant Lives off its name. Food quality is poor. Nothing is fresh. Bagged lettuce, tomato sauce is orange. Not Italian. Never again. Very expensive.

The food was exceptionally high priced and literally flavorless. The pasta Bolognese had no flavor what so ever. The flavor profile was the water in the pasta. In addition iced tea for my wife and half club soda and cranberry for me was $24.00. Running up the tab like this is petty and insulting. Just not a good overall experience.

We enjoy the outside dining at Renato’s when we are in town. Etiquette when serving (bread) could be improved. Food was good, otherwise service was good, staff friendly.

I love to order the prosciutto and melon dish anytime I see it on the menu bc it’s nearly impossible to mess it up and it usually demonstrates how much effort a kitchen is willing to put into the simple things. Never in my life have I found a restaurant that puts such a minimal amount of effort as this. Absolutely absurd. At least give a proper proportion of prosciutto. Two slices for this amount of fruit doesn’t make sense. It’s always equal parts fruit and meat as they balance each other nicely. Very disappointing. And the broccoli with my veal scaloppini tasted like it had chemicals in it. Maybe they were having an off night but the food was a let down.

The food was not worth the price, there was no flavor….left us wishing we chose another place to have lunch.

Lovely classic restaurant! Food is good, some items are excellent. Service is attentive, but very rushed. One server dropped dishes near our table while attempting to keep up the pace. Might I suggest they slow down a bit and enjoy their patrons.

Horrible. I have lived this restaurant for at least a decade and always went for my birthday. This year I made reservations and ask to sit by a window. They sat us outside behind the heater. Then when we asked to move they put us a a back room and the waiter was awful. They didn’t get my drink order correct because I don’t think they spoke English. We talked to them about how upset we were and a new waiter said he would take care of us. So we decided to order appetizers. The food was so bland and boring we decided to leave. The manager came over FINALLY and said he would take care of our bill. Then we left and went to a wonderful dinner at the Eau spa.

Truly incredible place. The service is impeccable. The food - chef’s kiss! The vibe, is like a little Italian getaway in the city. 10/10 would recommend.

This very well could be the best restaurant in Palm Beach. The ambience is unparralelled! The food and service is as good as it gets, and the value is on par with the best. We go every visit to Palm Beach, and may go again on this trip!

I never leave reviews and I hate to be a Karen but this restaurant is seriously overrated. Unfortunately, we not only had bad service, but the food was not very good. I can overlook bad service if the food is amazing…not the case here though.

Dinner a bit rushed- tables tight- service rushed-

Lunch was lovely. We sat outside at a table with a fresh white tablecloth, had great service and the food was very good. My only complaint is that the restaurant will not provide a table with separate checks. They will allow you to split one check but that is not fair to the person who may not have a glass of wine when everyone else does. It would be much easier if they allowed separate checks for their clients.

One of the worst nights out I’ve had in awhile. Seated in far corner of courtyard next to bathrooms. Absolutely zero light and several tables away from nearest outdoor gas warmer. There should not be a table for guests where he were seated. About 5 minutes later someone finally comes to take a drink order and was rude when i implied it might be nice to get a menu first. So dark I couldn’t even read the menu. Food was average at best. I tried to order an espresso to warm up after dinner and they brought it to the wrong table. Service was subpar does not deserve the high ratings it gets. Very disappointed.
