The hostess needs to learn how to greet people, hey what can I help you with is not the way. Our server Alina, hopefully I spelled it right was great. The food was good too, first time I've eaten there in a long time. The cheese fries are bacon luscious!

I’ve been going here ever since they opened. I’ve tried other BBQ restaurants but for baby backs you won’t find better than Rib City. They’re Danish ribs, small and tender. I like their coleslaw it’s a sweet slaw.

For many years my favorite Rib place in Naples, - this time it was just OK, slightly burnt Baby back ribs and the Garlic Toast tasted rancid. Please don't be discouraged because past experience was always excellent!

First time there and the ribs were very dry!!!

Wife and I stopped in on our vacation. Ordered the pick two “1/2 rack ribs and brisket” and the pulled pork platter. Service was great and the food was also. Sadly the ribs were pretty disappointing. Dry, small portion and NOT fall off the bone. They were busy so I didn’t want to complain. We were full so I guess it was worth the money.

Best Baby Back Rips! Price is right. Older ambience in a diner style, not fancy. Side dishes are very nice, drinks to go are free.

So, I'm not usually one to go for ribs. But as soon as we walked in we were greeded with the friendliest server and the food is absolutely spectacular. Definitely worth a shot. I love it. I will be back. 🙂

Incredibly good Ribs for real. Never eaten better ones. We had the plate for 2,the amount was more than enough, but the not-ribs-food lost a little vs the Ribs in the comparison. Still a great dining experience, would completly recommend going there!

It's a bit dated inside but a favorite of locals. The food was great, but the wait staff could have been a little more"even handed" with their new customers and maybe not favorite the locals as much.

Always have great food, and the quality never wavers. I've only done pickup orders- they are fast and efficient and have your food hot and ready to pick up at the exact time they tell you it'll be ready. All the girls at the pick-up counter are always so nice! I usually get the chicken dinner, and my husband gets the rib dinner. Everything is delicious! Their fried Okra is the bomb!

I'm down here visiting family from NC but was born and raised and rib city has always been a favorite! Always have to make a stop by here and have my favorite ribs ever! Always delicious.

Had to wait 15 mins for a table but that’s fine. We hadn’t booked. Once seated server was really attentive and made good recommendations on food. Perhaps food was a little off super hot but it didn’t spoil the rib experience.

I introduced my parents to Rib City, in which they loved the food, and started frequenting the location. Monday, they visited this location only to be made to never want to come back. Waited 30 minutes for their food, while they watched everyone who came in after them to be served. When they went to leave, they were promised by management they would have their food within 5 minutes. 25 minutes went by, when they had to ask for their food AGAIN. The food finally came out, only for the ribs to be raw inside and burnt outside. The BBQ sandwich was soggy and unfit to eat. They tried to tell the waitress, only to get continued attitude. Management came to the table, 3rd visit, only to offer 20% off or a free piece of pie. What a joke! When a meal is not fit to eat, you comp the bill, and if you care ANYTHING about someone's return, you offer them an incentive on top of the comped meal. Especially in this situation! The service industry is not as it used to be, especially when I worked in the industry.

Very tasty food, excellent service and great portions. I ordered the Chicken and pork combo with fries and green beans and a piece of garlic bread. Everything tasted good and was hot. This place has plenty of seating for large groups and is right on 41 near Vanderbilt beach road.

Ribs, okra, fries and green beans were all very good. Our party also ordered Brisket but we received sliced pork. It was very disappointing, tough and fatty.

Once you come here you’ll never forget it. Has been there three times during our honeymoon. Those ribs and pulled pork are heavenly delicious!! I would come to Florida again only to visit Rib city again 😁😄

We were seated quickly. I had sweet tea and ordered fried okra for a starter. If you've never tried okra, this is the best way to try it. It's delicious and to say the tea is good, well.. that's the first thing I said when I took a sip. I had the shrimp and rib dinner. The shrimp was good. The ribs were fantastic and I wish I would have had a whole rack. Next time I definitely will. Thank you Rib City. Everything was just great! Keep up the good work.

Oh...the ribs boss...the RIBS! Here they come. We got the sampler plate and polished it off. Just simply delicious. Service could not have been better. We will be back to try more...but the ribs are calling us already.

Our group of 4 had dinner here on Friday. We had a good waitress who added to our evening. We all had ribs & great sides. My fav was the Mac & cheese & corn on the cob.

Walked in with a woman in a walker and several kids. We we're told 15 minute wait so we waited 10 minutes then we were told Sorry it's going to be another 30 to 40 minutes because we had six people. Why didn't the hostess at the front counter tell us that when we first walked in when we told her six people. So we had to load up the injured person in the walker and the kids and went elsewhere.

We got seated and placed our order, got drinks and appetizer, then waited and waited and waited some more for our food it still hadn't came, so we got up to leave because people that came in way after us were Eating their food ,finally after we sat back down got our food immediately,still not impressed.

I miss going to Rib City on the East trail. When I found out about this location I went the next week.

Went for lunch and the food, service, and quality were outstanding. We pressed our luck and ordered the coconut cream pie and it was a major disappointment 😥 the server informed us that management had tinkered with the original recipe (complete disaster). She comped the pie 🥧, we didn't even finish between 3 of us. Thanked her with a great tip and would recommend everything except that particular pie.

been coming here since1992 not sure what happened.. food was burned.. shrinkflation has arrived here. gave them ample opportunity to redeem themselves... save your money.. so sad..

Stopped here for dinner while staying at the inn next door. The food was fairly average. The ribs weren't quite fall-off-the-bone, but the BBQ beans were pretty good. The service was friendly though.

The servings of food with small but it's still a good place to eat

Three of us went in and we all had ribs. They were delicious. Waitress was awesome.

Had the brisket plate. The brisket needed help. First off, it was sliced way, way too thin and the flavor could have had more to it. The brisket did not melt in your mouth at all. There was no fat left on the brisket, which helps to give it flavor. I just moved here from Houston and have been checking BBQ joints out to see which one will become my go to BBQ joint, this place will not be the place. I suggest going to spend a year with a pit master in Texas to further hone your craft

Awesome ribs! We visit every time we are in Naples- simply the best! We crave them back here in Illinois and wish they would ship. Also the best coconut cream pie- although they were out of it on our most recent trip. Servers kind and welcoming- just the best ribs ever!

First time visiting this location! Tracy-Lynn was an Awesome server!! She is very bubbly and informative. The food and drinks arrived in a timely manner and everything was hot and tasted fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this location! The best BBQ I have ever had! The Mac and cheese, Cole slaw was great! The rack of baby back ribs was very tasty and just top notch!!

I loved this place one of the best ribs in Florida

Got take out, Smokehouse chicken with slaw, corn cobette,side of onion rings. Onion rings were great but the slaw although crispy had zero seasoning, very bland. The chicken was okay. The slice of toasted bread when put in a Styrofoam container with hot items turns it into a soggy piece of bread. The coconut cream pie was good.

Very good food, busy place. We will be back.
