Dad wanted ribs so we had lunch at Rib City! We really liked it! Dad had half rack of ribs with baked beans and applesauce. He loved the ribs and said they were tender and the beans were great. I had the smoked turkey with a corn on the cob and Mac and cheese. It was flavorful and good. The sweet bbq sauce was good too. Shout out on the sweet tea!! Seriously some of the best anywhere!! The service was comfortable and friendly. She was courteous and timely. We will return.

This was my first time ever visiting a Rib city. I was actually very pleased with our visit. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, and got two sides- Mac n cheese and Cole slaw. All of it was very good. I’m pretty picky about Cole slaw too, so that says a lot. We went on a Saturday around 5:00pm, we got seated right away. Our server was attentive and friendly. They have 3 different types of bbq sauce on each table- a sweeter style, a vinegar tangy style and a mustard style. I tried all 3 and personally liked the sweeter style the best. I feel like the prices were pretty reasonable there. I got the pork sandwich with 2 sides for 12.99- not a bad price in my opinion. I would go back again!

Worst sauce, my ribs were legit the size of the wet nap, no meat, waitress messed up kiddos order asking for no coleslaw, waited with empty beers for quite a while. It was our first time here, and will be the last. We're locals, and I would never suggest this place, ever.

The ribs were tasty and tender. However, the sides tasted like they'd come straight out of a can. Service was great. Our server was friendly, attentive, and prompt.

My second visit to this location. Food is very good - I'm a little bit of a pulled pork snob and I was very pleased with the flavor and amount of sauce. (Did not add any!) Some of our party had the ribs and were quite pleased. (Two of my party ordered burgers - they were very happy although it broke my heart a little.) Service was good despite their being quite busy. Noticed a lot of take-out business as well. Casual atmosphere. Just over $80 with tip for four - extremely reasonable for the amount of food!

Neat and clean chain restaurant. Convenient location. Excellent staff. Shelley was truly lovely to everyone at our table. Paid close attention to our needs. Food was sufficient for my needs (gluten+dairy free, low sugar) and delicious for my companions, who enjoyed St. Louis ribs, brisket sandwich, French fries, and coconut cream pie. Seems good for families with young children.

Great food, service, and vibes!

Food was so good I ate here twice in 3 days. Ribs are spectacular, pulled pork is spectacular, coconut cream pie was incredible. The Cole slaw was perfectly balanced and added to all my items well. The sauces accompanying the meal are all unique and great additions to all meal items. Literally no issue, I would make the 2 hour drive here more often if I could.

Has always been a regular vacation dinner spot, but this was disappointing. Ribs and fries were very good, but pulled pork tasted like pure vinegar. Don't know when the recipe changed. Won't be ordering it again.

We got the rib combo special this time and were really pleased with the food. I got ribs and smoked beef, he got ribs and chicken. We started with the corn fritters - outstanding. The spicy ranch is the best salad dressing - I get it every time.

Best Ribs Around! Always fall off the bone.

This place was fairly empty last week when 6 of us visited, yet it took quite a while for our mediocre ribs to arrive (a bit dry). To make matters worse, it was difficult to find our wait staff, and when they showed up, they were courteous but eager to disappear again.

Never tried Rib City, so we were excited to try it. Too bad our waitress (Shelly) messed up my order. I was going to just have a couple drinks and forget about it, but they didn't even have the alcohol my drink choice called for. The whole experience was disappointing.

We love this place. My family comes here every week and we are always treated like family. Thanks Bobby Jo and team for always taking care of us.

Good combos at good price. Friendly, attentive service. Andouille sausage was great. Skip coconut cream pie if you don't live overly sweet desserts.

Food was decent a little pricey

Rib City was just starting to get busy, but we did not have to wait. The service was great. The food was very good, but the green beans are way too Salty. By the time we left, there was quite a waiting line. It just goes to show you how popular they are! 😋

2/16/24: went for dinner close to 6pm they were almost full but we got one of the last free tables. started with basket of fried okra with spicy ranch, awesome as usual. had rack of baby back ribs and pulled pork dinners, good as usual. our waiter was good and kept up with us even though they were busy. happy that they are back to full normal after the hurricane. great place for lunch or dinner. old: have gotten take out lately because we are still isolating for covid but ribs and fried were still awesome like when we ate in the restaurant before. they are serving inside but we aren't quite ready for that yet. staff is friendly and take out didn't take long.

Our Sunday lunch was the perfect combination of good food and top-notch service. The meal was hot and well-prepared and the serving size was generous for a lunch portion. Our server, Wyatt was cordial and attentive, promptly returning to the table for a coffee refill and the dessert order. Good BBQ-- you should try it.

Seated quickly even at lunch hour. Food was brought hot and plentiful. Waitress was pleasant and attentive. Excellent all around.

Buffalo shrimp were tasty but the shrimp were tiny and so was the count, when served small sized shrimp at $9.49 I expect a greater amount. The Cole Slaw was almost too sweet to eat. Corn nuggets tasted battery and greasy a cooking shortcut I find to be a cheat. Wanted to provide payment with Apple Pay, when I brought the bill to the register I was shewed away. Cashier requested I return to the table to wait for the waitress and reluctantly said okay. Upon returning to the table “follow me to the cashier” is what the waitress did say, if using apple pay it’s done at register is the way. Please purchase a yo yo if it is back and forth games you wish to play and don’t try to treat customers like a puppy gone stray. Will not be returning to this place another day, I expect inherently tasty ribs to be better than just okay. Away from this place is where I will stay.

Ordered a brisket sandwich with applesauce at a price of almost $15. The brisket was cut into cubes and fell out of the bun repeatedly. There was hardly any barbecue sauce on my sandwich so I was glad that I had asked for extra sauce. The meat was fatty and not tender. Last visit for me.

Wir waren bereits bei unserem letzten Urlaub in Florida vor 4 Jahren völlig begeistert von dieser Kette und wurden auch diesmal in Fort Myers nicht enttäuscht. Die Ribs waren wieder total zart , die 🍟 Pommes total knusprig, Krautsalat 😋 lecker. Wieder eine klare Weiterempfehlung von uns.

Die besten Rippchen die ich kenne. Vor 4 Jahren das erste Mal dort gewesen und sind heute immer noch super. Ich kann dieses Lokal nur weiterempfehlen mit bestem Gewissen. 👍

Nice lunch, quick efficient service by Cheryl, we enjoyed pulled pork, sliced pork and bbq chicken. Fries, applesauce, delicious green beans and baked beans were the sides we chose. Super clean restrooms , a plus for a commercial establishment. Not our first visit and won’t be our last.

Love Rib City. It's always a go to place when we're hungry. Usually very good service and the food is served quickly. They have some of the best ribs around. They have the only Cole slaw that I will eat and they always have r corn on the cob. I like the skyscraper sandwich. It has enough meat that I get an extra order of garlic bread and can make 2 sandwiches.

Much improved from the last couple times we were there. The quality of food was better (it had gone downhill the last couple years), service is usually good. Keep it up and we'll be back!

We've been to this location many times. Such a favorite. They say if you need a knife, your ribs are free. Well, we've never needed a knife, incredibly tender and delish!

I ordered the beef brisket take out this evening. The brisket was so tough I had use my house hold utensils to cut through it. Brisket should just pull apart. The beans were awesome but I wasted $20.00. I called the restuarant to let them know my displeasure . The receptionist said she would pass it onto the manager, thanks for calling. I wasn't looking for anything free but didn't feel any sincerity Perhaps they should look how their competitors serve their brisket

The food is absolutely delicious, the lunch food is so much that I take half of it home.

Horrible service, it took 15 minutes to take our order. It took 27 minutes to get our appetizers. Half hour later still no food and three tables that were seated after getting our appetizer had ordered and received there food.

Excellent ribs. I'm not a big fan of the way the pork and the brisket was cut like it was cut off of a deli slicer. Real thin cut.

Not much activity on a Saturday evening so we were sat right away & service was prompt & cordial. Restaurant was clean & tiddy. Ample free parking available. Ordered a full rack of baby back ribs & wife got the pulled pork. Food was delivered shortly after. Right temperature. My ribs could have been softer but the overall flavor was good. Sides were all good. We had coleslaw, baked potatoe, mac & chesse. Everything was pretty good. Ordered the Chocolate, Chocolate Mania dessert. Very, extremely rich. We couldn't finish it. Sweet enough for 4 people.

The food was delicious but for being a BBQ place, the strawberry 🍓 margarita was the best out of even all the bars on the beach! It was on the rocks with sugar on the rim! So yummy!

Meghan is friendly and attentive, we visit regularly and take friends and family. They have the best ribs, great turkey, appetizers like onoin rings, cole slaw and green beans to name a few of our favorites. Our only wusg is to add sweet corn nuggets with powdered sugar. They have specials, good drinks and great sweet tea as well. A manager usually stops to make sure everyrhing is good. Keep up the great service and quality food.

Walked in for a carry out, around 5ish. Good service, order ready in about 10 minutes. Not to busy, could easily been seated. Ordered the 1 1/2 racks of ribs, baked potato and bake beans. Everything was delicious. I had more than enough butter and sour cream on the side. Included a couple bbq sauce as well. Great meal. Out the door for around $26.

Food is great but it was because of the server named Bonnie that we returned. She is a true asset to the company. I managed a restaurant and Bonnie is definitely a great example of a perfect server. Place is clean and everyone is friendly.
