The food was delicious, and they were fairly fast. The young man who took my order and money was very polite. It's also in walking distance of our house.

Pretty average food here. It's about the same as you could get from any place around. Some of the items like the egg rolls were probably from the same place as others buy them from in bulk. It's not bad food, but it's not great food. The price is perfect for what you get though, so at least that makes it more desirable for a return. The employees were very nice, though and would be the main reason I'd return.

Disgusting mushy old tasting food and terrible customer service! I would give zero stars if I could. All three entrees ordered were terrible.

I ordered 2 meals to go. Been going here 10 years. The Last few were not good but I gave it another try. Got home one meal was wrong. Lo mean. I ordered terriaki chicken. Called. They said come back tomorrow we will fix it. I said what about now. Owner said no. We'll I will not go anymore

This is a little restaurant The Rice King there's always been very good I don't know what else to say I enjoy the food the atmosphere is nice nothing fancy me people there are wonderful it's just the place that I enjoy

This place may not look like much but the food rocks! The seasoning they have on their woks can really be tasted in any of their lo meins. Their service is always very good with friendly conversation and polite staff. Our favorite combo is the sesame chicken meal, beef lo mein entree and an extra order of cheese wantons. 👌

The food here is absolutely delicious. However when I was eating my king pao chicken I found a small piece of metal mixed in with my food! It looked like a peice of one of those metal scrubbies. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know and no one understood what I was talking about. They offered me more food which was very nice but I am now afraid to eat there. I feel bad leaving a negative review but I think it's important for people to know that this happened since it is dangerous if ingested.

Best of utah that i have had, i will say they make their egg drop and hot n spicy soup too thick i water it down and add a little bullion because the thick texture is not for me. But overall the flavor/portion size/ quality is there for everything

I've always liked this place. Over the years, they've maintained great food for a fair price and have always been so kind when interacting with me. Dining in is a great option there, though most people get take out, but regardless of which you choose they serve up the same huge amount of delicious food.

I have had take out from here many times over the years without issues. Tonight, we wanted take out to not have to deal with the valentines crowds. I placed an online order like I have done every other time. I waited to leave until it was closer to the expected time they gave me for it to be ready. I let the lady at the counter know I had an online order and gave her the phone number. She tried to locate the receipt in the disorganized row of receipts. After a few minutes, she said she couldn't find it. I showed her the order number on my confirmation text, but still no luck on finding the receipt, and I guess there is no way to pull it electronically. She asked what I ordered, I told her, and showed her what I ordered. She rang me up and I paid for the order. One hour later, they called out most of my order but not what I ordered. No one else moved to get the order, so I made my way up, and they tried to hand it to me, and I told them I ordered General Chicken and not ORANGE Chicken. I again showed what I ordered. The lady apologized and went to get food changed out. She came back minutes later and handed me the food. I went home unpacked the food. Low and behold they gave me the ORANGE Chicken I didn't order instead of fixing their mess up. I won't be back anytime soon. Good thing there are another ten Chinese restaurants in Roy to choose from.

Always delicious, we come here often for lunch. Large portions, too. We’ve started to order one lunch special and an extra soup, which is plenty of food for two with no leftovers.

We always get food to go I am super super picky and this is the only local place I will eat Chinese food from there always fast friendly I had my grandson and he was asleep in my arms and they went out of their way to carry my food out to my car they always go out of the way to go the extra mile and the food is always fresh and amazing thank you so much ♥️ 😊

I asked for food that was not spicy and was given a suggestion which I ordered along with orange chicken. The food they suggested was a spicy dish. I also ordered fried rice and they gave me plain rice. Overall the taste of the food is not that great and was the nastiest Chinese food I've had. The orange chicken tasted like crusty chicken with sugary syrup. It was really gross. I prefer other Chinese restaurants around the area over this one. I do not recommend.

The service is great they are always friendly. The food tastes great and is super fairly priced. They give you a lot of food. Overall I highly recommend eating here

First time trying this place. Good size portions, good food, fast service, friendly staff.

This is my preferred go to Chinese takeout even if it is not close to my home. Large enough combo plate to feed me for several meals. I always get the lunch combo for about $9. Soup, egg roll, entree, fried rice, fortune cookie and a can of soda. Photo shows left overs after first meal.

I love Rice King. Still a 5 star 3 years later…. They are so nice and accommodating - my wife hates shrimp and wontons. They always let her substitute for 2 egg rolls! Their prices are great and we love the food!

This place must be owned by Klaus schwab because they tried feeding us bugs in our food. Didn't offer money back only to replace it. The food was not that good neither. Probably one of the worst Chinese restaurants and whoever gives this place a 3 star and above need to have their heads checked

Its your typical Chinese takeout restaurant, but it's the best typical Chinese takeout restaurant I've been to. Great service, generous portions, great value.

The sauces all taste the same very sweet. Got veggie fried rice they put ham in it. Got shrimp fried rice there was ham in it. Also asked for plain rice but they gave me ham fried rice instead. The veggie mix stir fry was disappointing. Nothing was very good and I couldn't eat the ham I was not expecting anything steller but could you get the order right?

Normally I love eating here. However we ordered pickup for my family of four. They had a hard time finding our order at first but soon figured it out. Unfortunately my husband myself and two little ones ended up getting food poisoning from our dinner and have all been terribly sick.. It was unfortunate because we have eaten here before and never had a problem.

Egg roll tasted funky and the hot and sour soup was bland and gelatinous. The pepper beef was pretty tasty and tender, though. Staff was friendly and service was fast.

I've never had a bad experience or meal here. This place is my go to Chinese restaurant! The owners are so nice and you get a great portion for the price. I usually get their dinner special and get the Kung Pao Chicken with the hot and sour soup.

First time trying this place and I’m mad I haven’t before, I’m not a huge fan of Chinese food but this food changed my mind it was AMAZING!!! Everything was flavorful and hot, nothing tasted the same like other Chinese places it was all distinct and perfect. 10/10 will be back sooner than later!! Best Take-Out Chinese food I've ever had in my life. The wontons are a MUST. Everything was fresh, piping hot, and neatly packaged. Absolutely huge portions.

The food is good if they would just listen to us when we say NO ONIONS. Last few times they put ONIONS then argue with us saying NO that we are wrong. We wouldn't complain if it didn't have ONIONS but the last few times it DID. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT HAPPENED TO LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER.

Pleasantly surprised. The crab Rangoons tasted good with crab and green onions instead of just bland cream cheese. The orange chicken and lemon chicken were flavorful and were full portions. Unfortunately I’m too full to try the ham fried rice but I’m looking forward to it later.

I ordered shrimp lo main.... When I got home it was chicken lo main... And the rice was lumpy and old... Cold too... Will never order from them again... The food looked nasty... I threw it away... Waste of $14

I Door Dashed the szwshwan bean curd with vegetables entrée, and it was gross. The dish was blocks of fried breaded tofu, 3 pieces of broccoli and two slices of carrots with sweet and sour sauce all over it. Yuck.

I got severe food poisoning from ordering food from this restaurant. I am SO disappointed because I loved this place and ordered all the time! For reference, I ordered the chicken fried rice and general tso’s chicken. I have reported the incident to doordash customer service and they have escalated this report. I hope the health inspection office shuts this place down until the owners can follow health and hygiene guidelines. Incredibly disappointed 😢!

Love their food and prices. The reason I'm only giving three stars because the shrimp that comes with the combo dinners doesn't even taste like shrimp. Yes it has a little tail but that's the only thing that resembles a shrimp. Other than that it's like breaded deep fried cardboard. The egg rolls are okay. They are really really greasy.

One of our favorite go to Chinese places in the area. They have good specials and serving sizes are great!

The flavors were really good, and the chicken was cooked so wonderfully. The fried shrimps were also, so crisp and so good. However.. the breading on the chicken was really thick and spongy/soggy. Soggy Chinese food is not good. If I went again, I’d recommend not buying anything breaded.

Tried today for first time - excellent! Will absolutely go back - I loved Rice King in SLC many years ago and this location was just as good - lunch specials were priced very well, service was excellent and food was delicious.

Extremely great prices! Very polite staff. I went in last minute before they closed and they were still happy to help me out. Great hot and sour soup one of the best recipes I've had.

First, I must say the employees were nice and the service was fast. We had take-out. Clean place with proper social distancing in force. Unfortunately the food was a big disappointment. Portions were large but there was little to no flavor in any of the dishes. The egg drop soup needed to have seasoning and the broth was watered down and rather greasy. The teriyaki chicken was tough and the sauce "washed away" with a watery, greasy broth. One had to rub the bottom of the container to get even a taste of teriyaki. My son and I ate what we could (very little) and just could not tolerate the taste. Presentation was nice. Now perhaps they could work on making the food edible. No, we won't be returning nor recommending the restaurant.

Rice King is very good. The only complaint I have is with the Egg Foo Young. I believe it's the dark gravy that they always over salt. Please correct this and you will have something to be proud of. No salt in cooking is better than over salted!
