I recently visited Richland Nutrition, and I must say, the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I tried the banana pie shake, which was not only delicious but surprisingly under 300 calories. It's hard to believe a shake this good isn't laden with calories. I'll definitely be going back for more. If you're looking for a guilt-free treat that doesn't compromise on taste, I highly recommend Richland Nutrition. We haven’t had an item of the menu that wasn’t fantastic. They are kind and sincerely care about the quality and freshness of what they serve. This is our “go-to” spot for fresh smoothies!
