Excellent pizza with great quality ingredients, you cannot compare Rich's pizza to chain pizza stores. This is the only pizza place we eat. One of the best local restaurant in Kent!

I'm hesitant to say anything nice only because their service is so fast, accurate, and delicious. My fear is if everyone knew how good they were my 10 to 15 minute wait time might dramatically increase. The staff is always nice and there's always a deal to tickle the fancy.

First time here and domino's has better pizza and it's cheaper.

Bought pizzas for the teachers and students at Green River College auto repair program. The guys at Rich's made them fresh and sliced them 16 per pie instead of 8 so everyone could have at least a slice from each pie.

We've ordered here many times and have never been disappointed. The pizza is always cooked perfectly. The toppings are always exactly what we ordered. Very friendly employees. Good deals.

You won't get better pizza in the area. It was so good. Thank you for making dinner so much better than Dominos, Pizza Hut or Papa Murphy's.

They have good pizza, but charge $10 for a tiny antipasto salad. This salad should not even be half the price.

I ordered this place the first day we got the keys to our house in the area in 2017 and they have never disappointed us. I always order when we have company and they are always so satisfied and jealous that we have Rich's so close. Bomb classic pizzas and the mango habanero wings are my go to. Sometimes I don't want pizza but no worries because their Italian sandwich or Greek salad is a lunchtime gem. Amazing dough makes amazing crust. Toppings are always fresh. Thanks Rich's! We got our order quickly, which I appreciated it was on time. However, I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and only got a cheese pizza with pineapple on it. I also asked for our wings to have the barbecue on the side, but it was all over the wings fast service if you’re looking for something quick & nice staff, but the food wasn’t good.

The best pizza in Kent, hands down! Always delicious and fresh, friendly staff, and they have tons of extras in their menu - all delicious! I tried the garlic bread sticks today and they were fantastic. Tip - order the bread sticks with extra garlic butter. SO GOOD!

We’ve eaten a variety of foods from their menu and everything is so good! It’s always a hard decision to choose!

I regularly order the BBQ pulled pork pizza and it has always been outstanding. However, when I ordered on Sunday, it was no longer on the menu. I had to settle for a chicken instead. While good, it just wasn’t the same and was slightly disappointing. The pulled pork isn’t even a topping on their “create your own pizza” s list of toppings. I may need to start looking for another pizza place to place my orders with.

Great place for pizza pick-up. (We haven't tried delivery yet: tend to just be willing and able to pop by when we're out at the gym and such anyway.) I think the highlights for me are the thin crust and the red sauce: both are delicious, keep me coming back for more, and don't leave any bad aftertastes. The crust is also firm enough and chewy enough to be satisfying. I typically just get a family-size cheese pizza with green peppers and onions: plenty of richness from the cheese, and plenty of veggie goodness.

Pizza is amazing, as always. Delivery prompt, food piping hot, delivery guy friendly, funny, and tolerant of my oversized puppy. Always awesome! Love me some Rich's!

I have been ordering from rich 5 pizza since summer 2019 after I moved from Nevada. The service has been really great ever since amazing food and I still order to this day.

Got two pizzas. A thin crust sausage and mushroom. A regular crust, chicken and mushroom with Alfredo sauce. I highly recommend both. Called and advance. Drove over and picked it up and went home and ate it. I can’t believe I ate the whole thing! Rich’s five star pizza is the bomb -definitely five stars!!!!!

Richies five star pizza is my family go to pizza place. The consistency is amazing. It is a little pricey compared to other pizza joints, however, they are worth every penny.

I moved nearby over 2 years ago and haven't tried this place until today because of the name... They definitely earn the 5 stars! My wife grabbed one on her way home and it was destroyed within minutes, so I placed another order and received a call to confirm. EXCELLENT pizza, EXCELLENT customer service!

Easley the best pizza around these parts. This is the go to pizza joint for my wife and I. Not only is the pizza delicious, prices are fair and we don't feel bloated the next day, unlike when we eat at their larger well known competitors.

They are no longer Gluten-Free. We have an allergy and they used to be the best place to get them. The regular pizzas are still very good though.

OMG this is hands down the best pizza I've had since leaving California! We got the 3 large pizza deal and tried the cheese steak, BBQ pulled pork (with bacon?), and the smoked pepperoni with salami and sausage (supposed to have bacon not sausage). We also got wings plain and sides of mango habanero, garlic butter, and Thai chili dipping sauces. The pepperoni one was good but I think if it came as ordered it would have been amazing, something to look forward to I guess. The other two were really good though, and that mango habanero sauce was divine! I don't live in the area so I can't visit everyday, but that might be best for my bank account. I'm really looking forward to coming back and trying more food - I get the feeling you really can't go wrong with whatever you get.

Fav pizza and Cinnamon Stix in the Kent Area!

I was looking for pizza delivery to the hotel I'm in within a 5 mile radius & the Rich's 5 Star Pizza came up as 4.2 miles away with carry out or delivery but when I went to order both on their website & by calling they said they don't have a store or don't deliver in that area??? WTH?!!

They make a VERY good pizza. Now our favorite pizzeria in all of WA.

So normally I love this place and would give them 5 stars. BUT I just got a pizza from them and the box has a strong MOLD odor on it that you can smell even on the pizza. Not sure where their MOLD problem is but there is definitely MOLD in their store and its absolutely sickening.

Rich's 5 Star Pizza is the absolute best pizza available in Kent. The diversity of fresh ingredients, sauces and crust choices along with incredible customer service is unmatched. All of that is topped only by the fantastic taste of the pizza, don't forget to ask for well done (if you enjoy crispy pizza). Don't miss the opportunity for a nice thick crust - the pan (read deep dish) option. Anytime you go here, know that you will be satisfied!

Staff is always nice. Breadsticks are top bites. Seasoned to perfection. I love their fancy pepperoni pizza - it's definitely with a try.

Out of all the places I have ate pizza this by far is my favorite place! I always get the (CBR) Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and the Pepperoni pizza. I highly recommend! First time trying the cinnamon sticks, and wow they are delicious, fresh out the oven, so soft and yummy. Thank you Rich’s for the outstanding service and pizza every time. We got a couple of pan pizzas tonight. It was delicious! It reminded me of the excellent non big chain pizza establishments from my youth around here. Places like Pietro's, Pizza Haven or Pizza Inn. Definitely worth a try if you haven't tried Rich's yet.

Always hot and always fresh, I enjoy the calzone. If you order for lunch, it can take longer as only 2 people are working when I've gone in to pick up my order this may change as time goes on.

When we first tried this place, we were impressed by the excellent customer service. They were very polite, quick, and the food was very tasty. The last couple of years, the quality has not been consistent and the service is not always as great although they are still friendly. They're the best pizza place in the area, though.

YALL IM FROM KENTUCKY & I just ordered this pizza and wow this is literally the best pizza I’ve had in my entire life soooooo good not one complaint them cinnamon rolls was soo good I like how thin the icing is so it just soaks all over it’s nice. What was supposed to be 35 minutes turned into well over an hour so we sat waiting for our pizza we called in the order for.. Only to get home to one of the most mediocre at best pizzas ever soggy crust and all.. Foss market has way better pizza.

We ordered some wings from them and when they came they looked like they were barely cooked and had so little sauce that for the first time in my life I took food back to the restaurant. When we got there the person in charge said that they look perfectly cooked and sauced and the wings are always like that. She didn't want to give my money back and kept arguing with me saying they are fine. I spent about 1800 dollars at that place over the course of 2 years and the wings were always good and never looked like that. In fact I always praised them for having great wings. Now I probably will never go back.

Ordered some pizza for carryout and selected the curbside option. I left my vehicle description and it was my understanding that when I pulled up they would bring me my pizza. I pulled up and parked directly in front of the front door. I waited for over 30 minutes and no one came out. Didnt want to go in because I didn't have a mask but I had no choice. When I asked why no one came out they said because I never checked in online. I have ordered curbside before and no one has ever mentioned checking in online. I asked when and where it instructed me to check in online and the employee stated he didn't know because he had never been on the website. I double checked the confirmation email I received and there wasn't a word about checking in. Unfortunately I had already paid for the pizza online because it was lukewarm and unappetizing. Ended up throwing most of it away. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and the lack of common sense. I was parked directly in front of the door. The employees inside looked at me several times and I was passed by at least 3 delivery drivers (two of which passed me multiple times) and no one bothered to check if the order that had been sitting there for 30 minutes was a curbside order. I've eaten here dozens of times and I typically enjoy their pizza, but this experience was bad enough to convince me never to eat there again.

Ordered from here for the first tine tonight. One of our pizzas was wrong, I gave them a call and had the right pizza for free in less than 30 minutes. The pizzas were great and I will be ordering from them again for sure.

Just wanted to share one of the reason I love Rich’s. This is a medium smoke pepperoni (x2)with regular crust and cooked well done. It was made it absolute perfection. Ahhh! The pepperoni cups and there plenty of cheese. Thank you everyone at the restaurant.

Absolutely horrible customer service when I called to order my food I asked for a vegetarian sandwich I let them charge me for a steak sub that was supposed to be like a steak melt there were goin to make like a mushroom melt. I asked for extra cheese and extra lettuce and tomato they charged me for all of it and then gave me a sandwich with a tiny little bit of mushrooms no cheese no lettuce.. not even any sauce?? Super dry burn bread?? Just gross and disappointed...and I was in such a rush on my way to work there was no time for me to go back in and get my money back I also ordered a pizza .. now I’ve had the runs for the last 24 hours don’t eat here save your money it’s absolutely horrible
