We have bought the ground beef empanadas and they are delicious. It was the first time in this place!! And I do recommend the excellent service.

Very good bakery and Argentine products!!! You can find crumb sandwiches, empanadas, cream and sweet pastries and dulce de leche. If you need yerba, or typical products from Argentina, do not hesitate to stop by! And the Milanese with fried egg on top accompanied with French fries, obviously tremendous! Every time I go, I obviously have to take a little bit of everything! This time it was fugazzeta, empanadas, mixed crumb sandwiches and facturas/pastery!

This is our fav spot for empanadas. Nothing compares to ot.. the atmosphere it is very nice and soccer games are always on screen. The empanadas dough is perfect.. prunes bacon and cheese is a must!

The pollo(chicken)milanesa sandwich was muah 💋 delicious!!!! Very good size servings on all the food. My mom had the milanesa plate and there was so much leftover. The food is fresh and very tasty. Don’t forget to get some empanadas they are so yummy!!!Inside there were other Argentine customers and it was so nice to hear them speaking castellano made me miss Argentina. 🇦🇷

Empanadas are delicious! I also really like their savory crepes (chicken and spinach). They also sell pastries and cake slices. Friendly service!

We only tried the empanadas and we were very pleased. We had three flavors spicy beef , beef and cheese and onion. All three were very good. We have to go back and try the pizza and a few more empanadas.

Ok, are you a fan of Argentine empanadas? If you haven't been here to Rika's, you need to get there now! Unbelievably fantastic empanadas. A different style than sone other places but traditional and delicious.

I know Argentine food very well, especially empanadas, and the best Argentine empanadas in California are from this place. And the sweet Meringue I already tried it in several cities in California. Excellent freshness, flavor, size and price.

Always a great place to stop by or to celebrate! Love the empanadas, four seasons pizza, entrañas, milanesa napolitana, pastries , well all great quality and delicious! Ohhh I have to mention their cake “ Chajá” is amazing, a classic for our birthdays!

We went to eat at this place for first time we regret to go there the pizza was uncooked well the empanadas were old without any taste all the food wasn’t good and in the top of that they were super expensive we paid 57 dls me and my Son were so disappointed we never gonna go back to this place

Everything delicious as always. We have been going to Rikas empanadas for about 10 years, and the food is always excellent. I would like them to continue serving our traditional Argentine coffee with milk. Hopefully it's soon.

Rika's made this amazing cake for my dads 70th bday. If you have never had a slice make sure you do next time you go. Its called Chaja and its several layers of sponge cake, merengue, dulce de leche and peaches. It is very unique, decadent and oh so good! We also love their other pastries. They are always a treat with a warm cup of tea.

They have a chicken and mushroom empanada that's delicious. Their bakery goods are great, the tiramisu and the chaja are sooo good. Have tried many items, sandwiches, pizza and haven't been disappointed. They also have a few items imported from Argentina, like mate, cookies, spices and coffee.

Great Argentinian food restaurant food is always good price is ok.

Great place, the food is great, and the service is great.

Closes at 5pm. How do you expect to get business closing so early - I mean, don't people get out at work on average at 4 or 5pm. That's the time that you probably think of picking up food to go. But The empanadas were awesome.

I found the beef empanada to be lacking in flavor. It lacked seasoning and was a bit dry. Not fond of the burnt pastry either. The Milanesa steak sandwich is on a very big roll and somewhat dry.

Came in family of 6! Never greeted us. 15min waiting at a table, didn't bother to come offer water?bread? Horrible service. We got up and left. Never again.

My Stop anytime I make the 210 freeway run. Having an Uruguayan wife, your empanadas better be on point, and Rika's delivers the goods, not to mention they are thr only place that I know that does Arabic style empanadas 👌🏾. The milanesas are big enough for 2 people as well, you will leave with a to-go box.

Being from Costa Rica we are so picky about our Enpandas. And Rika's are extremely delicious and world class. They don't skip on quality or quantity that's put into their Enpandas. Our favorite is the spicy beef and the ham and cheese one's. Their pizzas are fabulou old world style and full of flavor. So stop by next time you are on the 210 freeway near Glendora, you will not be disappointed. 👍🙂🍕🍷

Expensive beef empanadas, small, dry and tasteless, cheese and onions empanadas really good, large sandwiches good for the price but dry and tasteless, extremely expensive sodas a 12oz can almost $3 dollars, very small portions of potatoes good flavor crispy but expensive. Yerba mate almost 50% more expensive than the rest of Argentine places. Empanadas caras, chicas, secas y desabridas, las empanadas de queso y cebolla si estan sabrosas, sandwiches grandes bien para el precio pero secos y sin sabor, sodas extremadamente caras una lata de 12oz casi los 3 dolares, porciones de papas muy chicas buen sabor crocantes pero caras. Yerba mate casi 50% mas cara que el resto de lugares argentinos.

This place is a hidden gem that my family and I found on accedent. It was very well lit and had plenty of options from rspadaos to taquies lokos to diablitos. They also sold a variety of candies. I ordered a chilimongo diablitos that was amazing. The staff were very respectful and inviting and took pride in the service they provided. I would recomend this shope to anyone who has a taste for mexican style drinks and what kid dont love ice's . they take cash or card for an easy payment method.

Great local place for Argentine food. The empanadas are delicious and the Milanesa Dinner has the biggest piece of meat I have ever seen. Their pizza is delicious and the dough has a very unique taste. Right now it is only open for take out but worth you taking these dishes home to enjoy.

We like coming here for their pizzas particularly the Rika's one. It has everything we like and it tastes favolous! The empanadas are awesome too. They even give you a sheet that describes the shape of each empanada which is super helpful. They have Argentinean pastries (facturas), desserts (alfajorcito de maizena), sandwich de miga and some other. Also, some cookies (criollitas, chocolinas, bizcochitos), yerba, terms, mantecol, etc.

I wanted to give them 5 stars but i understand the Quality of the empanadas are probably top 3 when you compare this place to all Argentinean places in LA county and OC BUT the Empanadas YES they are really goooood specially the spinach empanada and the spacy steak empanadas.... but! They are very expensive and its sad because I was an Uber driver for 5 years and only stopped there about 5 times for lunch because of the price.. If they bring a bit down the prices or if they start having better deals because there are Argentinean places where you can buy 12 Empanadas for almost 20$ with taxes included, and here 12 empanadas are 40$ 3.35 each$ Yes Rikas empanadas has better quality empanadas than the the other that charges half but at the same time twice as much I think is too much. We placed an order via phone and it was ready in 10 minutes. It was a 10 min drive after hiking at GMR so it was doubly delicious. They empanadas are reasonably sized and I would suggest 3-4 to make a lunch. They do take credit cards and Apple Pay/Google Pay. There is a restroom for customer use inside. It’s located in a strip mall so there’s a small parking lot for easy parking. Food - you can’t go wrong with any of the empanadas. All of them except for the fatay and ricotta cheese (premium empanadas) were the same price. The spicy beef is just the right amount of spice, and the corn is also really good (the white sauce is impeccable). The chicken mushroom is also very comforting and almost like a chicken pot pie. The menu in the front shows the different folds so you can tell which one is which. Hours: Closed on Mondays. Temporary hours are Open Tues-Thurs 10am-5pm and Friday-Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday 10am-5pm There’s pastries and pizzas that I’ll have to try next time I’m back. Overall, you can’t go wrong with coming here!

I've been a regular at Rika's for years now. My dad grew up in Argentina and I've been twice. This is hands down the best Argentinian food around. It is not dirt cheap, but it's so good. Best way to order for your money is to be in a group and split a pizza (I think they have the best pizza around too). The pizza is thick and filling. My family will order one medium pizza and one empanada each and we will have left over pizza. With larger groups definitly a dozen empanadas and a pizza or two is the way to go. Super nice people too. (Also highly recommend a cafe con leche for breakfast and there dulce de leche pastries, and maybe the ham and cheese sandwiches grilled up.) Can't recommend enough!

First time here my boss who is Argentinean recommended me this place for there Milanesa hot sandwich..... BEST MILANESA SANDWICH EVER!!!! I have had many in my 33 years and hands down this was the best. Great hospitality as well. My new favorite resturant.

I cannot fully express how delicious the food is at Rika's. I am so happy that my boyfriend introduced me to this semi secret gem in Glendora. At this point I think I have tried just about everything on the menu except all of the savory and sweet crepes (there are just so many). The service I receive here superb. We are sat within 1-2 minutes of arriving (busy and non-busy hours), the staff checks on you, and makes sure everything you receive is perfect. They have a special pasta menu on Sunday's only and the portions are huge! My boyfriend and I usually share a plate then order some empanadas. On the 29th of each month they make gnocchi and OMG it's amazing. If you love pizza look no further! Best pizza hands down. You may have to wait a little bit to get it (30 minutes) on a busy night but it is worth it. Prices are very reasonable and if you want dessert the sweet crepes are delicious. Plus they have a bakery full of yummy goodies. If you haven't been here you need to go- like right now. :)
