We was on vacation in Panama city beach and tried this ice cream place and it was great.

Best all around ice cream experience we had while vacationing in Panama City Beach.

The Riviera Creamery was such a nice spot while in Panama City Beach! I got a waffle cone with Peanut Butter Cup and Banana Pudding, and it was just as good as you could imagine! I saw chocolates, truffles and other treats, and even treats for your furry pups!! I thought that was just the sweetest thing ever! The service was very nice and friendly, and there was a nice older gentleman outside that gave me a heads up that the ice cream was good. He was definitely right!! Until next time! 🍦

We stopped in Sunday night, the staff was amazing!! I had the bourbon truffle and my husband had a vanilla shake. The ice cream was amazing!! 10/10 recommend!! This is a must stop for your trip while in PCB!!

The line was to the door when we came last night. The people in my group really enjoyed their ice cream. I think the service was quick and good. There was a lot to choose from. Price was great for the amount of ice cream. Tables were all booths to sit about 4-6 people. Strawberry ice cream 4/5 This was a huge scoop. It was good. Snow cone 4/5 The snow cone the kids really enjoyed. They let you choose 3 flavors. The ice was on the thicker side but they really liked it.

Quiet place to enjoy a wonderful treat! Brought my family of 4 and we loved all 4 flavors we got!

My faith in humanity was restored this morning! We had a minor car issue and the owner of Riviera Creamery offered to fix it for us. In the midst of him going back and forth for different tools for said issue, he asked for us to sit in his shop with the cool air and we were given free ice cream. This ice cream is by far the best we have had(we try ice cream every place we travel)!! The staff was extremely nice and actually seemed to enjoy their job(which is hard to find nowadays). Highly recommend!!

Very good ice cream and rolled ice cream

Went there yesterday to get a treat. So glad we came across this place. Was greeted by the sweetest woman, whom was super friendly. My husband was in awe on the service she provided. When she wasn’t helping a customer she was cleaning and not just standing around or on her phone. Good amount of ice cream for the price, would make this a regular stop of local.

This place is amazing. My husband and I went in and immediately was greeted very cheerfully by Britta. She washed her hands several times while we were there and was cleaning while she was not helping customers. She even asked if we wanted any water while we were eating our delicious ice cream. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I always like to try local ice cream shops while on vacation. And let me tell you, I went to the best one in Panama City Beach. I got brown butter bourbon truffle, and it was excellent. I'm planning on another visit already.

The lemon cheesecake ice cream was phenomenal! The graham crust inside is what made it! My wife got the salted caramel toffee crunch and she loved it as well. Riviera Creamery is hands down the best ice cream in PCB. Way better than the other place that starts with an “H”

Serves Basset ice cream which is the oldest creamery in the nation. It was very good ice cream. As far as atmosphere it’s just your run of the mill ice cream shop. Service was friendly and quick.

This parlor is locally owned and meticulously well kept. When you walk in you will be pleasantly greeted by the staff as you take in the relaxing atmosphere. It is always nice to sit there and enjoy some ice cream in one of their booths or take some out for a walk on the beach. They offer a nice selection of regular ice cream, and their rolled ice cream is the BEST in town (highly recommend peanut butter- banana). The level of upkeep, the friendliness of the environment, and the professionalism of the staff speaks volumes of how much the owner cares about the overall costumer experience. I recommend you add RIVIERA CREAMERY to your bucket list while in town, don't miss out on this little gem.

Delicious Delicious delicious!!! They have the usual ice cream flavors and plenty of not all are amazing!!! The young ladies at th3 counter are always friendly and smiling. You can get your ice cream in single or double cups or cones. Best ice cream in PCB.

Ice cream was delicious 😋! The shop is super clean, the staff is very friendly, and the view of the gulf across the street is awesome!

This place serves Bassets ice cream. The only ice cream I'd take over Häagen-Dazs. Absolutely delicious and they give ginormous portions. We look forward to this every time we come to PCB.

The staff had good chemistry and were easy to chat with. We tried the banana pudding ice cream, we loved it. I strongly recommend it. If you're a fellow tag along that's not into ice cream, they also have other sweet treats and caffeinated beverages (I personally ordered an affogato, delicious) I will be visiting again on our next trip.

This is our Go To ice cream place when coming to PCB. The staff is always so nice and amazing and the ice creams are really good. Excellent Customer service, always! We love this place. We will be back as usual for another great ice cream on our next visit.

My family stopped here for ice cream. The owner was very nice and friendly. Serving sizes were large. The ice cream was decent, but not the best. There are other ice cream places nearby and I would go to those before coming back here.

Went here after dinner for a quick dessert. It was a little disappointing not to have the flavors that I wanted available. So, I had to settle with something else. We can have a taste before choosing. I ended up taking two scoops with different flavors. There were good. The staff seemed unfriendly.

Exceptional dessert shop that is a must try on your visit to PBC. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. A wide variety of flavors - be sure to try to the Bourbon Butter. Out of this world good! Reasonable prices and nicely sized scoops that won't leave you disappointed. Plus they have coffee, espresso drinks, and an array of chocolates and desserts. Delicious, wide variety of flavors and all kinds of options. Candy, SnoBalls, shakes, and baked goodies, too! Cute vibe. Added bonus: this place is immaculately clean!! The employee (Lily?) was super friendly, patient, and helpful.

OMGosh! So good. We got custom rolled ice cream and it was delish! Clean space, organized menu board, large variety of scoop ice cream (Bassett's brand), and even assorted gourmet chocolates. This place is a must for any ice cream lover!! Yum!

Customer service was below average, employees seemed great, except for blonde woman working the rolled ice cream station. She was very clearly irritated and did not want to work the station. She was very short tempered and not very friendly. Hope that she will improve on her behavior, because she stressed my group out. This was a great place to get ice cream, the product was great, just maybe don’t get the rolled so you don’t have to deal with her.

Best Ice cream and the best quality for what they offer, and the others do not offer the same ice cream of Bassetts which is the top-quality ice cream. Anybody who complains about the price of the ice cream on the beach has never went to an ice cream shop at the height of a bad economy. Every ice cream shop charges the same prices around the beach but Riviera offers the TOP AND THE BEST QUALITY.

They are really good but expensive. $20 for two dbl cones. Update...reply to my comment telling me they are not expensive. I feel like they are trying to put me in my place. We go here alot but that certainly didn't make me feel welcome. Now I will take my business elsewhere. Too many ice cream shops to choose from 🥺😞

Had an amazing experience over at Riviera creamery I had kira help me and she went above and beyond to meet my custom order and I was very satisfied with the shake it was delicious. Highly recommend coming here if your in the area.

When I went, I got the moose tracks ice cream and lemonade, the ice cream was excellent and the hand-squeezed lemonade was refreshing. I would go again.

Britta, was absolutely fantastic. So very nice. The shop was very clean. Reasonably priced. The restroom, customers only, very clean. Ice cream comes in a standard cone or bowl. Waffle cones are $1.50. The ice cream was super creamy and flavorful. Although we didn't purchase any, they do sell chocolates.

We stopped by here after dinner and we were very pleased. My daughter was craving cheesecake and the restaurant we ate dinner at didn't have any so we came here and she got the chocolate covered cheesecake on a stick with sprinkles. She was very happy. I got the pralines and cream ice cream in the waffle bowl and it was delicious. They didn't have any rolled ice cream when we went there. The girl working there was very friendly and there were plenty of clean tables to choose from.

Super delicious, tons of options and friendly staff! The salted caramel pretzel ice cream was one of the best I've ever had, and the assortment makes it so you'll have to visit more than once. The shop has baked goods, chocolate dipped desserts like banana and key lime pie, as well as truffles and drinks. Highly recommend for a delightful and refreshing treat!

Excellent customer service!! The staff greeted us when we walked in and offered us samples of the ice cream flavors. We all got different flavors and all were delicious. They have a ton of offerings: ice cream, rolled ice cream, snow conies and candies. I would highly recommend this place and we will be back. Even if there is a line well worth it.
