The pizza here is delicious and they make great subs too hot or cold yummy

Went to the store next door, and saw this pizza spot and stopped in. Being a Jersey native, I’m always looking for great pie.. I was alone, so I got a slice.. Loved it, I’ll def be back for a fresh whole pie. While I agree it isn’t a Jersey Pizza.. I wasn’t mad at all, it was clean in the establishment , and the staff was super friendly… I’ll be back!! Love this place. The food is excellent. You have to try the chicken cheesesteak hoagie. If I had one wish, it would be that they have hours on Sunday and have delivery service. If they can’t do delivery, let grubhib or another place get the food and deliver. There are times I am not able to go and would get food here more often than now and again.

Neighborhood pizza place that offers a large selection of other items. (Cheessteaks, Fries, Mozerella Sticks, Burgers etc.) Food is ok and a place to go for a quick bite. Staff is always friendly and service is fast.

They have the best prices for the huge amounts of food that they give you. And their deserts are blazin! Rivera's is my "GO TO" pizza shop.

First time here,tried the Sicilian pizza not bad at all very tasty

Italian owned, Italian run, old school recipes that I've loved since childhood. Always love the pizza. They don't skimp on the quality or the cheese and always layer the perfect amount of sauce. If you haven't been you ought to try. Friendly staff too. Try the Pepperoni pizza, sicilian pizza, or white pizza. All of them are amazing. Their subs and steaks are good too. Give it a go people. They earned their reputation.

Standard pizza shop fare. Quick and friendly service. There are tables to sit and eat but it's small and there is no table service.

I looove this place. Pizza is good, my main go to is a chicken caesar salad, their caesar dressing is awesome (I think it’s homemade) and another favorite is buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Riviera has great pricing even since the inflation. Tried to get the same salad somewhere else in bear they wanted $15! Riviera is only $11

The pizza here is the best we could find in this area. It is the closest to a delicious NY/NJ/CT pie we could find. The people who work here are also very, very, very nice.

I ordered a pizza and boneless buffalo wings. First, the crust was thinner than normal and it was burnt. You could tell they used less ingredients so it could get done quicker since they were getting ready to close in a half hour from when I ordered which was at 8:30 on a Friday although their website says they closed at 10pm. Theres a girl, (not the owner) who answers the phone and will surely put you in your place about how the store hours and menu items are not valid on their website “ because its an old website “ so don’t bother making any references to it because she clearly has no problem confronting customers on that. Getting back to the the pizza though, it was so burnt that it took a lot of force to pull it back after biting into it. They use such a faint amount of tomato sauce and cheese that you do not feel like your eating pizza. You barely can taste it because its barely on there. Its a hit or miss with this place anymore and its a shame because they have a lot of loyal customers. I do not appreciate buying a pizza and getting something that very closely resembles a cardboard UPS box with a faint amount of marinara sauce on it. Im going to give Amores Pizza a try the next time I want pizza because frankly, the pizza and telephone service here is starting to suck more times than not👎🏽

The pizza tastes pretty good. They kind of replicate a NY slice. Nice crust, but a little skimpy on the toppings. The calzones are a huge disappointment. They are mostly dough with barely any mozzarella and ricotta.

The owner was very nice. The pizza was great. Nice quiet place to sit and eat. The style of the restaurant is old school which is a good thing it brought back good memories.

Sad to be moving back out of the area....this is our favorite sandwich, pizza Italian food in the area!!!

I won’t be ordering wings here anymore. Cooks don’t heed customer requests. Order well done/Crispy wings, they are soggy soaked in hot sauce.

My experience with Riviera has been very good. Myself and my family comes here for good food. 😋 We have been coming to Riviera for over 15 years. So,that should count for something. Have a blessed and favorable day.

Great food, amazing prices, fantastic service. The one thing that I would change is the open case with pizza in the front. I would put it back on it to ensure that no flies would be able to reach the pizza.

We moved out of the best pizza area to central PA about 10 years ago. When we're back, we gorge on pizza, cheese steaks, hoagies, etc. There are many options, but we keep coming back here. The food is excellent, the staff is great. The only drawback is eating there. Limited seating and you may enjoy your dinner with a stack of pizza boxes or other supplies not yet put away. I can deal with that with the quality of the food!

Stopped going years ago because past owner was rude and ignorant to people. Current owner is super friendly. Ordered multiple times and haven't had an order messed up.

I was on my way home heading south, in this area and stopped there for lunch. I've never been here before. Walked in and saw a sign saying "please be patient, we are very short handed". I asked all of the folks in line if they had ordered yet and they all said yes. So I waited for the woman to get done doing whatever she was doing. 2 other people came in after me and barked out they wanted two slices and the guy helped them, putting their slices in the oven. I guess i was too polite so I left. Headed home I was still hungry. So I stopped in Middletown and found some fish place called Vicki's fish. Food was excellent!! and service was with a smile! So, i can't tell you how this places food is since i was ignored. 🤔 I know they were short handed so 3 stars instead of 0.

I like to stop in for a quick lunch. Pizza is good for the price but it is a small cramped and kinda dirty looking.

My favorite lunch spot. Try their spinach and ricotta slices, they are amazing. But all the food is excellent and service is fast and friendly. 👍

Great food, friendly service, priced right

Been going here off and on for years and am a fan overall. Today was a big disappointment as the person who prepared my sausage Parm sub thought it was okay to give a sub to the customer with part of the hoagie roll burnt. The sausage kind of tasted like it was thawed in water or cooked from being frozen or something.

This is the best kept secret in Delaware. The food here is made fresh

Pizza is average. But haven't really found any good pizza places like they have in Philly

Thank all that is wonderful for Rivera’s Pizza. I’ve been frequenting this establishment since I was a little girl, and now a mother myself, I love this place so much more because it allows me a night off from cooking! When my husband takes the boys grocery shopping he hits up Rivera’s as a “guys treat”. My children LOVE it! Food is great. Service is wonderful. Rivera’s is wonderful!

A hometown fave for pizza, subs and fries. After nearly 3 decades, Riviera Pizza is still my go-to place for the best hoagie in Bear. And if you like your fries extra crispy, just let them know. They get it. Awesome cheese fries that make you want to swing your legs while you're eating. Shouldn't all food taste this good? Delicious pizza with an authentic hand tossed crust. So good, I eat it last! But don't take my word for it, stop by and try it for yourself.

I was in the area and happened to stop by Riviera Pizza. Are used to go here for lunch when I was working at a nearby plant. But it’s been a very long time since I’ve stopped at the pizza shop. I got an a large town sub and a spaghetti dinner with meat sauce. Everything was very good the service was quite well and the gentleman behind the counter was very courteous.

Best Pizza of the Fox Run Bear/Newark/Glasgow area. Also, gourmet pizza by the slice. Awesome quick lunch spot, awesome pizza night spot, all their other stuff is great too, the fries, the sides, the Cheese steaks, but this Pizza is TOP SHELF STUFF!

5/11/22 made my regular visit for subs today. We always look forward to this. My husband loves the Italian sub and I am hooked on their regular sub. The subs were great 👍 I was disappointed to learn that the regular subs will no longer be offered after this week. Oh well, I'm going to have to try another sub to get a new favorite 😋. We got take out last night and tried Riviera for the first time and were pleasantly surprised! We got subs and they were the best we have had in a long time. The rolls were nice and soft and fresh. We will definitely be going back. Found a new sub place!😁

Lg chicken parm sandwich 4 chicken fingers on a roll with sauce and cheese for $11.95. Basically your paying for extra roll. Save money 4 chicken fingers with fries and a drink $9.95. Called in asked about the chicken parm sandwich after getting it & they said we've been doing that for months now. Extremely disappointed thats what you get for the price. Will never order again.

If you want to support local businesses then go no further than Riviera Pizza! Tonight was a great occasion my children each earned honors for their marking periods! So to celebrate we went to our favorite spot! It is a hidden gem for great eats! The large pizzas are very large and the flavors pack an amazing punch! Great wing specials!!! And great sizes too! No small wings! They are very gracious with sauce and sides! Not to mention, since I’m vegan, I had the Vegan Burger and let me tell you! It barely lasted a minute! In fact, the next time I order the Vegan Burger I’m ordering two!! The staff are friendly, the environment is clean and safe! If you want to save yourself some money and eat good! This is the place for you! Until next time! Which will be very soon! Great food! Great value! Great eats!

Ordered a 3 cheese white pizza to go. It was terrible. It had no flavor, no garlic flavor, the cheese had no flavor at all. Not even any salt. It was white stuff smeared on a cardboard crust.

Love this place they have the best pizza ever

I got a large special cheesesteak. It came with fried onions, mushrooms and green peppers. My immediate concern upon opening the wrapper was it is a skinny cheesesteak. The grill man put a good amount of oil on this cheesesteak and it was evenly hot throughout the whole cheesesteak. It had a good amount of extras but they needed to spend a lot more time on the grill getting to know each other. The cheese was okay but I think it needed a couple more slices.

This should be 5 stars. Riviera normally has some of the best pizza around. I ordered a pizza tonight. Large, pepperoni, mushroom, light extra sauce and a large fry. What I got was no fries, and not one drop of sauce on my pizza. I couldn't eat it. It was nasty. I wouldn't be as upset if the girl who took the order hadn't read it back to me. I made a sandwich and threw out the pizza. It will be a while before I go back.
