Best pizza in Jackson! Located in the downtown area with other shops.

We have gone to this place many times but this was absolutely the best experience we have ever had! I say that every time we eat at Rock'n dough! Of course we had beignets with raspberry sauce and they were freaking amazing. We usually have Calzones but, we had the USA Pizza, today. It was so delicious! Our waitress was very nice! Which helps with the food experience. We came back and it was still Rockin!!!

Refueling with food and beer, we were on the hunt for a great pizzeria. When you find craft beer that pairs perfectly with hand-tossed pizzas, you're as close to heaven as it gets. Our GPS worked overtime to guide us from the interstate to this spot, and though I was initially skeptical of a brewery/pizza place in a shopping mall, it proved to be a gem. The Hawaiian pizza was incredible, with a great crust and fresh cheese that pulled off perfectly. The wide selection of beers made this lunch outstanding! It was worth the drive off the interstate and the extra time it took to find this place.

Seriously good pizza. Great Beer selection + associated with the local brewery. Super delightful staff. All around win, wish them many years of operation.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our food came out very quickly and the staff were extremely observant and attentive to our needs. Joseline was a fantastic server!! If we’re ever back in town we’ll definitely be back.

We've had the pizza, salads, and the sandwiches. Everything's really good. Not an extensive menu. No steaks are real entrees. This is a part of the group that owns hub city brewing, so all the beer is really good as well. We dine here quite often.

A...MAZ...ING! We were in Jackson from out of town. Looking for somewhere we could go with our fur baby. We sat on the deck (street access). The staff were wonderful. Brought a water bowl for our girl. Made fabulous suggestions. Really knew their menus. Best pizza I have ever had. So fresh. Absolutely delicious.Be warned... the 20" would feed about 6. Run, don't walk to see Kandis and Hannah whenever you are in Jackson. 10 stars!!

Nice pizza place with good vibes. Pizza is great and appetizers are really good, they have a dill infused ranch that’s awesome. It is a microbrewery so they have fresh brews for any taste buds that complement the menu items. Great for family or date night.

Great carnivore pizza - the standard crust has a fantastic crunch, and a good "toothiness". Balanced selection of beers on tap from nearbyHub City brewery (thankfully not all IPAs) - the altbier was a pleasant combination of roasted malt and hops. Unique ale glasses too, with a great shape and good weight, but unfortunately not for sale.

Worst Pizza I have experienced to this day.I have tasted better pizza at Little Caesars. No flavor,cold, very few ingredients. Dropped 69 bucks for awful meal. Not the Rocking Dough I remembered. Will find another pizza place

Pay close attention to your bill in this place! Had a party of 17 and they attempted to charge us a 20% large group gratuity tip of 20% (very understandable) and then they added an additional 20% gratuity on top. And on top of all that the service was probably some of the worst I’ve had ever…. But the food was awesome. Definitely don’t recommend a large group here. Never again for me. Oh and I still added an additional 15% on top of the mandatory 2O% hoping it may change our server’s attitude for her next table.

Rock N Dough is one of my favs! I always come here on my trips to west Tennessee! The super freak is easily one of the best pizzas you can get! We had beignets to end dessert!

My wife and I eat here from time to time but with us it's all about timing. Years ago we quit going to dinner the same time the entire town does. When it gets crowded in there, it's very loud, just like any restaurant. We love this place mainly because it has a Gluten Free crust because my wife has Celiac disease. The only problem is, if you are going to serve a gluten free pizza...have gluten free beer available. I feel like we train restaurants in different parts of the country with this issue. Some of them will say "Well, they don't seem to sell very well." The secret is to place a large sign inside that says "Gluten Free Beer Available"..that simple. One pizza place we visited in Florida had the biggest selection of GF Beer in the entire Southeast. They had the entire collection of GLUTENBERG out of Canada. The Red and the Stout are her favorites. I even order it myself sometime. The service is great at Rockin' Dough. We run an Airbnb that is one mile from the Jackson Walk and have Rockin' Dough listed in our book and are about to put a photo of the restaurant up on the wall for our guests. When we get in the mood for pizza..that's our place to go.

The food was pretty good. Nobody had any complaints. It was a bit pricey though. Everywhere is more expensive these days. 4 of us ate for 92$ and everyone had something to take home to finish later. I forgot to take pictures.

Went in to this place tonight 1/10/24 for the first time and truly enjoyed it best pizza since we left Utah the wife also ordered bbq wings which were great and a salad as well. We enjoyd everything and the service was great

This place used to be my favorite local pizza place, but lately the food sucks. Got a small pepperoni pizza today and the crust was so undercooked and floppy that the toppings fell off. It was nasty. We threw it away.

I got a calzone, my wife got a pizza with (roasted) garlic in it. This stuff was far from roasted. It was crunchy and hard. Very unpleasant, so much so I had to remove almost an entire clove of garlic from my calzone. My wife did the same. I want to finish my dish but I fear I haven't gotten all the undercooked garlic picked out. I'm very disappointed, this flaw ruined my entire experience. Garlic should be cooked thoroughly if it's going to be used as a topping like pepperoni or something. Come on.

Went to dinner with my wife and daughter. We arrived around 7pm and despite the restaurant looking packed we were seated immediately and our server arrived fast. We ordered drinks and they arrived just as fast. Like I said the place was packed so when we ordered I thought I had some time to read a little on my kindle app on my phone. Nope I was wrong our food arrived just as fast fresh and hot. Everything was good and fresh. My only complaint is it was pretty Lloyd and it was hard to communicate with our server, but that’s not really that big of a negative because everyone was having a good time. An easy 5 stars and my family and I will definitely be back multiple times.

Good food options, nice presentation and fresh ingredients. Drinks and food came out quickly but never felt rushed. Kind of a small town Mellow Mushroom with a little more care.

phenomenal food, Rock'n Dough yiz myself n' wife's favorite place to go on dates. The beer is very good, highly recommend the amber brew. Head's up, the waitresses are very beautiful; if single, yourself will say "ugh! the waitresses here are so beautiful, have to leave before temptation arrives!"

The food was excellent and our server, Miriam, showed a genuine interest in providing an excellent dining experience for my wife and I. She may have been the best server that I've ever had and I would have given a 6th star if I could.

Got an order to go. Got home. It was incorrect but when I called to let them know they gave me a refund. Best Caesar salad. Their dressings are made in house. Will go back, for sure!!

Very hit or miss. Depends on your waiter/waitress. The bottom of the pizza is never cooked and very doughy. And goodness they will drowned you in the sauce on the pizza.

The food was delicious and the beer was cold! We were there for lunch and sat at the bar. We find that’s where we can ask the locals some of the best places to visit the area. We got some great recommendations.

What a great way to end the day! Outstanding selection of pizzas and even mac 'n cheese for the one year old. We ordered three 16" pizzas for our family of 8 and enjoyed every bite! Nice atmosphere, good service and great music.

Not clean!! We walked in less than 5 minutes after they opened the doors for Sunday brunch. We tried 2 tables and both the tables and seats were still dirty with crumbs and dried food from the night before. Yuck! Sure hope the kitchen where my food was prepared is cleaner! Floors were also very dirty as though they had not been cleaned lately. An employee was at the bar making garnishes while open mouth gum chewing. Yuck! The service was good. The food was hot and served quickly. Shrimp and grits had good flavor but the grits were undercooked. Not sure I can return unless they make an effort to clean a little better.

Best. Pizza. Place. EVER! The atmosphere was amazing, the music was amazing and the food was out of this world! I ordered the Super Freak Calzone and it was amazing! The service was amazing, we were seated automatically and our food was delivered almost two minutes after! Will definitely come again!!

Enjoyed dinner here while visiting. Had a 50/50 12": "USA, USA" and "Stallion"--really good. I'd go straight "Stallion" next time though. The loaded fries were pretty good (steak frites, which were a hearty surprise) and came with their house dill ranch. I really liked the ranch but feedback from the table was hit or miss on the flavor profile. I also had the "Pizza Whisperer" Amber beer; good choice with the pizzas!

Amazing! Ate here twice for lunch while in town visiting. Great atmosphere. Great service both times. Pizza was very good. Sandwich and fries very good. Pizza by the slice, slices are huge! Would definitely return when in the area again.

Pizza was good, beers were good, service was good. The reason for the missing 5th star? They were out of 3-4 beers that was on the drink menu in the restaurant and their website needs to be updated for the current selection of available beers.

Great home cut fries with Italian sub. Decent Bloody Mary. Breakfast burrito good but tortilla a little tough. Brunch entree could have come with a side.

I hate when non breweries call themselves breweries. I went out of my way to add another brewery to my list. I generally try to confirm before making a detour so that is on me. As for the restaurant itself, I was disappointed in the experience. The Caesar Salad that I ordered was flavorless. They overcharged me for my drink. The waitstaff lacked friendliness. They will not get a second chance.

Delicious food and wonderful service!

Just picked up two pizzas based on the reviews. Disappointed! Taco pizza only has toppings between 1/2 and 3/4 up the pizza. This was to go order so maybe that’s why but for $56 for 2 pizzas it should be way better.

Downtown Jackson is exiting and fun - this place is a big part of that. Excellent Pizza 🍕 and house brews!

Rock n Dough is a great restaurant! It is a little pricey for pizza, but has a lovely atmosphere. The pizza and calzones are both really good. The smoker’s pie is one of the best pizzas on the menu!

First time here and I gotta say we were VERY impressed!! We started off with an O.M. Cheese (aka 5 fried mozzarella cheese sticks with marinara) which was excellent even after cooling off on the ride home! Their marinara is EXCELLENT 👌 👍!! I got the Cheese Calzone with a side of loaded fries (😳😱 OMG!!! A MUST TRY!!) Which were both excellent and the dill ranch sauce is ON POINT!! My husband got the Firebird on jalapeno bread which turns out it's a wrap. He said it was FIRE!! Definitely recommend and will definitely return to try the pizza!! 👌👍

I asked them to cut our pizza CHICAGO STYLE( in squares),the girl taking the order said they would cut it that way,but it was cut NEW YORK STYLE(in wedges/triangles). The crust was limp,the sauce was way too spicy for me & my wife,hardly any cheese or sauce for that matter

My favorite pizza place in Jackson, hands down! The apps are amazing, in particular the goat cheese/marinara/toasted bread appetizer is my favorite. The pizza is always amazing, and ending with the beignets is the only way to go in my book!

Friendly, quick to fix errors, clean. Water tastes funny and fries are seasoned with more than salt. Overall good for pizza ✌

My first time visiting this location. It’s a very busy place! I was impressed on how efficient things are done here. We had a party of 3 and was seated immediately. Our server was friendly and did her job well. We Ordered an appetizer and two pizzas which came out very quickly. I think the pizzas and beer are a bit over priced for what get. The pizzas need to be baked a little longer because the crust is a bit doughy in my opinion. The beers are good but nothing really special. $7 plus tax for a pint for of mediocre beer seems a bit pricey as well.

Busy, hoppin' place but we were seated almost right away and our server was amazing, coming by regularly to check on us and keeping our drinks filled. We started with the ZZ Tots which are so good and we will definitely be ordering those again next time. I had the Big Bad Wolf grinder which was excellent, I loved the bread and the sauce that came on it. My husband had the Smokers Chicken calzone, which he really enjoyed. Great experience, well done Rock'n Dough!

Ordered take out. Calzone was great. They were out of C-Worthy but substituted another DIPA that was really good! Back in town and the beer list on the website is not up to date. Calzone was great and the best buffalo pizza we've ever had!!

The atmosphere is very family friendly and fun. Nice music and video screens, very colorful with posters and décor. There is a large home brew beer menu with a lot of great beer. I found another location closer to where I live and hope to visit it soon.

This is by far the best pizza been we have had in a long time! Top quality ingredients. Good music, not too loud but can hear just fine. Service was great.

I've tried quite a few pizza places in Jackson since moving here. This one is the best by far. I really liked their crust and the ingredients were all fresh and tasty. It's a little pricey, but better than paying less for a mediocre pizza. The wings, salad and calzone were very good. I hear great things about their burgers too. They make their own ranch dressing and it's amazing!
