We love Rosalee's! When in Longmont this is a must have. We always get the garlic knots for appetizer, which are soooo good. Then we get a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, always fresh and so good. Don't miss out!

Not only the best east coast pizza in Colorado, but simply THE BEST PIZZA IN COLORADO! My husband and I have been coming to Rosalee’s since its opening. The crust is always chewy/crunchy. The sauce is perfect. The garlic knots will have you waking up in the middle of the night wishing you’d brought an extra order home. We always compare every other pizza we have to theirs. It does cost a little more, but 5 star pizza and garlic knots are soooooo much better that 3 star ones!

As a former New Yorker my expectations for pizza are high and I usually won’t even bother trying pizza from most places bc it’s nearly always a disappointment. But Rosalee’s?! They don’t just meet expectations, they exceed them. Rosalee’s makes me want to pack up and move to Longmont. It’s the best pizza in Colorado, and I might even say it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had. We drive an hour to come here, and the worst part is that they aren’t open on Sundays!!

Beat easy coast pizza in CO for sure. Friendly staff, nice owners come out to talk with you. Delicious pizza, simple, affordable and delicious drink list. A place you can visit once a week not just once a month. Run. Don’t walk to try this place.

Horrible owners that treat people who want to take pizza home like they are second class citizens. You pay the same price as people who dine in, but your second class, and may not even get your pizza, even after paying for it. After waiting 3 hours for a single $50 pizza, and I asked when the pizza would be ready, they said it wasn't started yet?????? WHAT!

Anyone who went under 5 stars for this place (especially if less than 5 for food) does not know pizza nor pizza culture. This is NEW HAVEN style pizza (not new york) and it is by far the closest you can get to CT pizza in colorado. If you complain about the wait, or no ordering out, or pizza taking too long, or that a restaurant is loud, you just don't get it. If you tried walking up to the best pizza places in CT, you'd get the same wait and experience. These are people who understand what pizza is and what perfecting that means. It's not fast food, it's art. Ok ill get off my soap box, i just love pizza. Shout out Rosalee's. Pizza culture is different and they get it.

Hands down the best pizza in Longmont!! Love the White pizza with bacon added... it's the best. The crust is nice and thin and crispy... the way it should be!! Inside of restaurant is small but has a VERY nice back patio!! Won't get pizza anywhere else!!

I can’t believe I have lived in the area as long as I have and haven’t been. The atmosphere is chill and friendly. Stephanie our server was a step above. She was busy but attentive and kind. The pizza was absolutely amazing and now my favorite. The sausage knots are not to be missed. My favorite part was I believe I saw the owners arrive while we were eating and you can tell they take pride in the restaurant. They were fixing things, talking with the customers, and you can see they take really good care of their employees. I can’t wait to go back.

I went at 730 on a Wednesday night and didn't know they had live music every Wednesday. It's awesome for free music, but it was pretty crowded. .I ordered the Caesar salad and 2 slices of cheese pizza. I also bought a strawberry cream, Tommy knocker drink. The atmosphere was awesome, and the service was awesome as well. The Caesar salad was good, but I could not order it next time and be okay with that. I thought I was going to have to pay 20 to $30 for a pizza, but I was able to purchase pizza by the slice, which made it affordable ($3 a slice). It was cheese pizza, and it was a deep dish. And again, it was good, not great. Overall, I liked this place, but if I came back, I would try different items to see if this was an off night or if the rest was better. Recommend for atmosphere and affordability.

OMG...best pizza, service, ambiance and music IN THE WORLD! If you're in Longmont and don't stop in you're missing out on something very special.

We had dinner here last month when we were in town visiting family. The sausage knots were calling our name, so we got two orders! The house made sausage was so yummy, with the soft and crunchy dough surrounding it, covered in a garlic parm butter sauce. Next, we opted for half-white garlic pizza and the soppreseta with added roasted jalapenos. The crust was paper thin and stayed crispy and firm to hold the toppings. We all agreed it was some of the best pizza we ever had! Service was very good as well.

Best pizzeria ive tried in Colorado so far! Reminds of NJ/NY pizza. Quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Ceaser Salad as well.

I’d say this place is pretty damn good! My friend and I went there after months of talking about it nonchalantly. My friend got a beer, I got a glass of house red, and ordered a 20” white pie pizza with bacon on one-half. While their menu is very straight to the point and it’s not filled with unnecessary variety. Kudos for offering gluten-free options. 10/10 would recommend to try out! They do not offer dairy free alternatives, as most pizza places don’t. Bring plenty of lactaid if you want to give it a try!

Most pizza aficionados know that good water is a requirement for great dough . Now we all know that Colorado has great water, so why is it so hard to get a good NY style slice west of Buffalo? Well, Rosalee's nailed it. I asked my server and the response was that the owners did their research on recipes in the Northeast. It worked. The crust was crisp and didn't have a ton of extra flavors in it that distract from the sauce, cheese and pepperoni. They all were balanced and tasted great! I had a pepperoni and a pep/mushroom. I was told to definitely come back on a day that they had sausage slices. I will!

As someone from New Jersey on the hunt for good pizza out here in Colorado, I can say this is by far the best pizza I have eaten in this state. Rosalee’s gives off that mom and pop vibe that is rare to see here in Colorado and it felt like I was back on the east coast r the first time since moving here. Overall a really great experience in terms food, vibe, and service. Definitely try the sausage knots if you go they are fantastic!

Exceptional pizza. Among the best I've had in Colorado. The dough is a bit delicate for a New York slice but is crispy and satisfying. The serve by the slice but go for the full pie, it reheats well.

Ate here on a Saturday night. Sat on the patio. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed a "round" pizza. I think it's like 24" across. It was delicious and humongous! Had an appetizer of sausage balls. Made with in house made sausage, wrapped in dough baked and served with garlic butter drizzle. Delicious!!!

Loved the ambience of the place. Service was great and the pizza was delicious. It was $26 for a very large pizza margarita (6 slices that are comparable to cosmos' slices). The Cesar salad was $10 and very mediocre. I really enjoyed this place but the prices are a bit on the higher end. Would go back though.

Came here from Fort Collins after seeing great reviews. They were deserving!! Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Had custom made with pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage and ricotta. It was outstanding. Felt like I was in Boston’s North End or on Long Island. They nail the New York style to perfection. Come and dine in. Don’t complain about limited take-out. Thanks Tammy, We’ll be back. Thoughts of a place up my way??? ;)

Probably best pizza we have had in Colorado. Service was excellent. We had the special pizza, pepperoni, pickled peppers, basil, and Asiago cheese. Really really good. We also ordered the white pizza. Really tasty. Caesar salad was super tasty. And the antipasto salad. Omgosh, it's all absolutely horrid and my 1 pie, hour wait order wound up being wrong in the end. Shout out to my new friends at the "shared" couch table, you guys rock! Honestly, I just want a response from the manger explaining how in the world it's ok to act like this to friendly paying patrons picking up take out orders whilst dining in on appetizer beers. Can't wait, it's like season 2 of the Jersey Shore!

Do not order to go pizza here. They don't like to go orders, they'll treat you like second rate humans. The manager was horrid. She must be bored with life. The rest of the staff was trying to help us get our pizza. I appreciate them. Can't figure out why to go pizza isn't welcome. The decrepit manger essentially told us that if we would have dined in we could have gotten it faster. But why? Why is that your business model? I ordered a simple regular size cheese pizza. And a beer while I waited. Why did it take an hour to receive it? Why would dining in make it go faster? Isn't it better to get us in and out so that you can get more sales? My apologies to the staff that tried to make it right. Keep up the good work, you ladies are awesome! The rest of you can go eat your pizza in the middle of rush hour traffic.

My husband and son ate here for dinner last month and said it was very good. So we go back for lunch this month and it was just okay. We could tell that the pizza slices were reheated and not fresh. The garlic knots were really good. We would go back, but just order a pizza and not slices.

Fantastic food. You can tell EVERYTHING is made by hand. They make their own sauce and sausage. Very tasty. Service was good, efficient, and friendly, BUT, maybe a bit TOO friendly. Our bartender/server was way too overboard energetic. Other than that, great place!

The pizza is good, but this place is over-rated. Coming from a New Yorker, this is not it. This place is way too pretentious. They refuse to hand out ranch with their pizza and take offense when you ask. No pizza is too good for ranch. They also refused to add a topping to my slices (which they could have charged me for, but refused for some reason) Cosmos for the win in Colorado

The pizza was amazing with fresh flavors and the sausage had just enough spice in it. We had the happy hour special which was a sausage New York style pizza with pesto on it with red sauce. we also got the sausage garlic knots. These were amazing! The flavor with the garlic was perfect. The only issue was it was dry and when I asked for marinara to dip them in it was an extra $1. That’s not a problem. The problem was the sauce came to us cold. They should have warmed it up to make the experience/taste better. The service was great! Both bartenders were amazing. The second one spoke really loud to everyone and it was hard to really concentrate or talk to my friend.

Fantastic pizza, great place and very nice people. Two weeks in Longmont, went there twice - a favourite every time I'm back! TOO LOUD inside though, both times I went. Unnecessarily so.

The food was decent, definitely not what I expected! The service was mediocre. I felt as if my daughter and I were being watched the entire time. Therefore I felt rushed to eat due to the glares! It’s as if they’ve never served any one of color before! There wasn’t enough space to accommodate the guests!

Rosalee’s is overall a better experience in person. Calling at noon to get takeout for the night is a frustrating endeavor and I find the thinner crust doesn’t stay warm on the very quick walk home. In person is a great mountain pizza vibe with good beer and fun atmosphere. It’s some of the better pizza in Colorado and is priced as such. I personally prefer others in town but it’s my wife’s favorite.

I can't stop thinking about this place. Not only were the sausage stuffed garlic knots to die for but the atmosphere and service was so friendly. Rosalee herself walks around making connections with her guests which is so special. I will be back and everyone I talk to will know about how charming this pizzeria is!

The Great community Hub for Longmont. Great classic, rock punk rock and folk rock vibes. Cannot beat their lunch special by the slice. Come early come often. Excellent New York style pizza. Amy and her staff are absolute gems.

Although I love Rosalee's pizza, I have to give them a bad review. At 6:03 pm I called to place a to go order and was told that they couldn't get to me until 7:30 PM. Fine no problem. I told the lady all I wanted was a couple of slices. Could I come in and get them and the answer was yes. I arrive at the restaurant at 6:25 PM and I am told I can't make a to go at order and they stopped slices at 6 PM. This would've been helpful to know before I got in the car and drove all the way over there. Until today I was a big fan of Rosalee's. The problem is you can't get in there, they hardly answer their phone and they tell me no in too many different ways. Way too much. For that reason, I'm not coming back.

Absolutely best NY style pizza in Colorado. The crust - perfectly thin, crisp yet chewy. The sauce - balanced acidity and sweetness, the hint of fresh tomatoes and the rich depth of flavor both equally represented. The cheese - salty, gooey, blistered and browned just the right amount. This place gets it perfectly right. I gladly drive from Denver metro, mouth watering the entire pilgrimage. And an order of salty sweet caramelized homemade chocolate pudding to finish it off?! Can't be beat.

I love their pizza but do not go into the restaurant very often. the service has always been good. the only reason for the 4 stars instead of five is on the bottom of the receipt it states that the tips are not the employee they belong to the owner and the owner splits the tips between all employees. as a tipped employee myself we are paid way less per hour than other employees, our tips helps us to pay the bills. If I have a good server I want for that server to get the tip not the kitchen staff or the owner. In some cases if you have a buser or a bartender that helps you through the night yes the server should tip those people out at the end of their shift and most do so. To split tips among all employees is not fair to the servers who are on the front line dealing with the customers. I may not agree with this business practice but I have a hard time tipping if this is the property of the owner. Like I stated before, I want the server who took care of me be able to keep their tip.

Unfortunately, we waited about an hour to receive a burned pizza that I pulled a long, hair out of just as it was delivered to the table while the individual who delivered the pizza was present. There was no apology, no offer to remake the pizza, nothing. We won't return and suggest you save your money. This restaurant is very loud and fails to follow proper hygiene standards.

Hands-down, the best Caesar salad in Longmont! Homemade Caesar dressing, anchovy, crisp cold lettuce, and chilled salad bowl! Not to mention the cheese pizza is the bomb!

If you’re looking for the best East Coast style pizza in Colorado, this is it. This has landed #1 in my top 3 best pizza places in Colorado. It is in fact so good, I drive a 2 hour round trip just to get it. I am somewhat of a pizza connoisseur and I have search and tried over 50+ different pizza places in Colorado looking for that perfect slice. Let me tell you, this place has it all. The crust, the dough, the sauce, the cheese, ingredients, everything down to the cooking is done to perfection. You can tell the owner put their entire existence into making this pizza the absolute best it can be. Try this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

This was our first time after hearing exaggerated reviews on the place and we were extremely disappointed, not just by the food but mostly by the service and particularly the selfishness of the owner. We were told upfront that the pizza will take 40min to arrive so the waitress recommended if we were hungry to order a salad or more carbs. That was nice though…. It took 30min for a poorly made, antipasti salad to arrive, and before you think to yourself well they made it from scratch, yeah…. No! It’s a very poorly made salad (sounds good but…) After we got the pizza we were eager to try it because of all the exaggerated reviews (plus we were super hungry), after 2 bites it became very clear that we were eating dough with tomato sauce and a light sprinkle of cheese on top. There’s nothing wrong with that if that’s what you want but it was definitely not what we wanted, so when the waitress came to our table to ask how things were a voice in my head said I shouldn’t lie, so very politely I answer that taking into consideration the time we needed to wait and the exaggerated reviews about the place, it’s extremely disappointing. All we wanted was not to lie since she asked but she immediately brought her “manager” (which then turned out is the restaurant owner and the “chef”) and she went into telling us how wrong we are. You would expect when you are the client and the “manager” is coming to talk to you since they heard you’re not satisfied to be actually listened to, we ended up needing to listen to her explanation why she wasn’t able to accept that there are people who don’t like her pizza the way it is, she was offended and went into an explanation of why we should not complain and that we’re suppose to like it because to her that was the perfect pizza. So then she thought to buy us off after all that with chocolate pudding, saying:” well, you guys want chocolate pudding? I’ll treat you with chocolate pudding”…… do you think we got chocolate pudding? Nope. That’s not a person of her word. We didn’t care for chocolate pudding and we didn’t care about the conversation with her either, all we did was being honest about our opinion of the pizza since we were asked. Miss Amy, we don’t care that your dough is a 3 day dough, we don’t care that you thought that the pizza you made is perfect for you. It wasn’t for us and we ate leaving half of it where it was obvious that there was no cheese on it. We do understand that you find a lot of pride in your pizza which is great but you suck in empathy and understanding of costumers, and your word means nothing, that’s the kind of a person I won’t do business with. Miss Amy of course doesn’t need us as costumers, she got enough mediocre people who will pay for bad service and cheaply made food. We have higher standards. In conclusion, go there where you are NOT hungry. Doing a take out will solve the time problem these guys ALWAYS have. Second, If you’re like us and you don’t want to be basically eating dough with tomato sauce and a sprinkle of cheese make sure to add extra cheese or even double it (yes, that’s how much there’s no cheese on the pizza). And…… never get to talk to the owner if you are actually not a fan of the pizza, since she’ll just explain to you why she’s right and you are wrong. I guess that’s what they do in the east coast.

This was the best pizza we’ve had in NoCo. I highly recommend the Caesar salad and asking what the special is for the pizza. All of the ingredients were fresh and made in house. The space is small - get there early (before 5) for dinner. It’s worth it if you have to wait for a seat!

Lived in Poughkeepsie NY/New Haven CT for over 2 decades. Been in Co for 2 1/2 years. This is the first time I’ve found a pizza place that: A. Feels like a true New York pizza bar B. Has amazing lunch deals C. Has slices that remind me of New York. Other “New York” style places around should take note.

We finally went to Rosalee's for Pizza yesterday since always hearing so much about it and being pizza lover's we had to try it. Not sure what all the fuss is about as it was like eating pizza at the carnival. We got the 18 inch round which the crust was paper thin & kind of chewy hard and not much for toppings and kind of greasy. Outside of the edge crust the pizza was maybe a 1/4 inch thick total with the toppings. Not saying it was totally bad but it's not anything special to eat. Would honestly say MOD Pizza is better

We love the pizza as much as we love the owner, Amy… but we can only go 1-2x per year due to the super long wait EVERY TIME regardless of the night. Need a larger space or a better system to get folks seated without making us/them wait for SO long.

The slice of the day was crazy good. My friend ordered the whole pizza, some for lunch, and some for freezer camp. Popular joint! Midday crowd on a Wednesday was busy, lots of carryout orders went out the door while we sat and enjoyed lunch.

I have lived in Colorado for 15 years and will always make the drive for this pizza over any Denver proper or metro area offering when I want pizza. Every single pie hits. I love the white pie. It’s very comfortable, warm, delicious and easy going.

Our flight got delayed so we had a few extra hours and decided to check out Rosalees! It was great! From the atmosphere, pizza, and service, it was hard to beat! The inside was full but so we ate outside in the back! It was alittle chilly but they had heaters and blankets! The pizza was delicious! We definitely would go back!
