This is legit Cajun food! My ex wife was from the Bayou in Louisiana. I know the real deal.

During my first visit to the Yellow Green Farmers Market in Hollywood, I stumbled upon Roux Krewe, a Louisiana Cajun & Creole kitchen owned by Brad. What initially drew me in was the sight of customers visibly enjoying their crawfish. After completing my rounds, I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did.I opted for the peel and eat shrimp, and after a sample of Brad's gumbo, I couldn't resist purchasing two 32 oz containers of the "Big Easy" Creole Gumbo. It was absolutely delicious and incredibly satisfying. Back at home, we indulged in the "VooDoo" Peel & Eat Shrimp, cooked and seasoned to perfection, reminiscent of flavors straight from Louisiana. Not only was the food outstanding, but the customer service was also top-notch. Brad was incredibly personable, making each customer feel like a favorite.We're already planning our next trip back to savor more shrimp and explore the extensive menu further. For anyone craving delicious and authentic Louisiana cuisine paired with superb customer service, I highly recommend Roux Krewe (Booth 005) at the Yellow Green Farmers Market.

Best Gumbo and Crawfish! Owner is amazing and makes you feel welcome. He's so passionate about his food. Love it there!

Well seasoned/spiced Jambalaya! Very authentic will be back!

If you find yourself at the Yellow Green Farmers market I would highly recommend their Gumbo, easily the best I've had in Florida.

Absolutely fabulous. Found them at the Yellow Green Market and they will not disappoint. Ordered the Crawfish étouffée and the jambalaya and it was so authentic. Employee had a great positive attitude and saved me with water in the very hot market. Thank you for your kindness. Wish we could get your food outside the market as it really was excellent. The Yellow Green Market is rather challenging to get inside to purchase more of your fabulous food.

I met Brad and his wife in New Orleans at a cooking class. We were impressed with their love of creole food, knowledge of southern history and charm. We can’t wait to visit him and eat at Roux Krewe.

I tried the Gumbo and it was GREAT ! The owner was really nice and everything was soooo good !

Authentic and delicious!! We have been looking for some tasty Cajun & Creole food. If you too enjoy Louisiana cooking, stop by the Yellow Green Farmers Market and give them a try. It's worth the trip and you may even feel as if your back in New Orleans. You can get some hot food while you are there and take some frozen ones to go (a win-win).

Vegan, Creole, Cajun all of the gumbo is delicious. You are very talented. You get the “New Orleans approved” stamp. If you are looking for real gumbo, go to Roux Krewe. Thank you.

Real Cajun food! Love this place and the chef is an awesome dude who loves food and people. You really need to swing by here and pick up some gumbo, I promise you won’t regret it! Cheers!!

I literally love this spot. My girlfriend and I drive from Fort Lauderdale almost weekly to meet up with Bayou Brad (and if lucky his lovely wife Arianna). They have THE best/freshest seafood and overall food and it’s always a breath of fresh air to chat w Brad and his “big easy” going demeanor.. do yourself a favor and get Yo self some.. (and don’t forget the peel and eat shrimp!)

10/10 a hidden gem in Miami. Wife and I split an order of Jambalaya and it was absolutely delicious. If you’re in the area do yourself the favor!

A little piece of Louisiana in booth 005. Amazing food, amazing personal interaction with Brad and Arianna. Peel and eat shrimp, jambalaya, gumbo all so so good! My favorite spot to visit when I’m at the Yellow and Green farmers market. If you haven’t gone, please go visit the Roux Krewe. They won’t disappoint!
