Delicious subs and sweets and hands down the BEST bagels.

Holy crap. I'm in love. My first time, brought by someone who's been going since 2010-ish. Amazing sandwich, amazing cookies. Don't mind how the strip mall looks, the restaurant is clean and the staff is super friendly. And the food is the bomb diggity! Good portion size, good price, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

The best bagels in town. The honey walnut & the strawberry cream cheese are heavenly and they do not skimp on it! Also grabbed some of the chicken salad for lunch later in the day and I'm fighting to not eat the entire container! so delicious. Tuna salad is great too! Some items are a bit pricey but I've loved everything I've gotten so far.

This place is too legit to quit! Every menu item I’ve had was a banger. Rueben, Craps, Black Jack, Breaky Croissant, and blueberry bagel with strawberry schmear.

I’ve been there several times and they never have bacon. You’re a bagel shop with no bacon? I don’t understand. And if it’s not bacon it’s everything bagels. The bagels are subpar. The people are nice. Not really an environment I’d consider a place to hang at, more of a grab and go. As a former New Yorker this bagel shop in general is a disgrace. I almost want to open my own just so I can have a decent bacon egg and cheese

Delightful, delicious slice of New York atmosphere; welcoming, pro-active staff, and yummy food! The only real flaw is that the storefront is small enough where there are only two indoor tables and we would love to sit down and eat more often, but it's always crowded!

It's definitely more of a grab and go shop. They have like 2-3 tables outside but not much of a hangout spot, but the sandwiches are great and they have a key lime cake that is extremely tasty and stays good in the fridge for a few days.

Extremely dirty!!! Gotta say what once was not so much today. Needs a good cleaning. Employees even messy. Wearing Dirty aprons and dirty nasty aprons hanging on the swinging doors. Cases are dirty. Between cases full of old crumbs. No hand washing happening there. And what’s with employees in booty shorts. Not looking like a place I will continue to patron. Clean it up. If the front of the house is dirty I can only imagine the back! Ugh

Royalicious is a beautiful hole in the wall bakery that is a town favorite! It has held its strong reputation over the years by offering the freshest bagels, pastries, and food that the town has to offer. I highly recommend this place to any travel coming through Charlestown, WV!

How can I miss this place when I came back to visit my friends and family in Charles Town, WV?

Came in Only because I got a text message about a coupon. I tried to ask about it FIRST before ordering and the person was just like "sign in at the register after and it'll take care of it." Don't see anything on the receipt saying anything was taken off, don't see any prices in the store or online to see if it's actually anything else. Food's always good here but don't think I'll be coming back for a long while.

Absolutely LOVE Royalicious! I’ve been coming here for the past 10yrs and I have NEVER had a bad food. From their breakfast sandwiches to regular lunch sandwiches, pastries, and salads. EVERYTHING is always so good. My absolute favorites are the roulette sandwich, and their egg salad is to die for. I had them cater my sons grad party a week and a half ago and the amount of food was incredible. My whole family enjoyed everything. Everytime my parents come to visit the first place my stepdad wants to go Royalicious; he is in love with their cannoli’s. The service is always great and the girls are so friendly and so accommodating. If you are in or near Charles Town, WV you have to stop here and grab a bite to eat; you will not be disappointed.

Best Reuben I have had in quite awhile. Baked goods. Good grief. Fantastic. Raspberry thumbprints are my weakness. Reminded me of my grandmother cookies.

I went in today, and was sadly disappointed. Small sandwiches and baked goods we got were stale. The quality here has gone down.

Ordered a panini which is supposed to be a hot sandwich, everything was cold and noticed it was missing ingredients. Guess what, they just gave it to me like that and when I asked them about the missing spinach they said they just didn’t have any. They should provide that information before you make your purchase. Very rude lady. Very disappointed, never ever going back. $18 for that and an iced coffee

Our sandwich was excellent. The baked goods were awesome. The elephant ear was my favorite. Can't wait to try the bagels.

Unbelievable! Ordered a whitefish salad sandwich, a slice of cake, and a brownie - total came to $37! When I asked how much was the sandwhich, $18...the other $19 was for the brownie and slice of cake. No pricing is listed anywhere and I wonder if they pick and choose what they want to charge and to whom.

I've been coming to this bakery for years, and it never disappoints. Their consistency in quality and flavor is remarkable. A true neighborhood gem.

I am absolutely in love with this place! From the friendly staff to the AMAZING array of homemade baked goods, they don't miss a beat. They keep the line moving when it's busy in there and their service is impeccable. I'm totally hooked on their homemade cream cheese. Whenever I visit Charles Town, stopping here is a must.

The sandwich I got was phenomenal. The sandwiches were top notch and the baked goods were amazing. The canoli is something everyone should get.

I wish I had taken a picture of the Cuban I had. Man it was good. It was lunch yet the turn around time on the sandwich was quick. Great food!

I got the super sandwich and let me just say it was SUPER! The bread was PERFECT, the meat was too good, the pickles were some of the DILLIEST i have ever had !!! Me and my husband WILL be coming back tomorrow and the next day and the next day! This place is FIRE🔥🔥🔥🔥 And the Blonde Girl behind the counter was so nice and very pretty. FIVE STARS SUPER FIRE, BAGELS REMIND ME OF BACK HOME IN NEW JERSEY!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic food here. It is a bakery, and the baked goods are fantastic, but DO NOT HOLD OUT ON THE SANDWICHES! Absolutely phenomenal.

This place was a short walk across the parking lot after I finished Walmart errands. They had some free samples and encouraged me to try all of them. They were really good. One of the brownies caught my eye and the person working there cut me a big slice. She was so sweet and welcoming! Brownie was seriously delicious. Will be coming back for more :)

Bagels are good except they tend to be out of almost all the good flavors all the time now which is super disappointing for a bagel shop. Also eggs are disgusting and taste like microwaved rubber pieces that you have to chew forever. And pastries are dry and stale

I really like Royalicious, but can't make it there that much. Usually I'm satisfied, but not so much today. I bought a box of chocolate biscoti's, which were affordable, but I apparently was not getting fresh biscoti. I would've gladly paid extra for fresh biscoti's. So, I guess I'll be letting my coworkers no that they're not fresh, but love Royalicious anyway.

A dangerous place if you're on a diet! So many good desserts. Absolutely recommended.

This is a take-out place, but that seems like a poor description. Everything it offers is delicious. Some of it is absolutely gorgeous and also delicious. We often get deli foods, but when we went here most recently, it was to purchase some bagels, because -- unquestionably -- Royalicious has the best bagels in West Virginia. The place is located in a strip center, which doesn't seem to make sense, but you'll hear no argument from me. Maaaaahvelous!

I come here about once a week, usually for the awesome sandwiches but end up getting a few sweets and some bagels for the next morning. Everything on the menu is amazing, the service is excellent, and they now have a rewards program. Sometimes the line is out the door, so I usually call my order in ahead of time.

Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the inside guest area. VERY dirty. Makes us wonder what the kitchen looks like! The help bad mouthed other employees and they were out of a lot if things such as bacon and certain bagles that had tags on the shelves

Obsessed with this place!! Amazing baked goods, from sweets to bagels, it’s all fresh and delicious. The service is great. Friendly staff and warming atmosphere. Everyone feels like a regular when you walk in. Every time I am in the area I make it a point to stop in.

I come here all the time for lunch and some bagels to go. Staff is always super nice, too! It's so randomly hidden but it's easily the best bagels in about a 50 mile radius.

17.50 a pound is way too much for Regina cookies! I left there and got Regina cookies from NY for 8.50 a pound. Prices on flour , sugar and sesame seeds has not gone up that much. Greed, plain greed.

Small bakery with a large selection of baked goods. The cannolis are delicious. It is located in a strip mall with a large parking lot. There are a few small tables outside, but it is mostly carry out. Friendly and helpful employees. Prices are a little high.

Haven't been there in a while as I live in New York. But every time I visit my daughter who lives in Charles Town my husband and I stop there for breakfast.

Aug 24th my wife and I wandered in and ordered sandwiches and desserts. I had the Cuban sandwich which was the best I've ever eaten and I've had them from Cuban restaurants in Florida. We went back that Saturday to order more to take home (we are from Towson, Md and camping at the KOA). The take home was just as good. Thank you for excellent food. Pastries were excellent also.

Got an amazing sandwich today. Place looks sketchy from the outside, but what a delight inside. Super friendly staff. Order on 1 side....pay on the other. Busy at lunchtime, but the sandwich still came out quick.....OMG delicious. There are not many seats, so you might have to take it to go. There are a ton of pastries to top it off!

Used to be a good place before COVID and before their fire. Don't know what went wrong. Ordered 2 BLT sandwiches (that is bacon, lettuce, & tomato on bread) and a cinnamon roll. It was over $30. Might even have been OK if the bread was toasted and not old with hard, stale crust, and if the bacon wasn't cooked who knows how long ago and then reheated in a clump, and if the lettuce wasn't wilted. Struggled through one awful sandwich. The other sandwich went into the trash. Over $30. Will never be back.

We were in town for a small getaway and stopped by Royalicious for lunch. It was great! Definitely recommend.

I have been to Royalicious at least 7 yimes over the last year. They have some really great subs. Unfortunately they often run out of certain meats and the service can be quite slow. During my most recent visit I called ahead to order my sandwich, arrived 10 minutes later and waited an additional 30 minutes for my order. At one point I was informed they were wrapping up my order which took 20 more minutes. They blamed the wait on being short staffed but I watched other customers that arrived after me order and receive their food while I still waited. For this reason I will not be returning.

We love eating at Royalicious! We love to pair up a trip with a stop at Harper Ferry. We have tried many of their breakfast and lunch options and have never been disappointed. Plus, the wall of pastries and desserts are so tempting and delicious. Today we stopped by for lunch with my mother in law who is gluten-free and they made her sandwich over a bed of lettuce and it was just as tasty! Definitely stop by if you're in the area looking for a tasty meal or treat!

Everytime I'm in the area and they are open i stop and get a ruben. They are so generous with the portions. They taste is top shelf too!!

My wife & I purchased 2 cannoli's & 2 other desserts. The desserts & the cannoli's were very large & we were able to cut them in half to have for 2 sittings. The dessert's were delicious. If we are in the area again we would defiantly stop again.

Years ago I really used to enjoy coming here and getting their bagels pastries and sandwiches but I think their quality has diminished greatly in the last year or so. The facility inside is run down overall grimy and dirty, my Bagels were kind of stale and the two lattes that we ordered sat on the counter for 10 minutes while an employee went to the back to do who knows what. This is unfortunate because there's literally nowhere else in the state to get a decent bagel. I am a New York City native and know my Bagels. Hopefully they improve or the uneducated will just keep coming and getting subpar products.

Best Pastrami Rueben you’ll find - called Craps (like the table game). Super friendly staff and you’ll probably walk out with a free cookie in hand too.

We often don't take the time to thank one another. I wanted to make sure the ladies who worked today knew how nice and welcoming they were to my husband and I. It was our first visit to the bakery today and its my 18th wedding anniversary. The bagels & pastries are absolutely amazing. My husband is a chef and was wowed! The breakfast sandwiches made our morning. Thank you again for the great food and welcoming feeling :)

Moved here a couple years ago and finally found my favorite place. Sandwiches are insanely good, cannoli is top notch and customer service is great every time

Stopped by with my grandkids and the kind lady working behind the counter gave them cookies. Picked up a Cheese danish and Key Lime cake. Decided to go ahead and order lunch too. The Reuben sandwich was delicious. While the grandkids shared a PB and J sandwich. Good food and friendly staff. I will be back :)

I like what Royalicious has to offer. Their food is great. The wait for it, however, leaves something to be desired. A line can be four people long and you'll be waiting 20 minutes.

I drive 30 minutes to this shop and it is worth every minute to get my hands on some of the best food in the area. The people are friendly, the food is amazing, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. No complaints. I will always go back.

I love this place! You will be hard pressed to find a better bagel than theirs outside of New York city. The pastries are to die for, the sandwiches are in a class of their own. A weekend doesn't go by without a stop in this great little bakery! If you live here and haven't tried it, or just visiting, it's a must!
