Some of the best barbeque around. Always a variety of sides like Mac and cheese bites, scalloped potatoes, beans and the best coleslaw I have ever eaten. Russ may be gone, but his sons are carrying on the tradition and we all wish them great success in the future. We will miss you Russ.

Great little off the trail eatery. Limited menu, but the offerings are good. I will definitely be back when I get a chance to get back this way. It was nine (9) in my party and we left with no doggybags. We thoroughly enjoyed the ribs, buffalo burgers, and ribeye meals. John Goines and his fiance were a pleasure to meet and talk with.

Best barbeque pork sandwich ever! Sweet tangy with a little kick. Home made baked beans were absolute heaven and the coleslaw was rich and creamy. 10 stars!

My wife ("Cindy") and I were in Terra Alta for a camp anniversary dinner, and Russ's Ribs made the dinner. Fantastic sauce, tasty meats and lots of good sides made the meal good. What made it better was talking with Russ and hearing about the passions that make his food and life unique. Had a great conversation with Russ and got a gift of some sauce, to boot. Best BBQ and burgers in Preston County!!

Smoked Barbecue Ribs are tender and served with Russell favorite sauce. You can order steaks, half chicken, buffalo burgers, homemade French fries. His pulled pork barbecue sandwiches are very tender. He has healthy sides you can choose with a dinner. There is homemade cornbread or homemade bread. Very family friendly and courteous wait staff. The prices of his food are very reasonable. He also caters weddings and etc..

Great food. Visiting out town from Maryland. Food was outstanding. When I'm in town I'm heading straight to Russ'. Again OUTSTANDING FOOD!!!! RIBS FALL OFF THE BONE. THE POTATO SALAD IS BEYOND GOOD.

A little out of the way, but well worth finding it. The buffalo burgers and the pulled pork are both very good, and the service is excellent.
