The food is made with love! I love this place!

Sabai sabai is the closest thing to authentic Thai food since Thailand.. having had Thai in metro nyc, cali. We moved away to Irvine from Carlsbad, where we'd eat at the restaurant/order on Uber once a week, at least. I'm writing a review having needed to come down to San Diego running an errand.. we had to make a stop here. The lady owner is a sweetheart. Praying and hoping her many years of success!

One of my favorite Thai places. I love spicy but beware anything above a 6 spicy will light you up.

The Curry, Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao and Tom Ka soup were excellent! The staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding. We just moved here from LA and have eaten at dozens of Thai restaurants. The food here is outstanding and ranks with the very best we have ever had.. Fresh Vegetables, wonderful Curries and perfectly prepared dishes. Don’t be put off by the simple mall exterior. Go in or take out. A real discovery.

The best Thai food in the North County.

Sabai sabai is my favorite takeout spot in Oceanside they always have very good food, warm friendly service and great atmosphere. The food is consistently flavorful and I love the free egg rolls.

It's absolutely delicious 🤤 the quality is always amazing, I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm a regular and always craving it. I ordered take out from here for the first time and the food was very good. When I picked it up it was ready on time. The lady who rang me up gave me a little holiday bag of chocolate which I thought was a nice touch. Will definitely be back here as it is in the complex where I work and so close to home.

Flavors were good, but some of the pork was very chewy

Went on less busy hours. Really good service; felt home-y. Got the pad-see-yew and tom yum soup; it was well worth the price. Tip: know ur spice tolerance 😂don’t be cocky about it

First time trying Sabai Sabai Thai Kitchen and it was a truly enjoyable experience! Ordered the chicken Pad Thai and the flavors and spice were on point and complemented each other perfectly. Will be coming back for more!

Fried rice was delicious, white rice was delicious, chicken wings were delicious, BBQ chicken was delicious.

Great flavors and good portions. We had the Sabai Sabai curry w/chicken and the Kung Pao chicken. Both were excellent. This is one of our favorite take out spots in the area.

Small family restaurant with great food. Many Thai restaurants splash on the salt. Not so with Sabai Sabai. Good, fresh food like Mom would cook (if she were Thai). Fantastic cool ocean breeze coming through the door at lunch time. Be sure and ask the owner for a coconut candy when you pay.

If i could give 0 i would!. They give spoiled food. This is not just happened when i order to go but dine in. Especially the food that contained coconut milk with the overpriced food and not good quality or amount that's a ripped off!

The best Thai in Oceanside. Little space in a shopping mall that probably isn't the best atmosphere for dining in, but the food is amazing. We do takeout here all the time. Great price, good food, nice people.

I've been a regular at this restaurant for around 7 years now, and it's one of my absolute favorite places to visit and people to see. Every single noodle dish they serve is mouthwatering, and their curry dishes are bursting with flavor. Whenever I'm in California, I make sure to stop by, and my family also eats here as often as possible. It's a hidden gem that I am truly grateful for.

We love, love, love Sabai Sabai Thai Kitchen. The menu is traditional Thai with some additional options like their Sabai Sabai specialties. We are vegetarian and enjoy that they offer tofu and variety of vegetables in our dishes. We’ve had Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Pineapple Fried Rice and Panang Curry, Chow Mein, Fresh Hand Rolls, Egg Rolls, Tom Yum, Tom Kah, Glass Noodle Soup - We love them all! Portions are big and flavors are super bright and tasty. Finally - if you order take out, SAVE your containers and wash them. You can bring them to the restaurant, order take out and they will fill them up. It only takes them 10-15 minutes to make your order so you can hang out inside or go sit in your car and wait. Sometimes they will offer a small discount for bringing your own containers. It’s a HUGE win for us all. Save plastic, save money, and support local businesses.

Order Uber eats pickup placed the order for the spicy basil with tofu for protein I got chicken instead. The kitchen check only said basil #5 . It was a pick up order so no way to go back and return this.

If you like Spicy Thai, this is the place. I ordered 10 on spice level for Basil Chicken dish and they fulfilled that level. Finally! So many places provide a level 3 at best. It’s loaded with all the goodness a Thai Basil Chicken dish should have. Rice was packaged on the side, so there was plenty of it. Authentic, simple ambiance. I dig this place. 👍

Listen, this is the best Thai restaurant in Oceanside. It’s family owned and the staff are truly wonderful. We always have an amazing and enjoyable experience. The food is always delicious and consistent. We generally order 5 dishes at a time so we can take home to eat the next couple days. If you want it spicy, they know how to make it spicy.

The food is always good. Everyone in this restaurant, down to the cooks is Thai so the food is authentic and DE-LICIOUS. If you’ve been to Thailand and know what real Thai food tastes like then you’re going to love this place. Don’t walk, RUN!!!! Edit: I will say their pad Thai isn’t the best.. Rim Tally on Mission Ave has a way better pad Thai. But I love theses guys Chicken Noodle, Khao Soi, Wonton Soup (amazing when you’re sick) and drunken noodles are very good!

Delicious food, great staff, and good prices.

Easily the best Thai curry I've had in North County, it's not even close. Their curries are luxuriously thick and creamy, great texture and very flavorful. Their volcano noodle and crispy basil dishes are also delicious, as is every other stir fry dish I've tried here. You won't be disappointed, this place is great and very consistent with the quality of its food.

Unbelievably good curry and outstanding 3 flavor fish, absolutely kind, polite, and charming service. I was feeling queasy from a long car ride and we ended up eating appetizers in, then taking our mains to go, and the kind hostess quickly got me ginger candy and wrapped up our food for us. We will be back the next time we are in the area.

This place is so good. I moved to Oceanside almost 2 years ago and am so happy I FINALLY found Sabai Sabai. I got the Pad Thai and Panang Curry. Both were outstanding. Absolutely delicious. This place will be my go to place!

Some of the worst Pad Thai I've ever had. Bland, flavorless, and colorless. Unless you get it spicy, then it will be spicy, flavorless, and colorless. Some will try to call this authentic, but it's just terrible. Authenticity is no excuse for this abomination. I've had Pad Thai in Thailand and it's really a phenomenal dish anywhere in the country. Noodles are overcooked and far too sticky. When you dig into it and pull some noodles away it just tears because the noodles are so destroyed from being overcooked and you just get a ball of disgusting mush. I'd share a photo but this dish is already in the trash where it belongs.

The food was alright, but the atmosphere was lacking. Paper plates and to go style dishes were the name of the game here, which gave the place a cheaper feel than the food was worth. Also, the curry I had was unfortunately pretty oily and the rice wasn't great quality. I would try someplace else next time I had a hankering for thai food.

Love love love the pad thai, chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu. Try any of the meats, but it’s all about the sauce and the seasonings. If you want authentic Thai food go here and try it out.

I’m torn and confused as to how to rate this place... Sometimes when I order curry, it’s literally THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD, while other times (like it was today) it is very watery and lacking in flavor and spice. It’s almost like they have two cooks and you just have to hope you get the good one. I’m not sure what to do about it cuz honestly it’s so worth the money when it’s good, but a waste of money when it’s not.

Found this place on Uber eats and I’m hooked! The best pai Thai I have had. Everything we have ever order has been delicious. We have order from this restaurant so many times since quarantine. I look forward to going in once it open up for dinning!

Whatever you do, don’t get spice level 5 or 7. Boy was it HOT!! But the food was just phenomenal. Sure it hurt to eat, but it was that good pain. Similar to getting a tattoo. And did I tell you about this mango sticky rice? Out of this world decadent! A must try.

The vegetable Volcano Noodles are incredible!! I just ordered it for the first time. Last time, I had the chicken pad thai which was delicious, but I wanted to try something different and with more veggies. The veggies were fresh and so tasty in the volcano noodles! The portion size is generous. I will definitely order it again.

This is my new go-to place for fried rice.. I stumbled on this place quite by accident.. It's small and unassuming.. I'm a huge fan of Thai food. It got ok reviews.. but I thought I'd give it a shot.. I was only getting a side on this visit.. I ended up with the spicy fried rice with chicken.. they let you choose the spicy level.. I choose a 5 (out of 10).I could not stop eating it. It had just the right amount of heat to set my mouth on fire, but not so much that I could not enjoy the flavors.. I will try more dishes and review more next time. This place gets it right..

I found this place in Oceanside, they were friendly, fast, accommodating (most places won't serve the sticky rice while Mangos are out of season, but they made me the rice alone as I requested in concession!). Everything was amazing to the point that if I were in town I would eat there for either lunch or dinner every day- it's that good! Try the Thai tea, the Pad Thai is phenomenal, and the STICKY RICE leaves you craving more and wishing for it!

My husband and I were craving thia, after googling decided to come here because they had great ratings. So glad we did the food was exquisite, I had the Pad Thia spicy 8 and my husband had spicy noodles. The price was great quite atmosphere and courteous staff. Will be returning.

Been here twice. It's a small Thai restaurant on Oceanside Blvd. They do not serve alcohol but looks like they applied for a license to serve. My first experience was 4 Stars then my 2nd was meh... Food: Pad See Ew with Tofu Fried Chicken with Spicy Sauce Yellow Curry with Chicken Sticky Rice Papaya Salad The pad see ew and sticky rice were delicious. The first time i ate the chicken wings it was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. I tasted the yellow curry and although it was just alright, I prefer panang instead. This last visit I ate the papaya salad and in all honesty, I will never order this again. The papaya was drowning in fish sauce like it was pre soaked. We barely put a dent in it and didn't take it home. I also ordered the wings again and this time around the wings were not cooked all the way through. I brought it to the attention of the man working the front counter. He offered to remove the wings from our bill but we said he didn't need to as we ate around the area that was cooked. Overall, a cute little restaurant but I don't think I'll ever return here.

Very clean and nice atmosphere I have stopped in once for dinner and twice for lunch in the last 2 weeks, my work just put an office in the area so this is a 3 minute walk for me I eat vegetable based-vegan food, they cooked up great options for me.
