I've gone here 2 days in a row, they need to bring this to California! If you want quality viet food and I mean QUALITY, this is the place to go. I tried their pho ga and the chicken banh mi and I dont even usually go for chicken but its SO GOOD HERE. And their ca phe is super authentic. Just the way i like it, strong and not too sweet but just right! Ana took care of me and made this Californian feel welcome :-)

Bahn mi drip is so good you must try it if you like bahn mis or French dips. So so good.

After having visited HCMC this past spring, we decided to give this place a try while in Seattle for a conference. It did NOT disappoint! Vietnamese coffee was on point, the pho was awesome, and we're still thinking about the banh mi drip! Amazing place, would definitely recommend if you want some amazing Vietnamese food!

The food and drinks were incredibly delicious. I really enjoyed the wider pho noodles that makes the pho more authentic as how it’s made in vietnam. The aesthetics inside was pleasant and welcoming. Our server Kevin also provided us with an amazing service. Def will come back to check out more food. Highly recommend 5/5 stars!

Fantastic little shop! Everything was super fresh and delicious. The veggie pho broth was super flavorful—not a common perk. Anna was super sweet and gifted us brown sugar milk teas, which was just icing on the cake.

Pleasantly surprised with how good this place was! The ribeye hot pot was amazing! We were also offered to try their fish sauce chicken wings and I’m glad we said yes. It was crunchy on the outside and not dry at all. Everything was good down to the fries. Jasmine and everyone else were so nice and very accommodating.

So good! Me and my friend both got the bahn mi drop. The meat was so tender and juicy. Great crusty bread. You don't even need the broth on the side, the bone marrow broth definitely puts it over the top. Jasmine also was so nice and had great customer service! Will definitely try the pho next time we’re back.

After a day of long travel from the Midwest, we stumbled on this place, and what a treat. This is the best Banh Mí and Pho that I’ve ever had. Our food came out fast, was steaming hot, and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and Delaney checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We appreciate her too!

The overall experience was delightful - from the inviting ambiance to the exceptional food. Speaking of which, the Bahn Mi Drip stands out as an absolute must-try. The succulent, flavorful meat complemented perfectly by the vibrant pickled veggies and the crunch of the toasted bread made it an irresistible choice. Undoubtedly my favorite dish on the menu! I had my cousins visiting from California and they were instant fans! 8/22/24 Update I’ve been waiting for someone to suggest we go to Saigon Drip cuz I have been craving their Bahn Mi dip and fresh rolls. So when my cousins asked me if I wanted to join them for lunch, I did not heritage and jumped in my car and made my way. Special thanks to Jasmine who took care of us during the lunch hour which was crazy busy but the vibe was good, food was good and my belly was full!

Saigon Drip delivered a wonderful dining experience with delicious, authentic Vietnamese dishes. I enjoyed the Tofu Vermicelli with fish sauce, while my husband loved the rich Steak Pho and aromatic coffee. Our server, Anna, was exceptional, attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere and great service make Saigon Drip a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

I have been to Saigon Drip twice and both times the food and service were exceptional. The Banh Mi Drip (their version of the French Dip) is delicious. Kevin (the server on duty) was also super helpful. Whenever I'm in the neighborhood, I intend to stop by.

Holy yes mother of sandwiches the drip banh mi was absolutely delicious. Not only was the banh mi gone before my eyes shortly after receiving it but the pho broth dip didn't stand a chance either - gone within seconds of the last bite of the banh mi. As we're hanging out and enjoying our grub comes Kevin, a very attentive and comforting employee, who made sure our cups were filled and stomachs satisfied. Kevin rocks and recommended the wings next time we come in!

They are so busy that they don't need my review but hey they are the best. The food is fabulous and the staff are efficient and friendly. Even when there is a big line, they somehow manage to make the wait less time than expected. Thank you!

I had one of the best banh mi's I have ever had (I ordered the traditional one)...and I am from Orange County, CA. The bread had a perfectly crunch crust with a soft inside that did not overwhelm the bread-to-meat/veggie ratio. The meat was the perfect amount of seasoning while the pickled veggies was the right amount of sweet and tart to contrast with the meat. It was AMAZING. Also ordered the durian Cafe Sua Da for a relative. Her words: "perfect balance of bitter, sweet, and durian flavor". She generally is very reserved with her compliments and enthusiasm for any food or drink, yet she finished the coffee in less than 5 minutes, which I have never seen her do before. I would visit Seattle just to have another Banh Mi here.

The food here is amazing! Had the fish sauce wings and banh mi drip, both so good! The banh mi drip sandwich is so unique and not something you would find anywhere. The broth for the banh mi drip was sooo good I can only imagine how good their pho is!! The fish sauce wings had the perfect balance of sweet and salty and the batter is very crispy. The service was great, friendly staff and food came out quickly. Will definitely be back again to try their noodle soups

The Bahn Mi Drip is like a Bahn mi and pho had a baby. Absolutely delicious! My only complaint is that my tea with jelly did not come with a larger straw - making it hard to get the good stuff at the bottom.

Anna was so good to us! She recommended some chicken wings and cleared the table for us during a very busy time. I recommend the banh mi drip. The cashier guy said it would change my life and it did. Its like a prime rib dip but with banh mi and pho broth instead. The drinks were good as well. But get it with less ice if you can.

I ate at the Saigon drip Café for the first time a couple of days ago. I had their chicken pho and it was great. It had a nice flavor and everything was really fresh. My friend had a sandwich that she really liked and it also looked like it had very fresh ingredients. Our server, Kevin, checked in with us multiple times. There was something I needed to change on my order and he took care of it right away for me. He was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place for lunch!

Visiting Seattle and I had to have some pho. Jasmine helped make sure I had an amazing experience and the food was soooo good!

Fast and easy lunch. The brisket meat was the best and I liked the unique way they seasoned their broth. We tasted the brisket on the fries too, while great the overall experience was best as a sandwich versus fries for my preference. The bread it was served on was an equal match to for the meat. Thanks again Anna for a great 1st time experience.

My Husband and I came here while visiting Seattle for the weekend and found this Pho spot. From the food to the atmosphere this place is legit a 1000/10. Kevin was super friendly and helpful and even went as far as recommending multiple Lowkey spots around Seattle that would enhance our visit. The Banh Mi Drip, the Caremlized fish sauce chicken wings and the pho were absolutely amazing. If I ever come back to Seattle this place is definitely first on my list.

First time going there a few years ago, I was curious. Got to try their foods and drinks. Didn't know I had something good in my neighborhood. It's going on a few years strong and I still go there to enjoy some good Banh Mi, it's totally worth ordering esp if you are in a rush to grab something fast and tasty, you must order it with their pho broth which makes the food taste even betterrrr. So glad their doing successful and strong

The food here is unbelievably good! I’m Vietnamese and always looking for a solid Viet restaurant everywhere I go. Def one of the best bowls of pho I’ve ever had (fresh, flavorful, good-sized portions). Service was also very quick. Anna, one of the staff, was so kind and welcoming! Highly recommend!!

This was a great lunch stop before exploring seattle with my guests. The food was exceptional (the broth is why we came) but when we had questions and needed a lil help it wasnt hard to find because the service was super helpful and attentive. really good sausage banh mi that came out perfectly toasted and tasted really fresh, the fish sauce chicken wings were great too - definitely on the sweet side but i didn’t mind, i like that it came with the pickled carrots and daikon on the side. shoutout to caysha and michael for the great service! even though it’s an order at the counter place, caysha came around to all the guests asking if anyone wanted water and checked in on how the food was which was much appreciated!

It was an amazing place tucked away in little Vietnam in downtown Seattle. The service was impeccable, the server actually came over several times and made sure that we were well taken care of and there was anything else that we needed. He brought over waters for us and asked if we wanted any additional drinks. They just celebrated their 1 year anniversary and are looking to now expand! They certainly live to their, fresh food made fast, food was delivered to our table within 10 minutes. The banh mi drip up to the hype, I don’t know what they put in that sauce, but it was finger, licking good. The meat was extremely tender in the bone marrow soup was piping hot. We also got a side order of the chicken wings were some of the crispiest fried wings I’ve had. they’re only open until 10 PM at this location, I wish they were open a little bit later for some late night eats. There’s a little parking strip on the street behind it which makes it easier. I’ll definitely be back with some friends!

Saigon Drip is one of my new favorite places for báhn mi! Located in pioneer square, the restaurant has lots of natural lighting and seating inside and outside. It was super busy when we arrived, with people constantly coming in and ordering. The service is super friendly and fast, we were helped by Anna who recommended her favorite flavor of chicken wings to us! There was a photo booth and some decorations up to celebrate their one of opening! I ordered the Veggie Vortext bahn mi and added an egg on it. To drink I got the taro milk tea. And we got Anna’s recommendation of the honey siracha wings. We loved our food, it was very fresh and came out quickly. The milk tea had a great taro flavor. I recommend trying this spot!!

Prices are a bit expensive, but the bahn mi and broth were both very good! Limited service and we had to clean our own table so it’s not your typical sit-in restaurant.
