usually love this location but the guy employee working drive thru on sept 11 was very rude and unprofessional. please the location was dead and he was acting like making my order was going to take hours long. i don’t appreciate the attitude over a salad.

I grab salads at least once a week from this location but yesterday and today; they have totally messed up our orders. I think most of us go here so we can get a customized salad if needed for dietary needs. Yesterday the complete wrong order was delivered through DD so I let it slide bc it could have been DD. Today however; I ordered and picked up our salads. It literally had 5 pieces of chicken on it. Paid for extra toppings on it there were not there. Requested removed items due to dietary needs were still on the sale ( bacon,feta ect) highly disappointed and to be quite honest annoyed since it is two days in a row money spent on food that my family cannot eat. 😡

Their COBB salad is terrific. Timing is everything. Get there before noon or after 1. Fresh salad ingredients conveniently packaged so you can add the packaged dressing to the salad, shake it in the container to distribute the dressing over your salad without making a mess. Pro tip: use their app for WAY faster service! The most inexpensive beverages around. Their Arnold Palmer is outstanding!

Ordered online and given a time for pickup. Arrived 10 min later than pickup at the window. Said my name and what I ordered. They looked like a deer in headlights. Why order ahead when you you have to stand at the window and wait?

Getting real Chipotle and Panda Express vibes from the portion sizes. I got a Cobb salad. Had a slice of avacado, hardly no lettuce or tomato and was halfway done with the salad after two bites. I got this on my lunch, with no time to go back. I'll make my own salad next time.

I agree with Daniel Bryant- this location has gotten stingier and stingier with their portion sizes. The breakfast burritos used to be hearty, but they've gotten smaller and smaller. The one I got today was a joke- more tortilla than fillings. The salads are rarely full anymore. The service is always great and the food is tasty, but I wish they'd raise their prices instead of reducing their portion sizes on the sly.

Wifey and I very much enjoy ordering ahead for our Tuesday lunches together. The salads are super tasty, the staff are always super friendly and I've never had to wait longer than 30seconds at the window for my order. Thanks for the service!

They ran out of pesto and didn’t mention it to me when I ordered a Caprese salad. Got home and was super bummed. What’s a caprese without pesto?!?!

Today, I ordered the Kung Pao shrimp and definitely recommend it is just awesome 👌 full of flavor.

Not impressed at all, my pick up time was 7:27 it’s now 7:32 and I have watched 5 cars in the drive through line order there salads get made and leave while I wait on my order that isn’t ready yet . Which I clearly ordered before them 🙄.

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. You should be able to add things and take things away without the up charge.

This location skimps on the toppings! Totally agree with another review. Visible difference from the location on Gilbert and Guadalupe. However I got an extra dressing which I didn't ask for..... I will stick to the other location.

this was the best location......I don't know what happened but they need to fire this manager or all the employees I was just given a burrito with almost nothing it and literally it was ice cold down half the burrito shame this location for sucking at there job

Every time I come here, they are out of something. Last week it was steak for their seasonal. Today, it’s cheese for breakfast burrito. I’ll go to another location from now on.

Don't go here they have cold burritos. After ordering three burritos and traveling to target my wife says the burritos are cold but I'm starving so she ate the burrito. I ate a second cold burrito realizing I couldn't eat another cold burrito I took it back. I asked for a refund and without any apology says you ate the burritos no refund or offer to make two more burritos. And we bought a gift card. Super rude and she knew she was. after asking for a fresh burrito they gave me a mini size with all the chilies which were cold at the back of the burrito. DON'T GO HERE STAY AWAY FROM THESE RUDE PEOPLE

About to stop going to Salad and go. The last 3 of 5 Ceasar salad wraps have been tiny.

They run a takeout, drive through style buisness without the space to accommodate their peak buisness hours.

We bought 2 chicken cobb salads. There was no boiled egg, hardly any chicken or cheese and the tomatoes were borderline rotten. This is the 3rd time the tomatoes have been this way. We go to salad and go weekly, this is the only location I have issues with consistently.

I love Salad and go, especially the wraps. I am a very frequent customer at various locations. I have noticed uncomfortablely that the location on Gilbert road in Gilbert has challenges. Other locations are usually very fast and effective. That location is very slow, in orders and pick up. It is also a very busy location. Which makes the visit quite ridiculous. Please address this issue. I continue to be a happy customer. Thank you.

Great place! Tasty breakfast and lunch items at a great price!

The drive thru wait is usually 15 minutes, so be prepared. Although we went through in under 5, it was empty. Great salads and they will take requests and substitutes. We recommend the arnold palmer, greek salad, bbq ranch salad, cobb salad, and harvest salad. Enjoy!

Why does this Salad and Go always give you less than every location? Still good food, but really disappointed in this location. This is the only reason why I don't like going to this location. Which is sad, I go to other Salad and Go locations 2+ a week, even though this one is closer.

I’m pretty sure my husband and I make up about 80% of Salad and Go’s sales because we eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at least 2-3 times a week! Amazing prices, amazing salads, amazing concept, amazing service, amazing everything!! Where else can you go for healthy fast food that is actually filling and won’t break the bank?? I cannot and will not say anything bad about Salad and Go ever and I will continue eating as many delicious salads as I can!!

Oct 2023: NEW hot coffee ☕️ 😋 just in time for the cooler months....yeah! 6/6/2023: bluebeberry basil lemonade is back....so good 😋 This is the place I go to get my favorite drinks. Always tough choice on which drink to get especially when they include seasonal flavors too. 😋 my wife loves their salads and will sometimes share with me when I start drooling 🤤 😋 Today we tried the breakfast burros and they were surprisingly filling. Wife had the traditional burro and I had bacon & egg. Both were delicious but we really enjoyed the traditional which had chunks of meat and lots of flavor over the smaller cut bacon n egg burro. Don't forget the salsa! Green was are favorite 😋

I frequent different salad and go's around town. This one however, close to home, will always be my fave. Always fast and fresh. You guys need a tip jar!

Today I ordered the Antipasto salad with tofu and the BBQ Ranch salad with chicken. The lady on the intercom asked if I wanted salami on the Antipasto and I said yes. When I got home, the receipt said I paid for extra tofu, and there was NO salami. The other salad was ok. So frustrating!

Update: makes me really sad to do this but this place has gone way down hill and I won't be back. Breakfast burritos and salsa packets are about half the size they used to be. Today I waited for over 20 minutes being only the 5th car in line, only to be told (at 10:30) that they were out of eggs and couldn't make more. New spot is Los Fav's: bigger burrito for the same price as SnG since I now have to order two anyways. ✌️ This place is absolutely amazing! I'm here at least 2-3 times a week. The salads, soups and breakfast burritos are all FIRE! (and incredibly affordable) At lunch time the line usually wraps around the building and yet 10 minutes later, you're driving away with your food. Outstanding service, every. single. time. Their mission is to make food *cheaper* and have even lowered their prices in the past... name another food chain that does this... I'll wait lol. If you're thinking about it, just go there! You won't regret it.

We really love salad and go and think they're an excellent addition to the "fast food" market. We've had a few issues where we won't get the meat in our salad or other things like that. They move fast so it makes sense things go wrong at times.

Healthy choices at affordable prices. The line at lunch can be impossible. You can still in the morning and pick up a salad for lunch to avoid the lines. Chicken tastes canned but is acceptable for the price. The steak isn't good enough to justify the upcharge.

Such a healthy start to the day. Try the Mediterranean bowl..spinach feta..avocado...eggs..with some green salsa...omgggggggg

Went to leave a review on the survey receipt but I believe I threw it out by accident. Started going here recently since it was a healthier option compared to what I would typically eat. The service and food has been amazing! Big shoutout to the boy Carter, super nice kid and super helpful with any questions I had on the menu.

First of all, I’ll a Salad and Go fan. But I just ordered 2 Thai wraps and they didn’t include the sauce and I live 25 miles away in Maricopa so driving back isn’t an option. First time ordering at this location I’ve never had an issue before. Wont return to this one.

I've been here quite a number of times. Salads are always fresh. The greens are nice and crispy. The cucumber mint lemonade is my favorite, however the new blueberry basil is very good as well. I will say that the quantity of salad seems to be reduced as of late, but the prices have not gone up. I suppose this is how they are handling inflation.

It's been a few weeks since visiting a salad and go, been tired of the incorrect orders from drive through, figured it'd be a good treat. Drove by did the usual order, found out tomatoes are no longer included in ceaser wraps (super excited) am told over intercoms I no longer have to say no tomatoes. Wait time was astronomical, for a drink and a wrap had 4 cards behind me line up as I waited. Then proceed to go home and find barely any lettuce and... you guessed it, tomatoes in the wrap. Thank God yall don't cut them up.. Please get your orders in correctly. Every stores training sucks. You only have me as a customer cuz of my own laziness, don't make me show you how to do your job, it's not just this location.

They absolutely killed it! I had 7 salads, all with substitutions, and I could not get the app to work. They took the order at the window for me, even though I am sure they were not happy about it. Once my order was put in, they had all the salads done in like 5 minutes!!

I’m not sure what is going on at this location. The drive thru takes about 45 minutes but it used to be a lot quicker. They used to fill the bowls pretty well but the portions of food are really small now, specifically the protein. The menu could use some new options like salads with fruit it them like they used to have.

This is not a review of the food, but the wait times. This location used to be fantastic, but something has DEFINITELY happened. I’m not sure if it’s new ownership or what, but it’s like watching grass grow it’s so slow there now. It used to be zippy, but now it seems everyone is on turtle speed there. Mornings are the worst, but some afternoon trips I’ve made are equally as slow. It’s super noticeable. Owners, it’s definitely something to look into. You’re losing customers. PLUS, the clogged intersection for those coming in for Fry’s food is getting dangerous as your lines clog up that intersection. It’s so slow that I’ve had time to write this review and edit it several times WHILE IN LINE.

Terrible customer service. Young kids don't know how to serve or be respectful towards customer's. Lil kids trying to play adults, joke establishment.

Simple, fresh and cheap. Everything made to order and customizable. The salads are fantastic, but it's also a great breakfast option with a burrito and a coffee coming in for under 5 bucks.

Really enjoy the salads. However, the wait times in the drive thru are unacceptable. I have made mention of this on past occasions and I don't see this improving. Also, walk up line is super long as well.

Wow!! The two lovely ladies working this Saturday morning were helpful, we were greeted immediately upon approaching the menu. Our order was taken promptly. The service we were given was fast great and with a smile! We got to the office and opened our breakfast burritos and wow! They were fantastic. Great value, wonderful service, scrumptious food! Salad and Sit In Your Car trapped in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Get a salad you have no time to eat because your 60 minute lunch break is over by the time you get food.

Bruh, but why is the by far the slowest Salad n Go around! We are well beyond covid, let's get the walk up window open, ain't nobody trying to spend 30mins of their lunch break waiting for salad. Now let's talk about that, cause this location is stingy! Not only do you get to get rabbit food but you get the portion of one too! Shame shame cause the food is pretty bomb and affordable .

I visited the location on Cooper Rd and Warner Rd on March 22nd at approximately 1:30pm. I ordered the Jalapeno Ranch salad with chicken. Upon shaking my salad with the dressing, I noticed some small dark looking pieces. After further investigation, I found multiple big pieces of this slimy, dark, ROTTEN lettuce. This is disgusting and I expected much better. On top of that, this location NEVER gives a receipt. No hello, no smile, no thank you. Terrible customer service and rotten food.

This location is an online order only. You cannot order at the walk up window or drive through, you have to order online, then let them know you ordered online so they make it, and pick up your order.. doesn't make any sense.

This location has gone straight downhill over the past few months. Every time I go they are out of wraps, dressings or toppings. Every. Single. Time. I will no longer buy from here.

Salad and Go is great. Unfortunately this location on numerous occasions has ran out of wraps which is kind of funny as all they serve is salads with or without tortillas. Either management is not looking at their flow and anticipating customers or someone is forgetting to order supplies....

They are always out of something. Dressing, cheese, lettuce. They also make your salads so small. They fill the bowls halfway compared to other places where they fill them up. I will try to find another location even though this one is 2 blocks away.

Since their lettuce is precut when they get it, it is loaded with preservatives. I can taste these preservatives and it is a really strong. It's unfortunate, since they claim to be a healthy alternative.

I have come to this location multiple times placing a mobile order online and I am always impressed by the staff and the accuracy of my order each time. Yes it can get crazy crowded around weekday lunch time but that’s expected and makes sense to order ahead to ease that. Today 1/11 around 1pm I went and wanted to give an extra shout out to the woman helping the mobile orders with the short hair and glasses (I’m sorry I don’t know your name). They had a huge order ( I think over 30 drinks and meals) ahead and she handled the shortage of beverages and the busyness outstanding. She was very empathetic and deserves to be recognized for her hard work and all the other staff too. Also the salads are tasty and very affordable for what you get!

When I'm not in the mood as a solo person to chop up all my vegetables, I get a salad with mostly organic ingredients from here, never have to get out of my car, the price is amazing and the salad dressings are delicious. I usually get two if not three days out of the salad for under $7

Love this place. Low calorie, very filling, delicious, fast and cheap. This is now my go to fast food place. Wish we had some of these in Utah.

The service was super quick and amazingly friendly! My fiancée is lactose intolerant, so we need to be careful about the cheese and dressings. The lady that helped take the order was very helpful with that!!

EDIT: I have discovered the source of the gross flavor, it was the mixed greens. I don't know if they changed them or I just wasn't getting mixed greens before, all I know is I can't stand the way they taste. So now I simply alter my order to contain romaine only and the salads have returned to their former glory! 5 stars. I've been eating Cobb salads from this location almost every week for a very long time. They are the best!! But in the last six weeks or so, something changed. I can't figure out what ingredient it is, but something tastes so nasty I've now had to throw my last few salads out. It tastes like freshly cut lawn grass. Somebody please help, WHAT CHANGED? This location is superb otherwise. I will change my rating once I figure out what the heck happened and what that horrible taste is.

I don't know who was working tonight but he told me to "hold" at the speaker and never got back to me! There were NO cars in front of me and a line of cars behind me. I finally drove around to the window where he continued to ignore me. I finally just left and I won't be back to this location. Terrible experience.

I am a regular to the this location and used to love it. The last 3 visits I have had, the salads are skimpy on the toppings. I order the Buffalo chicken salad but customize it to add pico and cucumbers and remove tomatoes, carrots and croutons. I would always get a good, and seemingly standard, portion of the 2 added ingredients. As you know, I pay more for the added ingredients and get nothing off for the ingredients I remove which is fine. Expect it isn't fine with the quality of food I've recently had. The last 3 visits have had 4 pieces of cucumber and maybe half a scoop of pico. I guess I'll have to try a different option for my salad when I don't prep my lunches at home because these arent worth the $7 anymore. It's a bummer because it's so close to my house.

Been here a handful of times and they literally never get my order right. I always ask for no protein because I’m a vegetarian and they almost always put chicken in my wrap. I don’t notice until I’m already home and can’t do anything about it. I always give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they’ll get my order right, but they don’t. I’ve wasted enough money here for food I can’t even eat. Make sure you double check your order, especially if you’re vegetarian or vegan.
