Got it to go. Love the caprese salad, but it's seasonal only. Wish it was year round

Traditional burrito, Chicken ceasar salad and cold brew was perfect!

Used drive thru. Quick with order. I love the Cobb Salad with chicken, fresh tasty, plenty of it.

Quick and filling! 100% accuracy on orders for the last 6 years straight, and we go at least 3 to 4 times a month! Excellent! Can't beat the prices either!

We ate salads from here last night. I got a Thai salad with steak. My GF got an Autmn salad with chicken. We both got stomach issues from it. Mine hurt an hour after eating the salad. Hers is this morning. It's the only thing that we ate in common.

It’s a shame that I have to post this review, but on two occasions I have ordered salads with steak and have felt unwell afterwards- I always thought it was just me. Especially because my go-to is usually chicken and I always feel fine afterwards. Last night, we had stopped by with friends and our friends who ordered the steak salads both woke up early this morning throwing up and exhibiting signs of food poisoning. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be back.

We love the lemonade! When I order my favorite salad, I’m never disappointed! This place is consistent.

Let me start by saying I love this place and frequent it! However, my last few experiences were not good. Ranging from wilted greens to mushy tomatoes, they seem to be slipping at this location. Today I ordered a Cobb salad with chicken and extra dressing. My salad had only a few pieces of chicken and one tiny slice of avocado. Also, I was given ranch dressing instead of bleu cheese. Definitely ruined my lunch break.

Always awesome, affordable, and their salads are amazing. They're really fair with pricing too—definitely not your usual rip-off salad joint.

I love Salad and Go but hadn't been in months. My salad barely had anything but lettuce. I ordered it with chicken and there was just a few chunks. The dressing was awesome but the salad overall was pretty lame

This location is painfully slow every day during lunch. You think they would know how to make a quick salad during the lunch rush, but you are almost guaranteed to wait at least 15 minutes in line every day for lunch during the rush.

Super fast service from some polite workers. I am a sucker for a good caprese salad and this place has a good one. I also enjoy there frozen strawberry lemonade.

Honestly their traditional burrito for the price and flavor has been the best burrito in Arizona that I have had in the past three months from moving here!

Great salad but a little too spicy for me.

I think I visit this location almost every day I love the Cobb Salad with chicken. I try to split the salad for 2 meals. So I ask for 3 blue cheese dressings. And I will pay whatever the cost I don't expect them for free. But when I order and I ask for the 3 dressings I get only 2 some off the time. They repeat my order correctly so I have not, in 3 occasions, and when I get home there's were only 2. So disappointing!! I pay the same amount 8.41 or 8.46 I can't remember. But its never any different. So I have gotten used to checking my bag before leaving and I have, on 3 occasions just this week, only get 2 dressings. I ask is there something wrong with me getting 3 dressings? No, and they get me then 3rd dressing like I ordered. I tell them charge me whatever you need to charge me I will pay the amount they need. Again I am told no! Is this something personal with me? What is the problem? Can somebody answer me?

Fast service and very good food. Very lucky to have this location right down the street from my house.

I love this place and eat take out salad practically every day.

I love the Frozen strawberry Lemonade unfortunately, 60% of the time they are cleaning the machine or its watery or whatever other excuses they can come up with(practically McDonald's). The drink is less then 2$ with tax and they have saved me atleast $50 over the past year and thats no exaggeration. That's how often it happens. Here's my advice GET ANOTHER MACHINE!! This way one can always be clean or runny or whatever while the other machine is delivering delicious drinks to the customers who paid for them. Please and 😊

The build your own salad was a mere 7ish bucks. Only the advacado was slightly unappealing with the dark spots that were pretty deep, as seen in the pictures.

It was dead, especially for 7:30 on a Friday night! The food was good, but they seemed like they might have been in a bit of hurry, only because I basically had a quarter (maybe even half) of an avocado in my Cobb wrap. They're usually better at cutting it up. My best friend's salad also had the same thing. Hood thing we both like avocado, but these were also a bit underripe. I'll still visit again because they were very nice and my wrap was exactly how I ordered it. Thank you!

Salad and go is one of the best restaurants to have been created in my lifetime! I honestly rarely order salads from restaurants these days, because rarely can they compete with a salad from here. I love their dressings, the toppings, the combinations, and the prices are unparalleled. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast burritos and the frozen strawberry lemonade— AMAZING. Plus this is my favorite salad and go location! I feel like it’s one of the quickest moving and I’ve never had an order messed up, which is saying something because I frequent it quite often. I have never felt like my portions are skimped and the employees are friendly. Hoping one day they will put one closer to our new home! But until then, I will drive the 12 minutes to this one!

The staff have always been very friendly and quick service. Prices are great with good quality food. I enjoy the breakfast burritos over the salad, but both are great.

The salads are made fresh every time. You go and all the ingredients are fresh. Very good salads! And you can't beat the price.

Ok usually go here more than 3 times a week. Today I got out of work and was in line for 15 min. Tried to order three of the chicken pot pie soup and was told that it was not the right temp. I asked how long would I have to wait and was told " it depends" so I opted to not order anything. Waited another 8 min in line for the people ahead of me to go. Until I was able to just drive thru. If something is not available, please don't have it on the menu. Its a waste of time for me and also everyone else in line. I love you Salad n go..but this was a huge fail.

It used to be a decent size burrito. Now it's just over half the size of my earbuds case. The contents inside are cold.

Let me first say. It was my first time visiting this place. Now me and my friend and I decided to stop and grab a drink. Unfortunately, you can't just walk up to the window and order. They only served online orders at the window or pick up. The person who helped us said that as courtesy, they would get our drink. Since it was our first time. And our last. Why spend money at a place that makes you feel unwelcome and more of an inconvenience to them. And yet the drink wasn't great. I'm sorry, but definitely, this place won't get my business again.

My co-workers keep going to one near my work so I thought I would try the one close to me Got a Cesar Salad and it was good

Walk there to grab a couple drinks,and the lady said she couldn't help me because they were understaffed.I think she was being lazy, overall very poor customer service

This place is notoriously delicious and still reasonably priced. Good food good prices salad and go should be in everybody's dining selection. Excellent

OMG the salads here are so AH-mazing! One of our best restaurant findings since moving to AZ.

Our order was two Greek salads with chicken. What would we what we received is salad and dressing no chicken two tomatos and and one of us had a olive. Tried to call but restaurant does not take calls. Very disappointing. We picked the order up at the window.

I think the vemployees kinda like working here. They don't seem to be stressed out like at other fast good places. Love the healthy choices and the $100 mint lemonade! So refreshing. Healthy affordable eating.

I feel like the only way to complain about this place is if you're just like against eating a salad. It's quick. It's good for you. And most importantly, at least these days, it's affordable.

Couldn't go through drive-thru while hauling a trailer and the girl at the window wouldn't let me order from the window. She said they have no way to donut, but the machine for orders was in her hand. Food is ok, but customer service is lacking. She wanted me to order online when I was standing there with cash in my hand ready to pay.

Food is always fresh, always tasty and always healthy! Great place got lunch but be careful...Long lunch lines in the drive-thru...A testament to their healthy food! Enjoy! I highly recommend the wraps!

Fast, health, delicious and reasonable pricing. What more can you ask for? Try the Mango green tea, I think its only $1. Cobb salad with blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing is sure to please. Take out only.

Big line on Friday for lunch. Salads are fresh and delicious. The drinks were good too. We had the mango green tea and it isn't sweetened. The kids had frozen strawberry lemonade and we had the Autumn Salad and the Cobb.

If you don't drive there you can't order there. Something about "I don't know that's just the policy".

I love that I can build my own salad. I’ve been having quite a few lately (order online) and not been disappointed. Ingredients are fresh & there is a variety (I don’t eat meat) staff are pleasant despite being busy.

Unbelievable that they will not let people order at the walk up window. Not sure if it's pure laziness or if this is yet another business that continues to use COVID as an excuse for poor service and low expectations. Terrible customer service to make your customers wait in line for 15 minutes when lunch breaks are limited.

Order online if you go there. Don't make changes to your order they'll get it wrong. Order as is and go. No stopping. Staff rude.

I’ve been craving this all week. I finally went this morning before work and got the completely wrong order. Usually I wouldn’t complain but now I’m at work for 10 hours today with no food.

I go here to feel less guilty when I'm hungry and in a hurry. Friendly service and unbelievably fast with generous portions and reasonable prices. Did I mention it's healthier than most other fast food?

This is my first time getting their salad 🥗 (Buffalo)!! It was fire 🔥 😋 The dressing was amazing. They don't serve soda so I got a cold brew with vanilla and cream!! It was under 10 bucks!!! The cashier recommended the Santa Fa wrap for my next visit. She gave great service, with a smile, at the drive through. If you like salads, look no further. I will be back!!!

One of my favorite "fast food" places. Always a line but don't let that deter you, I've never waited more than 5 min, they're fast! I only wish they'd bring back the season salad options, it was always nice to see what was new and exciting on the menu.

The only drive-through fast food chain in AZ (that I know of) that offers healthy, fresh, nutritional and balanced meals! I wish there were more places like Salad and Go. BBQ ranch with extra spicy tofu and chicken is my favorite.

Absolutely love this place! Love that i dont feel guilty about eating fast food. The breakfast/lunch bundle makes it so convenient for anyone who is always on the go and lets face it, its almost all of us. Definitely recommend the fiesta breakfast burrito, cucumber mint lemonade and Buffalo chicken wrap.

I looove salad and go, right? But dang this place location was not good. Yikes. My chicken was so bad, I needed up taking all it out cause I was going to throw up. So rubbery. Idk something else about it was all off. I only get one salad wherever I am, this place don’t got it.

One of only two times I have not liked then chicken in my life. The only thing worse was the Greek dressing. I am Greek and I will tell you that is not Greek dressing. It tastes like poison.

The staff is always very nice and ice coffee w almond milk just a 1.35 for large. Better tasting to me than Starbucks.

How can you get salads wrong? Asked for a protein pack with chicken and cucumber, got home, no chicken 🤷🏼‍♂️ asked for a Caesar wrap, extra dressing and it's dry.

I paid for potatoes in my breakfast burrito but none were in it. Also, the eggs are made from a mix, not fresh (very high in sodium). The bacon seemed like packaged bacon bits, not fresh. We like the salads so far, but definitely won't go there for breakfast again.

It's a good salad for a good price from nice people

Love salad and go! It's such a great place to grab lunch or dinner salad and a drink for a great price. My go to salad is jalapeño ranch with chicken. Despite the name it doesn't have big chunks of jalapeño in it, just a great spicy ranch. I also enjoy trying their seasonal rotation of various soups, drinks, and salads. My husband loves the cucumber mint drink, but I prefer snagging a cold brew coffee. There are a lot of locations but I've never been to a bad one. Employees seem to like their job and are fast and friendly.

Awesome, healthy fast food. The tortilla soup has a good amount of "heat", it is so good. They also serve salads, that all can be made into a wrap. I like the BBQ chicken salad made into a wrap.....amazingly delicious and healthy. Call ahead and pick it up at the walk up window, or order at the drive through.

I love this place. I can't say that I've had a bad meal. Everything has been good. Even the Kids salad is good. Kinda bummed that they no longer have the Market Salad or the Sangria lemonade. It's not going to stop me from going back though.

Wraps are huge. Be sure to bring a big appetite as they are so full you can't cut them in half without spilling out the contents. The Chicken Tortilla Soup is really nice and even has a bit of a bite to it.

The wraps are good, but I am not a fan of the broccoli cheddar soup. I bought a Cobb salad on a Friday evening and ate it for lunch on a Sunday and I think it made me feel sick by Monday.

Online ordering doesn't work. Really frustrating. Tried for 30 mins. to order. Had to go to location to order at the window, cause I wanted a build your own salad. Haven't been able to do that at the drive thru.

I just left this location. I was told I could not place an order unless I did it online or scan the QR code. My air-conditioning went out in my oversized work vehicle. This is not how you should conduct service. For anyone that drives an oversize vehicle and can’t go through the drive-through, be aware you can’t go to the walk up and just placed an order. I’m sure it’s easy for some people but having a driving job you don’t have a bunch of apps that you can type while driving

Been to this location several times and wasn’t impressed today. The worker who had a nose piercing 1.) Took about three minutes to answer the doorbell, 2.) shared with me that my order wasn’t correct because they were all out of mixed lettuce and asked me if that was OK, my response was “no” and she looked at me with a blank stare hoping I would resolve their issue. She didn’t offer to provide something in its place, rather, hoped that I would be OK my order was wrong. I am grateful that she shared with me my order was wrong rather than me finding out myself but still, somebody needs to be accountable for my incorrect order.

Great food. Their corporate customer service, not great. If you order soup or chili, be prepared to have dirty hands and cup holders. The do not wipe off the containers. Then, I stopped for a single frozen lemonade the other day. The drink they handed me ran all over a 40.00 tie. Ruined the tie. Frustrated, I reached out to their corporate office. They responded by offering me a 10.00 food voucher. Maybe it’s a misunderstanding. I mean, who is willing to lose a customer, field the reviews, and wonder how many people heard this story just to not reimburse for a tie.
